The city of Rasker was still mostly in ruins but Lind had built several bare essential facilities for the newly arrived people to help the 4 survivors. He also set up a few herb gardens in areas already previously cleared but were just dead now.

Golden skinned Celestials were happily working them now as well as learning as much as they could from the whole area. The spheres were extrely useful but were definitely not as enjoyable as being out in the world.

He had been looking for a place for a long ti for them to set down real roots and Rasker was a good place to start. They may choose to leave as their cultivation was damned odd compared to anyone else.

New experiences and manipulating the world with their Qi was how they advanced so creating a city would be the sa as stopping cultivating for a long ti.

Still, building a city was a varied and exciting ti full of hard work with new experiences everyday.

"You are sure you don't want to stay longer?" Soltara stood behind Lind as he looked down from the top of the waterfall. It was quite pretty with rainbows floating in the air from the sunlight coming down at midday.

"I wanted to be here for the birth and ensure it went smoothly. It will be any day now but after that, we have to keep going. It is not a pleasure cruise. There are parts of this world that need to be inspected to be sure there are no hidden dangers coming for us. This is the ti that they will have co out of hiding." The restoration of the Celestial Fields was not all joy and happiness.

Fiend enclaves did survive but had been eradicated where they found them. He did know an empire had survived on his arrival so it was not impossible others had as well. There were also non-Fiend powers that were not exactly friendly to others either.

That did not even begin to cover so of the more dangerous beasts that might be all too happy to propagate without anyone stopping them to beco a problem for them all.

It had to be mapped out and dealt with if necessary. At worst, he could set up an ergency teleportation weaving to connect to his clan for reinforcents.

"You are seeking sothing?" He smiled at her. She was looking at him more seriously now.

"I can't seem to breakthrough. I am the cusp but it is like that final step is just waiting for the right mont." It was a common issue but unusual at the stage Lind was at. A Sliver Tier that had cracked their sliver was usually able to simply step forward but not in his case.

"Perhaps you should–" Soltara was about to continue when Lind suddenly tore open space. He also beca very serious.

"We have to go, the baby is coming." Both stepped through and ca to a scene of people running around like made in a hall that slled of antiseptic.

"Great Lord! Juli is screaming!" Hylan ca running with his tiny limbs nearly being blurs. He was sweating and crying but Lind patted his head and smiled.

"It is all right now, I am here." He quickly moved to Julia's room and found labor had indeed started. Since her husband was so much more powerful than her, a pregnancy was already a miracle.

She needed to consu Qi rich pills and elixirs to keep both their health up.

Only he could supply her at the mont and teleportation in her condition was just too dangerous.

Kyren was right next to her and doing what could be done at the start.

He checked both Julia and her baby over. Her water had broken and contractions were starting.

The baby was ok and getting in a good position but he did not like how much Qi was being consud.

Whoever his father had been, it seed likely he was more than human.

Lind quickly had her drink an Enrichnt Elixir that quite simply pulled more Qi into her body but also distributed it equally. It was useful if soone was poisoned or severely depleted of Qi from their entire body.

He had never realized it could be used in the current circumstances.

The baby sucked up the Qi like a sponge!

He had to administer 3 more before stability was restored.

He was shocked as such a high Qi requirent would indicate an equal level of potential!

The labor proceeded but seed to reach an annoyingly slow stretch as while it had started, the next steps were excruciatingly slow to progress.

A full day passed before things finally sped up and it was marked by a sharp demand in Qi once more!

Just how much Qi did a baby need?!

The 2 kids were in charge of keeping hot water and towels available as Kyren assisted him. He had delivered quite a few children into the world, including so of his own!

The normal emotional range he had was locked up tight by his professional focus. Now, it was second nature to keep a steady head.

"All right, we are at the end Julia. Keep pushing with the contractions and it will all go well." He was lying but Kyren said nothing as she had noticed as well.

The baby was odd in that it seed to resist being born! Lind also sensed an aura he recognized all too well of a beast bloodline!

It was possible the bestial instincts were resisting a human birthing process but he had dealt with that before. Just like any little child, sweets were king!

He conjured all 6 natural elents at a density far higher than normal until he got a response. Julia scread but now Lind smiled.

It was working!

After that, things went smoothly for the next half a day until a crying little baby girl was in his arms. Julia was dangerously exhausted and her foundation had fallen. She was now a Sand Tier!

It happened, especially with births as difficult as the current one. It saved her life and she would be able to recover her cultivation far more easily than the first ti she went through it.

The screaming baby was mostly human but had a pair of triangular furry ears rather than human ones. Now that he got a good look at her aura, he felt a feline bloodline but could not place it.

Little Fluffy was similar but far more powerful yet it did not feel right to call it a fox beast human either.

"Kyren, was Master Theo human?" She slowly nodded before looking confused at the baby before her eyes went wide!

"His father wasn't! But Master Theo was always human and had no sign of his father's bloodline. It was one of the twintail tiger clans!" Lind did not recognize the na but he quickly dove into his mory.

It only took a mont for the characteristics to match up. It was true that so feline beast bloodlines would go dormant unless certain conditions would be t. For instance, being female rather than male.

It all depended on the factors of the aether beast and how many generations as well as other things. Lind had supplied more than enough Qi and he understood that was the key.

There were many ways to treat the instability but what he did was the best. It allowed the bloodline to flourish in the womb.

It also ant the early care had to have been just as effective and careful.

He examined mother and child to find both were very healthy and out of any danger. The baby kept screaming but he finished washing her up and finally handed her to the exhausted Julia.

Her smile was so bright it could light up the universe and the baby instantly cald as she tried to rub her head against her mother.

"Bloodline recognition. Congratulations, Julia, you are both fine." Tears flowed down all the faces and the 2 children looked on in wonder at the new life. The Celestials almost all had breakthroughs that were observing in case he needed them.

Once he was sure all was safe he erected a privacy ward that had been built into the building itself. He then set up the crib specially made to keep the baby safe and warm.

He tried to get any more details out of Kyren but she did not know them. The final thing Julia did before falling asleep was give her new daughter her na.

"Thea. I want her na to be Thea." Now Lind found his chest tighten as he understood. He nodded and carefully wrapped up the baby that was not as upset as before.

He watched over them with Kyren until he was certain all was well.

Julia was assisted to return to the Iron Tier by him while Ilyria happily played with the baby. Neither of them could identify the bloodline inside her but to manifest beast characteristics, it was very strong.

Thea was much stronger than a human but was as gentle as any baby with her mother. Lind left so elixirs behind and instructions on when they were to be administered. Kyren was more than competent plus she had all the help she would ever need.

Ilyria had a sweet parting with the children while he hugged the 2 humans.

"Lord Frey, we can never–" He waved off Kyren's words.

"I have brought new life and saved lives. That is more than enough for . I hope my friends can help you rebuild and know my Frey Clan will always be your friend." He had set up a teleportation weaving to the drydock but his wives would find candidates to co and study under Kyren when she was ready.

The ship lifted off from the city and moved to the east for its next destination.
