"Du You, I heard you’re back, how are your injuries?"
All of a sudden, the leader ssaged. Du You felt a warm flow in his heart upon seeing the leader’s question.
"Don’t worry, I’m fine. I have returned after all. The next two days are for inspection of the task. I wouldn’t risk leaving and getting into danger again."
"Border City is quite safe now, I’ll feel relieved if you stay."
The leader closed the communication, shook his head, "This guy, such reckless charging even managed to achieve a better effect than my strategies."

"I heard you were seriously injured, what happened?" His concerned voice echoed within the console.
Du You sighed, "It’s nothing, I got injured while doing the task. But I gained a lot too." Lao Er must be sowhere near Border City, otherwise, he wouldn’t be able to contact him, it must have been the leader who told him.
"Are you really okay? Do you need to co see you, are you badly hurt?"
"No need, just keep doing what you were. It’s just an arm injury, it’ll heal once I return."
"I feel assured if you say so. What kind of task did you take on this ti?"
Du You didn’t hide anything, he simply told him about the Giant Rock Fortress mission roughly. On hearing Du You’s story, Lao Er couldn’t help but exclaim in awe.

Du You shook his head, he had two professions and even reached the legendary 10-star level, which practically didn’t even exist. If re hard work could let one surpass him, then his professions were a pure waste. Also, it wasn’t like he wasn’t working hard.
After closing the console, Du You continued his cultivation. In those two days, his Magic Power ascended significantly due to the application of basic Magic Power. It felt more intense than before.
Unfortunately, the difficulty of improving such skills to the next level was amplified because of Du You’s dual professions which inherently possessed plentiful Magic Power. These two days, he had not ascended even one level.

Xi Qianxue quietly sat down, her gaze steady on Du You, with his arm wrapped in bloody bandages. "Looking at you now, you should be planning on leaving early, especially since there’s only one day left until the deadline of one month."
"Yes, I’m planning on leaving. I can’t do anything right now. I’m here just to wait for the task rewards."
Xi Qianxue was silent for a while before she finally spoke, "I must say, I didn’t expect you to be so successful as a secretary and even obtained the right to speak. I had planned to achieve this in two steps. You completed it in one. So, we can enhance our cooperation, but it has nothing to do with others."
