After a distance from the city, Du You summoned his flying pet: "Let’s go, this way is faster."
The three of them took off from the ground and began to fly, while the people behind had no idea that Du You possessed such intense flying ability. After all, from the video, it seed that Du You could only fly solo.
Now that all three of them have taken off, the people trailing were sowhat deterred.
After so ti, Du You finally arrived at the third mountain range. This place was quite famous in their city because of its considerable height. However, barely anyone visited here.
It was primarily regarded as a legend by the common folks. Only those with formidable power dared to venture into these terrains as they always boasted unique resources.
A lot of these resources could only be found on Earth and not in other worlds.
To the best of his recollections, this was Du You’s first visit to this place. He lived in the city all his life. So he was undeniably curious.
"The mountain is at least 4,000 ters high, quite extraordinary," Du You mused aloud.
"Isn’t that considered small? Aren’t there plenty of mountains tens of thousands of ters high?" The two sisters looked at Du You quizzically. Clearly, their thoughts didn’t align with his.
Du You shook his head: "Never mind, let’s not worry about this; let’s go in first."
Leading the two of them, Du You ventured into the dark and gloomy mountain valley. In the air, three flying creatures circled around, searching for potential targets below.
"Look quickly, there are bones here. Seems like they were burnt to death, and it’s a recent demise."
Lin Yushi pointed to the bones on the road. Having experienced so much, their ability to identify corpses had improved significantly. Du You approached for a closer look and slightly nodded.
"Indeed, there are signs of burns, but there are also traces of lightning strikes."
Most people cannot discern the difference between signs of fire and lightning strikes, but they were different. Even without visual cues, Du You’s powerful perception allowed him to detect residual elental fluctuations.
"This person hasn’t been dead for more than three days; it seems we’ve found the right place."
The force was very powerful, and Du You was able to determine that the creature which attacked was a tier three creature. Whether it fulfills his criteria is sothing he would find out after the encounter.
The three of them continued to move deeper, and suddenly, Du You bore a faint smile.
"Master, what happened?" Lin Yucha noticed the change in Du You.
Du You shook his head: "Nothing, just stay alert." After hearing his words, the sisters grew cautious, but everyone managed to keep a calm facade and carried on.
Finally, in the deepest part of the mountain valley, Du You spotted a huge shadow. As soon as they entered, even before they got a proper look, the shadow opened its mouth and expelled a burst of fire mixed with lightning. Du You instantly erected his Shield Spell in response to the intense force.
"Boom" The thunder-fire struck Du You’s Shield Spell, causing it to vibrate slightly.
"The attack power is considerable. The creature in front should be at least level 27, and at least 8 stars." Du You grinned, this creature could potentially et his requirents.
"Let’s kill it then." Bu You narrowed his eyes and summoned Dark Spirits. Nurous black spots filled the surrounding air. With a wave of his hand, he unleashed the Dark Fla Arrow Array.
The next mont, the fire dissipated, and a scream echoed from the front. Du You looked forward amidst the lingering fire and saw a giant dragon-like creature, over five ters tall, burning with black flas in many places on its body.
One of its wings was sagging. It seed injured, but that wasn’t Du You’s doing. Its abdon had a long, slender wound, presumably inflicted by sothing. Nurous rotting traces were visible on the wound. The most intense black flas were burning on this wound, causing the Sub-Dragon to scream in pain.
The Sub-Dragon had dark red scales. Its resemblance to a real dragon indicated a very high blood purity. If it weren’t lacking Dragon Might, it would be a real dragon.
anwhile, there were many lightning-like patterns on its dark red scales. These weren’t painted; they were ford naturally. This indicated that the Sub-Dragon had mutated from a Lightning-Fire attribute.
If one could fuse the mutations of two attributes, this Sub-Dragon wouldn’t be inferior to a real dragon.
A real dragon exhibits a battle power equivalently to 9 stars of the sa realm, a sign of top-tier creatures. Du You wondered if this creature could achieve the sa.
In the blink of an eye, the sisters joined in. Lin Yucha aid her Spiral Snipe at the Sub-Dragon’s wound, while Lin Yushi released continuous shots, forming a string of lightning, like an enduring thunderstorm.
The Sub-Dragon, sensing danger, endured the pain and guarded its front with its intact wing. The next mont, another scream echoed as the Spiral Snipe drilled a hole into the Sub-Dragon’s wing. The continuous shots struck the sa spot, leaving only light wounds due to their weak power. "What a robust defence," Du You marvelled. The Sub-Dragon, with its strong defence and exaggerated magic resistance, was like his very Death Gorilla.
Speaking of the Death Gorilla, Du You had summoned it just earlier. At this mont, the Death Gorilla activated Land Transfer and disappeared. When it reappeared, it was right in front of the Sub-Dragon.
