Emma felt so happy that tears began to fall down her cheeks, wetting Jayden's clothes; it had been so painful after he was gone— there wasn't a mont when she had laughed or even smiled. Ti had just flown by so painfully slowly.
But just as she was relaxing in Jayden's arms, a black jelly-like Eve jumped onto Jayden's head, showing her excitent. She jumped up and down on his shoulder, creating loud happy sounds, then finally transford into a tattoo and appeared over his arm, feeling the warmth, she had missed so much.
"Eve, thank you. I really missed you," Jayden said, caressing the tattoo before patting Emma's back, who was crying and holding onto him as if her life depended on it.
"It's fine, Emi. I'm not going anywhere now, so don't cry anymore. You didn't get injured, right?" he asked, glancing down at her, but she had buried her face into his chest, unable to stop crying.
After a few minutes, she finally cald down. She loosened her arms and nodded, still not wanting to separate from him just yet.
While patting the head of his little sister, Jayden raised his gaze and looked around, seeing all the won impatiently waiting for their turn. Smiling, he felt even more eager to embrace them all once again.
"You didn't forget about , did you?" a familiar lodious voice sounded in Jayden's head. It was from soone who had helped him quite a lot until now.
Jayden's eyes focused on Anna; the breathtakingly beautiful vampire was gazing back at him. Her heart pounded wildly as the ti for them to et finally ca. Despite seeing Jayden through the mind vision so many tis, seeing him for real stirred strange feelings within her.
She never liked him fawning all over the girls while she couldn't even et him. It was an intense feeling that made her want to throw those won away and lock him up. She rarely displayed her emotions, bottling it all up.
"Emi, let's go for a tour around this universe later. Can I et with the others for now?" Jayden asked, lightly pinching the cheeks of the little girl.
"Mmm." Emma nodded and reluctantly stood to the side, knowing everyone else needed him too.
Jayden walked in front of Anna and, without saying a word, wrapped his arms around her soft body and squeezed her tightly in his arms, inhaling her sweet scent for the first ti but already getting addicted to it.
Anna's breathing halted at his sudden hug, feeling his warmth. She hadn't anticipated this at all. In her mind, she was thinking of how she should tease him, but all her thoughts disappeared, making her heart beat like drum rolls. A funny feeling spread in her belly as she found it difficult to react and just stood there frozen.
"Anna, so we finally et for the first ti—properly, that is. Well, I have to say, you look more beautiful than you give yourself credit for… hmm, you qualify with flying colors to be called mine," Jayden said in a playful tone, enjoying the reaction he was getting from her as he hugged her soft and fluffy body even tighter.
"W-Whoa, how bold of you to think I applied for that in the first place. You will have to do better if you wish to win my affection and beco my h-hus… cough beco worthy enough," Anna said, her face turning redder by the second as her body began to burn.
"I guess I will have to work really hard then. My gorgeous Anna isn't easy to please, after all. Sigh… I rember now, you have soone else in your heart, right?
Then good luck with that. Although we have just t, it's fine if you want to leave. You don't have to force yourself to pretend for my sake," Jayden spoke in a dramatic tone as he pretended to be sad and slowly loosened his arms, sighing again.
But before he could move back, Anna's hands wrapped around him in haste as she pulled him tightly. His words had just sent a shock through her heart, making her feel nervous and flipping her mood in an instant.
"W-When did I say that—?" As her mind raced, she finally rembered speaking to him about a person she had liked previously, and she also told him that he died. She bit her lips, finding it strange how a single word from him could make her emotions swirl so easily.
"Oh… that…" Anna fell silent, unable to find a way to explain it without directly saying her feelings or making him misunderstand her. She placed her chin over his shoulder, her cheek pressed against his neck.
She sniffed for a mont, slling the sweet scent of his blood and feeling hungry, but the current matter was more pressing.
The more she thought about it, the more puzzled she beca, and a tightening feeling rose in her heart, fearing that a misunderstanding might drift them apart after everything that had happened.
Jayden's chuckle brought her out of her thoughts, and she instantly understood that he was joking with her. With a pout forming on her face, she kept her arms wrapped around him and pulled her head back slightly, looking at his face.
"Little Jayden, looks like you have grown quite a lot, even joking with like that. Are you trying to get even with for the jokes I pulled on you in the start?
Don't you know you will be getting negative marks for that? Heh, you're already at a bad start." Anna giggled as all the worry and nervousness drifted away, and her playful tone returned.
"Hmm, looks like I will have to make up for the negative marks. Tell , how many marks will I be awarded for this?" As he spoke, Jayden tightened his grip on her body and gently pressed his lips against her soft and rosy right cheek.
Anna gasped as a shiver ran across her body, but Jayden wasn't done.
He then kissed her left cheek very softly, making the feeling even more sensual as Anna gulped. Just a kiss on the cheek made her feel all bubbly, as if her body was floating. Her eyes drifted toward Jayden's lips; to her, they appeared like so kind of juicy and delicious dish that was begging her to take a bite.
Shaking her head, she spoke hastily, "Y-Yes, it is fine for now. You should et with others too."
Jayden smiled, his breath hot against her ear, voice low and filled with possessiveness and obsession:
"Even if you deem unworthy, I am never going to let you go. You're already mine—in every way that matters."
"W- Who says I am already yours—ahh~" Just as Anna was about to speak, Jayden lightly bit her earlobe, letting his teeth sink a bit into the softness.
Jayden pulled back, sensing the trembling of her body and the redness of her face. Despite her strong and warrior-like personality, she was experiencing love and such intimacy for the first ti, and Jayden planned to enjoy each and every mont of it.
Anna took a step back, her breathing coming out faster and faster as she hastily turned around, cupping her burning red face, feeling too hot for so reason.
