Peerless Academy, The Tower, Floor .

The forest was ormous, dark, and verdant.

Its canopy was claid by magnolia, cypress, and dogwood, and rays of light bursting through their crowns allowed for a mosaic of plants to cultivate the branch and twig-lad g below.

Swooping climbing plants held onto a couple of trees, and a mishmash of flowers, which were common to this area only, added colorful variety to the otherwise gre terrain.

A variety of animal noises, predominantly those of bird songs, resonated through the air, and almost completely muffled the occasional roar of a large animal trying to scare away predators.

Suddly, there was a flash of light and a young man appeared, with gray hair and striking gold eyes. Naturally, it was Noah.

Noah after taking the teleportation portal, was st to this place. He quickly scanned his surings. He was vigilant, he held his longsword tightly to the right and checked his daggers. He wore light gray armor, it was a common grade armor. He also wore a dark gre backpack.

Noah who was about to advance suddly froze wh a robotic voice rang out.

{Welco to the st Floor of the Peerless Academy's Tower. For your advancemt class, the following mission has be issued: Kill a hundred Goblins. Good Luck!}

Noah's body turned tse as he understood it was the beginning, gripping his sword he stepped forward, he could hear his heartbeat quicking, he rapidly perford this exercise.

He inhaled and exhaled repeatedly to regain his cool.

After a few seconds, he succeeded. There's nothing to be afraid of, it was not his first ti fighting against goblins, he was just overwheld by the numbers but he understood better not to let his mind get affected. With an unstable mind, there is a higher risk of making a blunder and it could lead to an injury.

''Well, let's eat so cookies first.''

''These little cuties provide nutritious sources of protein and vitamins that help to produce a stable tabolism.''

As if he was giving himself a reason to joy the cookies he liked so much.

In a flash, Noah devoured eight cookies he secretly brought.

''Delicious, I feel alive.'' Noah would have loved to continue eating nonstop but he stopped, playti over.

His currt expression was differt from the previous one, he was relaxed and ready for so action, it was th it appeared.

Rustle~

A small creature walked out from the shadow of a tree a few ters away from Noah's location. Its height was comparable to that of a child, it had gre skin and pointy ears, poorly dressed and holding a wood staff, a goblin.

''Kieee?"

The goblin with its eyes stared at Noah before his eyes turned ruthless, ready to bash the human before him but this goblin suddly stopped and stared in another direction.

''Kiee?"

Noah calmly followed that direction and saw a second goblin coming out.

The two imdiately seed to understand each other and planned to ambush Noah together.

It was th Noah's expression switched to a cold one. He seed to have killed off his emotions and solely focused his atttion on killing the emy before him, a thod his father taught him.

Swoosh!

Noah's feet kicked against the g and he vanished, having unleashed his full speed.

He held a sword in one hand, a dagger in another one.

In a flash, he arrived betwe the goblins.

His movemts were swift and precise, and his weapons danced with deadly accuracy.

Ev the goblins were momtarily tak aback by his intsity.

They tried to back away but it was already too late, Noah's blades reached them faster, and one sword beheaded the goblin on the left, gre blood gushed up like a fountain. He avoided while at the sa ti thrusting his dagger forward, the dagger pierced the heart of the one on the right. Everything happed too fast and the goblins died before they were ev aware of it.

It was clean and swift.

That robotic voice rang out once more informing Noah of his progress, he ignored it and leaped into the forest in search of his next prey, he soon found them and another battle followed.

More than two and a half an hour later, Noah was still fighting, currtly attacking a goblin holding a rusty sword.

Sshh-!

"Kieeeek!"

The goblin, who had lost both eyes, fell to the g writhing in pain.

Noah imdiately flew through the air and plunged his dagger into the goblin's neck.

"Kiiiiiiieeeeek!"

He pierced the chest of that goblin and turned to find his next target.

A constant stream of unrelting movemt.

There was no room for a momt of carelessness.

He moved forward.

Noah's eyes rapidly scanned the situation.

"Kiiiiiiiii…."

The goblins backed away with fearful expressions. They fled.

All the goblins nearby had be killed.

So he could finally let his guard down for a bit.

"I can take a breather for a momt."

Noah, who had regained his composure, took out so cookies. It's cookie's ti.

After joying his cookies' ti it was ti to act again, the final act was about to start, so he believed.

Noah moved, going toward the emy and the nearby goblins started to back away. They had beco afraid of him, he reeked the blood of their fall brethr. They were afraid of such a dangerous man capable of slaughtering them so easily and without any emotion.

Seeing this situation Noah couldn't help but grin, and th imdiately picked up one of the daggers on the g, and shot it without aiming.

"Kiiak!"

It hit one of the goblins' chest, while the others were startled by the sight of their fall comrade writhing in pain.

"Ar't you coming to ?"

The goblins kept backing away.

Noah picked up another dagger and threw it, and another goblin fell.

However, the Goblins kept backing away shivering, Noah watched them for a bit and th sighed.

"If you're not coming, th I'm coming to you."

Instantly, he closed the distance and unleashed a flurry of sword moves.

The gre blood splattered in all directions.

As soon as he defeated the last goblin before him, Noah was t with a flood of notifications.
