Basically, he was trying to get the ownership of the company without even paying a little bit of money to Jayden, and the small amount of profits he was going to share was a lie too, he would further decrease it later in the na of funds and will show false docunts with a lot less profit than the actual one.
Jayden wondered why everyone was trying to fool him today in a deal, first that witch and now this man, but he maintained his calm and spoke:

Jayden removed the safety lock of the gun and then pulled the slide back, loading the bullet into the chamber while maintaining his aim towards Dan.
" But I didn’t even went to college infact I stopped studying quite early anyway tell are you alone in this or are you here on soone else’s orders? And which companies is your company in cahoots with? "
Jayden was treating the gun like a toy, he kept throwing it from one hand to another even gesturing while making a BANG sound with the gun in his hand, and every ti Dan’s heart leapt into his mouth.
" I am n- not working for anyone t- there are a few partners of mine, a- and we have decided together to s- swallow the Night Corp, the six companies are... " And then he began to na the companies while Kate noted them all, and Jayden just listened.
" So do you still want to take over my company? " Jayden asked while scratching his head with the gun while his finger was pressed against the trigger, Dan couldn’t understand what kind of psycho he is, shaking his head hastily he answered:
" Of course not, you won’t ever see my face and I’ll even warn the other companies to stay away from you, s- sir can I go now? " Dan asked respectfully, each ti the gun was pointed towards him his heart ran at full speed.
