"What’s the difference now? We’ve remarried already," Bai Yiran chuckled.
"Of course it makes a difference! This concerns your entire life!" Lou Jing got upset seeing how nonchalant Bai Yiran seed. Did she not take her life seriously?
Seeing Lou Jing seemingly angry, Bai Yiran finally addressed the issue seriously. She put down her coffee cup and said lightly, "At first, I remarried Leng Yichen for Xiao Lang, but... not anymore." Suddenly a scene floated to Bai Yiran’s mind—Xiao Lang running freely in the yard, Leng Yichen sitting in the shade drinking coffee and reading a book, and she coming out of the house with desserts. Hearing this response, Lou Jing finally felt at ease. In her heart, nothing was more important than Bai Yiran’s happiness.

She didn’t dare to be too blunt. If Bai Yiran hadn’t encountered Bai Chuan, it wouldn’t be good to bring it up.
