Just now Michael was scared of falling, now the fear shifted to being trapped. He started struggling again with the new goal of even falling being okay, just as long as he wasn’t fixed in midair.

"Damn it, damn it, damn it. What the hell is going on?"

Michael struggled and cursed up a storm. He didn’t care anymore about this eting a god or not eting a god thing. He wanted to be able to move, to move freely again like normal.

"System, where are you?"

When you’re helpless, calling on the system is the number one choice. But the system seed to have lost connection, not responding at all.

He suddenly rembered that this place was a special space, so the system might have been isolated outside. Now that he’d stepped in here, he could only rely on his own abilities.

"You damn system! Why’d you suddenly abandon here, huh?"

Understanding was one thing, cursing was still necessary. Even though he wouldn’t give up, he still needed to curse the system to feel better.

Michael stopped struggling and calmly stood in midair to observe the situation. Suddenly he felt sothing was very strange, so he lowered his gaze to look below.

Below was just an ordinary forest, but right now he was at an altitude of at least over a thousand ters. He rembered the last ti he was at a high place was on a hundred-story building, and his legs had trembled a bit back then.

Yet now, at over a thousand ters high, not only was he not trembling, he even felt comfortable as the strong winds blew against him. Had ten years at ho increased his ntal fortitude? Or was it a side effect of becoming a genie?

Whatever the answer was, it couldn’t change the fact that this was a good thing. From now on, Michael officially no longer had any fear of heights.

When he was inside the magic lamp flying, he was also very high up, but it was like being on a plane. People sitting inside usually felt very safe, no different from riding a bus.

Now Michael was floating in the air with nothing beside him to hold onto, so the scariness was clearly much higher.

Suddenly darkness covered him, making him imdiately look up at the sky. As soon as he looked up, he was stunned because the massive shadow was so much larger than any energy monster he had ever witnessed.

Looking from below wasn’t very clear because it kept appearing and disappearing within the thick layers of clouds. But the size and appearance made him imdiately think of a mythical creature—a dragon.

Erging from the freezing clouds, the silhouette of that massive creature beca clear in Michael’s eyes. Sure enough, his first thought from earlier was completely correct.

This was a giant white dragon with wings wide enough to block out the entire sky. Compared to a B-52 bomber, this terrifyingly sized dragon was more like a ’Stratofortress’.

Its silver-white scales reflected the faint light, shimring as if forged from eternal ice. Waves of freezing air swirled around its body, spreading into a chilling mist that made the surrounding space seem to freeze solid.

"Hmm... This freezing air seems a bit weaker than Glacior’s, doesn’t it? Its biggest advantage is its massive size. Just landing would be enough to destroy a giant castle..."

He didn’t know what was wrong with his brain, but seeing such a massive creature, not only did he have no intention of running away, he just stood there analyzing it.

Maybe the battles between demigods were so spectacular that he no longer feared giant creatures, having already seen attacks just as massive.

"With a body this big, its physical strength must be terrifying, right? How heavy must it be? How do those wings even make such a massive body fly?"

The more he looked at the dragon, the more questions appeared in his head. His feeling right now was probably similar to a curious kid visiting the zoo for the first ti.

Suddenly rembering what the system had taught him about energy monsters, he noticed that aside from the freezing air, the dragon’s body was also leaking an orange aura.

"So this is a nine-star energy monster. But it’s probably not at the peak stage, since peak nine-star is equal to a human demigod. Compared to that, this white dragon is still quite a bit behind."

Of course, that was just his speculation, since he was only comparing the dragon’s freezing air with Glacior. If the dragon specialized in physical strength rather than ice elent, then it might not necessarily be weaker than a demigod.

Suddenly, another surprise ca. Without any warning signs, a massive black shadow just as huge as the dragon suddenly appeared in front of it.

That black shadow was extrely strange—it looked humanoid but had six arms. Aside from that one difference, there didn’t seem to be any other features that looked different from a human.

"What the hell? A giant... No, he’s the god the system ntioned."

Michael’s brain worked extrely fast, and within seconds he determined the identity of the being that had just appeared.

That god was already dead, but the system said this was a special space for souls. So Michael deduced that the massive thing was, more precisely, a soul, or perhaps part of that god’s soul.

Even though they were both gods, the genie who appeared was trapped midair, unable to move. anwhile, that god started ’aura farming’ as soon as he appeared.

He appeared suddenly and stomped so hard that the dragon’s head caved in. The surrounding clouds were completely blown away by the shockwave, revealing the clear sky. The dragon was sent flying straight to the ground by this stomp, crashing hard and creating a massive crater.

Michael watched this scene, unable to blink, astonished by the god’s strength. It clearly didn’t use any technique at all, yet the attack was no less than a demigod’s technique.
