Date.

A word that is associated with those that wish to wander together and spend ti.

Normally it was mostly associated with romanticism and romantic feelings, but that was not fully true.

Even though romantic partners can also take others on dates, it is not exclusive to them.

Though for Diana's case, that was the forr, and her goal was simple.

Diana knew, from how Callius behaved….

He didn't see her as a woman at all. The way he treated her was the sa as in the past.

He wanted her to be perfect, and the best since that was how he was.

She knew that since that was the person she had fallen in love with.

But she also wanted to change this. She wanted to change the fact that she was not sothing that needed to be simply perfected but soone that could stand beside him.

'Brother. You will stand beside alone. You can't be with anyone else.'

She thought inside her head as they were walking.

She had planned the date for this, and she was doing her best.

Though, it was also a subject that she was not familiar with.

"Brother. How was it?" She asked, looking for her emotions underneath his face. Callius was moving slowly with steady steps.

"It was good…..It is the first ti I am seeing a magical theatre." He answered. And Diana could see that Callius genuinely enjoyed watching the show with her.

Since magical engineering in the world was not that widely spread, things like cinema and TV were not developed yet. Therefore, most nobles rather had such hobbies.

"I see…I am happy then." Diana mumbled as she rembered the happy tis of their childhood when she, Callius, and Emma would go to the plays with Austin and Adelyn.

A small reminiscent smile appeared on her face as she rembered those tis.

"Reminds of the past, doesn't it?" At that mont, Callius asked as he gazed through the buildings made with good architectural sense.

Diana could see the emotions filling his heart. Even though he was suppressing them, they were still there underneath.

A sense of regret flashed before him, and Diana understood why it was.

"It does….Those were happy tis, right?" Diana spoke. She rembered the faint smile Callius had when they went to such a place together.

"Yeah…." As he answered, Diana could see the pain he was suppressing. He was probably rembering Austin and the way he was killed.

However, it only took him half a second to regain his composure as his feelings returned to normal.

But he still didn't say anything more as a faint smile was on his lips. She wanted to bite them so badly, but she kept her composure.

The atmosphere got awkward, and Diana was sure not to let things go like that.

"Then follow , brother; we have a lot of places to wander around…"

As she gestured for Callius to co with him with a smile, she entered another place.

A place for teleportation.

After all, since both Callius and Diana were rich, right now, they did not have any reason to spare any expenses for the date.

Entering the place, the officer asked them.

"Where do you wish to go, miss and mister?"

"We wish to travel to the Ecago City."

"Understood; please wait a second."

Just like that, the two left the place and started walking to the portal.

"Brother, have you ever been in this place?" Diana asked as she looked at him with a smile.

"No. It is my first ti." Callius answered. Even though he knew about Ecago City, he had never visited this place.

"I see. Then, make sure you never close your eyes. An incredible sight is waiting for you." As Diana said, she leaned closer to Callius, her arms touching his.

She could feel his calm aura, and Callius didn't mind either as he let her do what she wanted.

Today, Callius was behaving differently from how he would usually do. He left all the control to Diana and promised her that he would get along with everything.

Therefore, he never comnted nor teased her.

As Diana and Callius stepped through the portal, they found themselves in the wondrous underwater city of Chicago.

The mont they arrived, they were greeted by a breathtaking sight. Massive transparent dos allowed them to walk through the underwater streets while being surrounded by the beauty of the ocean depths.

The streets were lined with aquatic flora of various colors and sizes, creating a vibrant and surreal atmosphere. Callius and Diana wandered through these gardens, taking in the sights and scents of the underwater blooms.

"Brother. It is incredible that such a place exists, isn't it?" Diana asked.

The sure feeling of the blue ocean surrounding one was sothing that amazed her. Her senses were constantly alert, thinking they might be in danger, but that made her feel the tranquility of this place more.

It was a weird cycle of expressions.

"Indeed. Magic never ceases to amaze ."

"Doesn't it? Look, brother, it is a seahorse!" Diana pointed excitedly at a group of colorful seahorses swimming gracefully through the water. Callius observed them with a hint of fascination, his usual composed deanor giving way to a trace of wonder.

This place was a place that Diana had chosen for her date because she knew Callius liked the sea and ocean. She rembered when she saw him painting about the ocean inside her room, away from the eyes.

They continued to explore the underwater city, their steps guided by the transparent paths that andered through the oceanic landscape. They passed by schools of vibrant fish, each species more beautiful and unique than the last. Rays of sunlight filtered through the water, casting a srizing dance of light and shadow on the surroundings.

Diana and Callius paused at a massive glass wall that provided an expansive view of the open ocean beyond. The sight was breathtaking – the endless blue expanse stretching out in front of them, mysterious and awe-inspiring.

"Brother, isn't the ocean incredible?" Diana murmured, her voice filled with reverence for the vastness before them. But at the sa ti, she wanted to hear his reaction.

For a whole ti, she was using spirits to communicate with the monsters and natural inhabitants of the ocean, making them show her and Callius incredible sights.

Callius nodded in agreent, his eyes fixed on the horizon as if lost in thought.

'This reminds of the end of the ga.' He thought since the ga's ending had such a scene inside them.

"Ocean is different from how we live on land. Here, you don't need to look for hidden intentions or decipher deceitful smiles. There's a rawness to life on land that can be cruel and tiring. People carry dark sides within them, and there are constant threats to one's life and happiness. It's a world where so take pleasure in tornting others," Callius began, his gaze still fixed on the ocean horizon.

He continued, his voice carrying a weight of experience and observation. "But the ocean, it gives a feeling of calmness. A sense that life doesn't have to be a constant struggle for dominance or survival. It's like a refuge from the complexities of our world, a place where the natural rhythm of life takes precedence."

As he spoke, Diana nodded her head. She felt the sa. As soone that knew how people felt, she was soone that hated how humans were two-faced.

Since she was beautiful, whenever she went to a place, there was always at least one person that made her want to vomit because of their feelings under the surface.

At that mont, she rembered the ti when he was painting in his room.

"Brother. Do you wish to paint?" Asking that she ca closer.

"Paint?" Callius looked surprised for the first ti in a while.

"Yes."

"So you knew." At Diana's confirmation, he put a small smile on her face.

"I know everything about you, brother," Diana replied, her gaze fixated on him. She wanted him to know about her feelings.

"Is that so?" However, the answer she got was another small smile. However, she could see his emotions, and she saw a slight sadness there.

"Co." As Diana pulled him with herself, she started walking to the place where they could paint….

And their day went on such.

For the rest of the day, they wandered through Ecago City, marveling at the intricate architecture of the underwater buildings and the beauty of the marine life that surrounded them. They visited an underwater garden filled with bioluminescent plants that emitted a soft, enchanting glow as the sun began to set.

As evening approached, they found themselves at an elegant underwater restaurant with a panoramic view of the ocean. The tables were adorned with delicate coral centerpieces, and the walls were adorned with intricate shell designs. Soft, soothing music filled the air as they took their seats.

Over a delicious al of seafood delicacies and other exquisite dishes, Diana and Callius engaged in conversation that flowed effortlessly. Diana knew everything about the Callius of the past, the things he liked, the things he did.

Her obsession was so strong that even the things she had liked slowly turned to the things he did, forming a common point for them to talk about.

And it was a good experience for Callius as well. When he was with Diana, away from the eyes of others, he could behave as he did in the past.

'Rather than forgetting the past, embracing it is a lot better.' He thought. For whole this ti, Callius' past was sothing that he disliked to think about.

Since that made him rember those pitiful tis, and his ego was getting hurt.

But today, only for today, he let his guard down.

Just like that, their night deepened…..
