After picking up Xiao Lang from the kindergarten, Bai Yiran was preparing to buy so food at the supermarket. During this ti, she received a call from Leng Yichen, saying that he had a social engagent that night and might be ho late.
Thinking that Leng Yichen wouldn’t be ho for dinner, Bai Yiran decided to eat out with Xiao Lang. Upon returning ho, however, they found that Sister Liu hadn’t left yet, standing at the entrance with an unhappy expression.
"What’s wrong, Sister Liu?" Bai Yiran asked.
Sister Liu glanced inside unhappily and, before saying anything, a familiar voice ca from inside.
"Is Yichen back?"
Bai Yiran paused, then saw Xu Juan walking out from inside. Bai Yiran rembered that since the Liu Zhen incident, she hadn’t seen Xu Juan, Leng Yichen’s aunt.
Clearly, Xu Juan hadn’t expected to see Bai Yiran here either and, after her initial shock, looked at her with disdain, "Why are you here?"
After speaking, she glanced at Xiao Lang next to Bai Yiran and frowned, "Whose child is this?"
Bai Yiran wasn’t particularly fond of this aunt, "Aunt, you’re here."
Xu Juan’s expression grew angrier as she looked at Bai Yiran, "I’m asking you, you and our Yichen are divorced, so why are you here? And with a child! Whose child is this?"
Looking at Xiao Lang’s age, it was clearly not Leng Yichen’s child.
Bai Yiran found Xu Juan amusing, "Aunt, this is my ho, of course I’d be here. Leng Yichen and I remarried, didn’t you know?"
Xu Juan was taken aback, why hadn’t anyone told her about Leng Yichen and Bai Yiran’s remarriage? She knew that ever since the Liu Zhen incident, Leng Yichen’s attitude towards her hadn’t been the sa. However, as his aunt, her treatnt had not changed, and Xu Juan assud that Leng Yichen still cared for her, yet such a major life event as the remarriage wasn’t communicated to her!
Bai Yiran was tired of standing at the doorway in this standoff with Xu Juan, so she led Xiao Lang inside, only to be stopped by Xu Juan.
"Whose child is this?" Xu Juan stared at Bai Yiran.
"Mine."
"You’ve only been married to Yichen for so long, so how can you have a child this age! Bai Yiran, is this your illegitimate child?"
"Aunt, why have you co all the way to my house, for what purpose?" Bai Yiran sat on the sofa, presenting herself as the lady of the house.
Xu Juan was stunned, finally rembering her purpose for being there. She had initially thought that only Leng Yichen lived in this house, and it would have been easier to borrow it from him, but she didn’t expect Bai Yiran to be there, along with a child. Now it would be troubleso to borrow the house. However, thinking about her unborn grandson, Xu Juan forced a smile, despite her earlier harsh deanor.
"Yiran, Aunt wants to discuss sothing with you..."

Ever since Bai Chuan almost beat soone to death last ti, the way the male club hosts treated him had noticeably changed. No one dared provoke him again or even had the courage to et his eyes.
In the lounge, Bai Chuan lay on the sofa, resting with his eyes closed.
The manager walked in, saw Bai Chuan with his eyes shut appearing to sleep, hesitated, but spoke up anyway, "Chuan, a VVIP guest specifically requested to see you."
Bai Chuan frowned and opened his eyes, "VVIP..."
The VIP guests at Liu Fei were many, Sister Ma Li being one of them. But there were only five VVIP guests, and one could imagine the wealth of those who beca VVIPs.
Bai Chuan had been planning to rest, but the ntion of a VVIP piqued his interest.
VVIP guests had their own private suites, not open to the public, exclusively available to these five individuals.
Bai Chuan walked to Suite 1’s door, inside played soft music. He prepared his trademark smile expertly, but the smile froze at the mont he pushed the door open.
Leng Yichen sat on a luxurious leather sofa, looking at the entrance at the enchanting and seductive man. His voice was low and cold, "Hello Mr. Bai Chuan, I’m Leng Yichen!"
