Gorrum had one of his hands in his pocket and he was holding a stone tightly. It was an extrely strong explosive device that the current King had used to blow the head of an enemy who was much stronger than him.
It could only be used once and without letting the enemy know of it. Its working chanism was complex, and the goblins had paid a lot of money to have this thing crafted by the witches.
As soon as Jayden's hand ca in contact, Gorrum would have just needed to crush the stone in his pocket and this attack would have blown Jayden's head into pieces, killing him instantly even with his extraordinary healing skills. That's what Gorrum and Thundrik believed.
"No, I think you as the leader should be the one to shake brother with my hands. It's rude to send your subordinate out like this," Thundrik spoke in his usual jumbled way. He understood what his brother was planning to do.
"Silence, you green pieces of at. You should consider yourself lucky to even be able to see soone as handso as . That aside, shaking hands with is the best thing to have ever happened to you," Xero spoke, and before Gorrum could pull his hand back, he took hold of the goblin's hand.
"This bastard, I am the prince of the goblin race, how dare you talk like that to ," Gorrum shouted and tried to squeeze Xero's hand.
'Sigh, I just hope that he at least doesn't kill the prince. We can make excuses for the other goblins he has already killed, and then there will be no war,' the old man from the arcane thought. He still couldn't move because of Hecate.
At this mont, Xero's bad luck curse worked that had been lying dormant for quite so ti now since he was able to control it to so extent now. Since Gorrum was in contact with him currently, all the bad luck was transferred to him.
"O- Ouch, that hurts, let go," Xero shouted and tried to pull his hand back. After all, the eldest goblin prince was still a lot stronger than Xero.
While trying to pull his hand back with all his strength, Xero tried to use his shadow ability, but because Gorrum kept tightening his grip, Xero failed to properly use his ability and was only able to turn his leg into a shadow.

But Gorrum ended up crushing the stone in his pocket. If soone squeezed this stone without being in contact with anyone, then it was designed in a way that it wouldn't explode.
But when it was crushed, Gorrum was holding Xero's hand, but just as the energy was released by the crushed stone, Xero's hand was severed from his body, so the energy had nowhere to move.

The eldest goblin prince only had the ti to say one word before his head exploded into thousands of pieces, throwing his green blood all around. Jayden protected everyone by limiting the explosion within a shield, so no one else was hard by it.
"…" After the explosion, everyone was silent. They all stared at the remains of the previously ugly prince as his body returned to its original form.
"Poor prince, he lost his life in such a pathetic way just because of an accident. What a cruel world, first he was born because of an accident and even his death was because of an accident," Jayden spoke with a shake of his head.
"N- No, how can this be? He shouldn't have died like this. O- Oh god, now the goblins are going to attack us," the old man spoke as he held his head.
Thundrik was still shocked that his eldest brother really had died just like that. He was the strongest among them all, and had the highest chance of becoming the next king.
Even Thundrik himself supported him, but now he is dead and he died such a pathetic death that he would beco a joke after this news traveled outside this hall.
"How kill you dare him? Do you know the consequences of your actions? Even the witches won't be able to save you if our king decides to erase earth," Thundrik shouted in anger, but he didn't attack Jayden since he was sure that he wouldn't be able to defeat him.
"What do you an kill him? I didn't even move. It was just an accident, and I should be the one to get angry. Your brother was actually planning to blow my head," Jayden spoke in an irritated tone.
Although he wanted to attack the goblins, he wouldn't just mindlessly charge straight at them without having proper knowledge. He and his family will easily be able to survive, but the earth might actually get destroyed.
"T- That… Even so, you should father that my pray doesn't decide to annihilate your planet. We are leaving," Thundrik spoke.
Jayden was trying to stay patient but this stupid goblin was making him angry. If he decided, he would easily be able to kill all the goblins before the king could even be aware of it all, and if he did kill so many goblins, then it would be much easier to kill the king.
But Jayden decided to let Thundrik go for now and directly et the goblin king. Taking the eldest goblin prince's headless body in his arms, Thundrik began to walk towards the door of the hall.
All the crowd in the hall was completely silent. It was like they were watching a movie. Even seeing a goblin die right in front of them didn't shock them much. They just waited while wondering if there were going to be any more shocks.
"Damn it, my clothes got dirty because of that green bug. I should go get changed," Xero spoke. His hand was already back to normal, then he walked through the hall and went into a room.
People were once again surprised to see Xero's hand returning to normal, then their gazes shifted back to Jayden and they just stared at him with anticipation.
"You can all return back to enjoying the dinner. Soone clean this place. Let's hope there won't be any more surprises," Jayden spoke, as a few n instantly began to clean the floor and remove the dead bodies of the goblins.
Then Jayden walked towards Alice's group and asked: "Are you all fine?"
