"Who are you?" Celia asked, raising her hand. "I will count to three; if you don't answer, then don't bla for being cruel."

As I heard Celia's words filled with authority, I couldn't help but smile. 'This is the sa response she gave in the ga.'

Though, in Arthur's case, he was simply standing still, not moving whatsoever.

"One," Celia spoke loudly at the presence that hid himself from the sunlight, her hands pointing to the dark figure.

"Two." As the word poured from her mouth, I could see her muscles getting tenser while the mana around her also was getting ready to attack.

I could feel the tension in the air rising as the unknown presence made no move to introduce themselves. 'Of course, he is not going to. Since he can't talk, after all.' I thought, activating my [All-Seeing Eye].

Imdiately, seeing the information with my eyes, I nodded my head. 'Yeah, this is the guy.' While confirming that, it was the sa demon that we would confront in the ga.

The demon in front of us had an unearthly, alien look. The skin was gray-green, and the misshapen body was covered in long red hairs. A single eye had been arranged in the center of its forehead like a Cyclopean creature, gazing at the girl as she, too, was looking at the enemy.

As the description of the All-Seeing Eye was enough, he was a demon that didn't talk with words but rather actions.

"Th-"

/SWOOSH/

Just as Celia was about to say the last number, suddenly, a towering figure sprinted from the shadows and towards the stage at full speed.

It was Arthur, with his steel blade gleaming in the firelight as Arthur brandished it above his head. The handle is made of iron and oak, the blade razor-sharp, in the shape of a long sword.

"RA!" With a loud shout, he instantly reached the body of the demon as he attacked.

/CLANK/

However, his attack was blocked. A sword was raised, instantly interrupting the montum of the attack.

With his attack blocked, I could see a surprised expression on Arthur's face as he montarily stopped.

Which was a mistake.

/SWOOSH/

The sword that had just blocked the attack was instantly raised once again, aiming at Arthur's neck. It was encased in a dark green magical aura showing the demon was using his own aura on the attack.

/CLANK/

But Arthur was not one to be so easily overco. With lightning-fast reflexes, he managed to parry the attack, and his sword clashed against that of the demon, sending sparks flying in all directions.

'Hmm… His body is well-trained, but is it his first ti combating a demon?' I asked myself, seeing the simple mistake he made.

The force of the clash made Arthur take a few steps back as he readied himself for another attack. His body tensed, and his muscles coiled as he prepared to strike once again.

'Ho…. This stance, huh?' As I saw the stance he had taken, I realized he was using his family's sword art.

/SWOOSH/ /CREAK/

At that mont, a bunch of lances were fired from the magician behind his back as Celia activated her magic.

/CRASH/ /CRASH/ /CRASH/

Though, the demon parried all of them instantly, without batting an eye, crushing the ice lances.

"Arthur, wait," Celia spoke, asking Arthur to wait, but he didn't listen.

"Just leave it to ." With a smile on his face, the tensed muscles on his body were relaxed as he bolted towards the demon with his sword raised once again.

'Even in such a situation, you are trying to show off…. It won't even work…' I thought.

/SWOOSH/ /CLANK/ /CLANK/I think you should take a look at

Arthur sent out a flurry of blows with incredible speed, pushing back the enemy with each swing of his blade. He moved like a whirling dervish, unstoppable in his offensive onslaught.

/SWISH/

However, the demon was not idle and imdiately activated his magic, using wind enchantnt to surround his feet.

With his increased speed, the demon was easily able to block Arthur's attacks without batting an eye.

The air around them crackled with energy as their swords clanged against each other with their utmost attention on the battle itself.

/CLANK/ /CLANK/ /SLASH/

Of course, during a swordfight, the risk of injury increases as the number of attacks increases. This is because it becos more difficult to block every attack, leading to a higher chance of being hit.

Thus, a bead of sweat trickled down Arthur's temple as he felt the injuries he had accumulated. I could see his hands shaking from the pain slightly.

/SWOOSH/ /CRASH/

It was then that Celia, who had been watching the battle from afar, stepped in and attacked the demon, aiming to interrupt its montum and give Arthur a brief of ti he would need.

"Arthur! What are you doing!" But I knew she was a perfectionist that never liked mistakes.

She combined her strongest elents of magic in order to make a powerful spell that would freeze the demon's movents.

The cold air around them intensified as Celia's spell began to take effect, slowly encasing the demon in an icy prison.

Arthur instantly retreated, distancing himself from the soon-to-be frozen monster, as Celia began to chant a long incantation with intricate hand gestures.

"Fuck!" I could hear his slight mumble even from a distance.

He looked like he knew the mont for him to shine had already passed.

'Now, show if you really are a dumb person enough to sabotage your partner or a person that could understand the job he needed to do.' With that thought, I started observing the movents of Arthur as he scanned the field.

/SWOOSH/

The demon saw Celia's chant and sensed her magic; thus, he made the judgnt, instantly dashing to the source of magic, trying to attack the girl.

/SWOOSH/ /CLANK/

With a violent swing of his sword, he attempted to strike his opponent down. But, at that mont, his attack was blocked by a sleek and slender sword with intricately detailed etchings and shimring silver plating.

The blade was different looking from normal swords; because it was the product of unique tal magic, making it longer than it was supposed to be.

"Stop, right there. You fucker." As Arthur swore, he struggled.

But, there was this physical term we call torque in the equation. Thanks to the blade being far too long, the force that was required from Arthur was a lot higher than how it was supposed to be.

So, Arthur collapsed after a second, not being able to contain the demon.

'Good boy, at least you are not that stupid.' I thought, seeing his move.

/WOOSH/

"Co forth, the domain of coldness. Show others my presence."

Since the spell was completed.

"Ice palace."

That one second of ti Arthur gained was enough for Celia to finish her chant, as a small palace of ice was raised, trapping the demon inside the domain.

'Wow, she is strong.' I thought, seeing her magic. 'This fight is over.'

But that couldn't be more wrong, as I sensed the unfamiliar dark magic surrounding the area itself…..
