Xinyi pursed her lips and glanced at Liwei who was sitting beside Xie Ming while hugging her waist. All this while, he didn't even spare her a single glance.

' Seems like the lady boss is not soone to be dealt with casually.' she shook her head telling herself to be careful while dealing with her.

After Xinyi left the room, Xie Ming sat on the bed in a daze. She sighed heavily as she held her head with her hands.
This ti she really lost her control. It seems like the emotions that were brewing inside her in the last few days, she poured everything on Xinyi. Even though she may be quite blunt, however, she didn't say anything wrong.
" Feeling better?" Liwei snaked his hand around her waist and pulled her close to him.
She put her head against his chest and nodded. It did feel good.
" Did sothing happen? You seem to be down these days." he removed the hair from her face and put them behind her ears.
She pursed her lips and said, " Nothing. I was just a little stressed from work. And when I heard her words, it made angry to the point that I lost my cool."
He didn't say anything and just hugged her tightly in his embrace.
" I think I should call you Mrs. Fierce from Mrs. Jin. You didn't give her any face this ti." he chuckled while rubbing her arm lovingly.
She glared at him and pinched his waist, " You know you don't deserve to say anything here. Everything happened all because of you."
" Because of ?"
She nodded and said, " She was saying bad things to you about but you were listening to them without saying anything. How can you hear soone insulting , that too without saying a word?"
He blinked at her innocently and replied, " I wasn't listening to her at that ti."
