After exchanging coordinates, Du You intended to leave the school, as there wasn’t much he needed from it anymore.

However, not long after he stepped out, he noticed many people gathering together. A young man was shouting sothing loudly from a raised platform. His face was filled with imnse excitent.

anwhile, a growing crowd was heading toward the spectacle.

"What’s happening over there? Is it so sort of announcent from an upperclassman, or a lecture? But if it were a lecture they should’ve rented a classroom. Giving a lecture in the open air is quite unconventional," soone nearby wondered aloud.

Another passerby said dismissively, "You don’t understand. That’s the graduating student Liu Xianglong. He’s not lecturing, he’s recruiting employees."

"Recruiting? Liu Xianglong is starting a company then? The only possible company he could start here would be the Otherworld Exploration Company. It’s not easy to start such a venture."

Indeed, these organizations dedicated to exploring the Other World have been established for over five hundred years.

Between major families, hidden powers, and various company guilds, it’s rather difficult to carve out a space for oneself. Without exceptional circumstances, it’s tough to stand out.

"You’re partially correct. Liu Xianglong has earned the rights to develop a territory. I heard he already acquired a village and beca its chief. He might reap significant benefits in the future. If possible, he could even establish his own company. It’s quite enviable."

It seems that those with territories could potentially establish their own companies and stake a claim.

Reflecting on this, Du You reevaluated his plans to leave the school and decided to observe the situation. Though he had no intention of joining, he also had the right to develop a territory, even though he hadn’t started yet.

"They plan to build a company from just a small village? What a joke."

The previously dismissive person said, "And what of it? All lands have small beginnings. Let tell you, as long as Liu Xianglong is a student here, the school maintains his protection. No one dares to touch him."

In a low voice, he continued, "If we’re lucky, we can transform a small village into a city before graduation. This way, establishing a company will be assured. If we join now, we could secure our places as elders in the company and have boundless futures."

"Even if it doesn’t work out, being a lord with a territory still elevates you above average. A major power would be eager to recruit you. We could earn seniority by joining now."

None are fools. The indisputable incentive behind employnt is the added benefits. Unselfish contributions are few and far between.

Du You followed the crowd to the foot of the platform. Liu Xianglong was broadcasting enthusiastically on top, drawing people in. Many younger students gazed at him with starry eyes, wishing they could be closer.

While observing, Du You concluded that lordship wasn’t as straightforward as he initially believed.

Du You noticed soone selling small booklets nearby. They required a purchase permit restricted to hunters. And each booklet costs one Red Crystal Coin, which was quite steep.

The booklet isn’t a piece of equipnt or any exceptional item, but just an ordinary bundle of paper. However, the booklet bore special Contract Runes. Once bought, it essentially ant you agreed to a contract.

Only the first person to open the booklet could read the text inside. All others would be unable to view it, and sharing the contents was forbidden.

"What is this? Does it contain unique knowledge?" Du You asked.

A bystander replied, "No, they say it contains information about territory managent. As hunters, we have access to similar information, but not as comprehensive. It’s said that Liu Xianglong and others researched and organized the contents to aid territory developnt."

So developing a territory wasn’t possible without understanding these aspects. Du You’s eyes lit up. He’d struggled to find such crucial knowledge and it turned out sobody already assembled it all. This was great news.

Du You previously had no idea about territory developnt.

Several people stepped forward to buy booklets. After a brief browsing, a curious crowd mber asked, "Is it worth it? Does it bring any value?"

The man nodded imdiately. "Definitely. It’s useful. If I had the right to establish a territory now, I’d know what to do. Even though I don’t have the rights, I might try to give it a go."

"This guy is probably a hired gun. Is it really that good?" Clearly, so were skeptical.

"Nonsense, I know this guy. He’s entering the graduating class next year. He’s stronger than most of his peers and certainly wouldn’t lie." This sparked an interest among several people.

Du You joined the crowd and bought a booklet, so as not to draw attention to himself. He’d refrained from stepping forward earlier, wary that his eagerness would attract attention.

When it ca to territory matters, any level of caution wasn’t excessive.

Building a territory could be done like Liu Xianglong, in full view of the public with many helping hands. This thod guaranteed the territory would completely belong to the builder eventually. However, the downside was the initial phase of building would likely be a period of great difficulty.

After purchasing the booklet, Du You had an initial browse and satisfaction flooded over him. This item indeed brought value. His prior lack of direction regarding territory developnt now started to clear up, forming a discernible path in his mind.

Now was not the ti for this though. He decided to settle this matter later.

Realizing there was nothing more of value for him, Du You slowly withdrew from the crowd and disappeared quietly. As one of many hunters, his movents went unnoticed.

Many colonists from the graduating class had joined the newly established organization to secure their futures. No idle attendees here, only hunters. Those who left were not only himself. While everyone might leave for different reasons due to the large crowd, no one paid attention to those departing.
