At this point, there were four summoned creatures in the team, including Du You’s two birds and two other birds. There was the Wind King Griffin of Li ngyao and the Fire Sparrow of Huorong Qing.
The Fire Sparrow’s overall strength was sowhat inferior to the Wind King Griffin, but its offensive power was stronger.
However, now there was a new mber in the team - the Unicorn Bubble. The mont Bubble appeared, it whinnied in dissatisfaction, blaming Du You for not summoning it for a long ti.
Seeing Bubble, however, the four won’s eyes lit up brightly, wishing they could rush over. If it weren’t for the fact that they were on a battlefield, they might have done sothing crazy. The looks they gave Bubble were so intense that Bubble got a little scared and hid behind Du You.
But soon after, the Unicorn noticed the surrounding environnt - it was filled with demons.
Bubble let out an angry roar and unfolded an aura beneath its feet - a Dispersion Aura, which was originally just for warding off negative forces. However, Du You did not expect that Bubble would also include the demons in the effect of its aura.
"I never thought the Dispersion Aura could be used like this." Du You uttered a cry of surprise.
Once the Dispersion Aura attached itself to the demons, it was far from useless. The aura had an incredibly potent purifying power that could sanitize the demons’ power, inflicting heavy damage on them.
All the demons within the aura’s coverage area were constantly being eroded. So weaker ones could hardly last for long. The demons now were under the continuous erosion of the triple aura. From Du You’s perspective, even a level 30 demon would be unable to exhibit much strength under such conditions.
Third-tier demons capable of normal thinking were too few and easy to defeat even in large numbers.
"Amazing! A holy being like a unicorn really is the bane of evil."
Li ngyao and Huorong Qing looked on with gleaming eyes, utterly envious. Even as individuals from prestigious families, they had wished they could be favored by a unicorn, but they had never managed to accomplish such a feat.
"Well, this creature is indeed the bane of evil. I didn’t expect..."
Du You left his sentence hanging. He was about to ntion that Bubble, normally timid, was surprisingly bold today. After encountering demons, the Unicorn’s behavior indeed drastically differed from usual.
Although Bubble didn’t personally rush into the fray, it constantly unleashed various skills.
Light Arrow, Divine Blessing, Lightning Chains - all were continuously released. Occasionally, when a demon charged towards it, Bubble fearlessly activated its Holy Light Shield and used the Holy Fla Trampling. The demons who got trampled had their bones shattered and muscles torn. The white, Holy Flas erupted, turning these fearless demons into ash amidst their desperate screams.
If anyone from their own side was injured, Holy Healing Skills were imdiately applied. Under the Holy Light, injuries were swiftly healed.
Even so, this burst of combat didn’t last long before Bubble’s magic power was almost exhausted.
"You understand how to fight, don’t you? Learn from them. Don’t waste your energy foolhardily. We have many enemies here," Du You advised as he took out a Purple Sea Urchin Pill for Bubble.
"Use mine, mine is better," Li ngyao offered, handing over a vial. Huorong Qing also held a vial, although she was a bit slow to speak up.
Du You sighed. He was well aware that these two won’s potions were of higher value, but he didn’t expect them to bring so many with them. How much did their personal spaces hold? They had been using the potions for days, but he hadn’t seen any signs of them running out.
"Alright then." Du You took the potion and gave it to Bubble, who drank it straight away. After consuming the potion, Bubble imdiately regained its vigor and dove right back into the battle against the demons. Having absorbed what it had learned, however, Bubble’s actions in combat had beco more mature and restrained compared to its initial frenzied outbursts.
Perhaps, Du You thought, he should take Bubble to combat evil creatures more often. That way, Bubble might be able to overco its fear of death. After all, isn’t fighting instinct and experience obtained through countless battles?
Looking at Li ngyao and Huorong Qing, Du You noticed that these two won had gained quite a lot of Crystal Coins over the past few days following him. They had learned new skills, increased their levels, and beco stronger.
However, the increase in strength they gained from leveling up was significantly less than his. It was comparable to the two sisters’ gains. Without using Instantaneous Movent, the two sisters’ combat strength might not even be comparable to them.
"Bubble, wait a mont. Don’t kill that one. Leave it to ," Yu Shi suddenly called out.
She had noticed a very peculiar demon. This demon was wrapped in a layer of dark energy. Each attack it launched sparked a black electricity. Seeing this electricity, Yu Shi wanted to go forward to absorb it.
Bubble didn’t make any rash decisions, choosing instead not to shroud the demon in its aura. Du You promptly initiated Soul Communication with Bubble, saying, "Rember, if you encounter demons that seem special or belong to unique species, don’t attack them. Yu Cha or Yu Shi may need them." Bubble nodded imdiately upon hearing Du You’s intent. It respected its master and did not dare to offend him. Du You wouldn’t show rcy just because Bubble was a unicorn.
In the past, Bubble had upset Du You and had been punished by him as a result.
Seeing how obedient Bubble was made Li ngyao and the others even more envious. "Such a pity. Now that we’ve reached the third tier, we can’t go to the Secret Realm anymore. When we get back, we must try to get a bounty reward. We must find a way to get a unicorn," Li ngyao muttered under her breath.
Upon hearing Li ngyao’s whispered words, an idea flashed in Huorong Qing’s mind. Perhaps she should also try that thod.
The peculiar demon in front of them didn’t display any extraordinary attack or defense power. With Yu Shi’s attack, a single Thunderstorm Arrow left the demon charred by the electric current.
A demon of level 24 was no match for the Demon Hunter Shooter that countered its power. After the third Thunderstorm Arrow, the demon was already completely charred and seemingly on the verge of death.
With no hesitation, Yu Shi released an arrow shot, using only a Lightning Arrow to penetrate the demon’s head. When the team advanced, Yu Shi walked up and placed her hand on the demon’s body. A pale-gold light glowed, attracting Yu Shi’s attention and prompting her to absorb sothing from the demon under the curious gaze of Li ngyao.
After the absorption process was complete, Yu Shi, although initially not very optimistic, suddenly brightened her eyes.
"Great, such a powerful ability... Master, quickly, give that one," Yu Shi said with visible excitent. She seed to have won big this ti.
