"And that will be all for today, students. You're dismissed."
The cold yet handso professor quickly stood up from his seat, grabbed his books, and placed them inside his backpack before leaving the room, sooner than even the students could.
The students sat there, watching in silence as he left, seemingly in a hurry. But because he always looked so calm and composed, it felt like he was just angry or sothing.
However, most of the female students always enjoyed his classes, as he was the most handso teacher in the entire school.
"Haven't you noticed? Lately, Professor Noah is leaving earlier than usual."
"I rember he used to let us talk with him after classes…"
"Yeah, what's gotten into him?"
"I heard he's Professor Iris' husband. Maybe she found out he's talking too much with the female students and got jealous?"
"Well, the male students also love her and always try to talk with her…"
Hearing their conversations from far away, Noah sighed while looking at the door of his office and walking inside. He closed the door and admired the windows.
His crimson eyes stared at the city in front of him, his intent flowing more freely around him, black and crimson energies warping space for a mont.
Noah wasn't doing this intentionally. This was all because he was furious.
Irritated.
It had been several months since he arrived in this world, but he had been unable to locate the key he was looking for.
But that wasn't all that frustrated him.
"This world… it's like a torture and a drug at the sa ti."
He pondered this while seeing the "disgusting" mories latched onto his very being when he landed in this world.
He wasn't being brainwashed. These were mories of the parallel self he rged with, which this dinsion instantly created.
This created a connection with this world and its past, giving him an entire history here.
Noah could rember being born here, having parents, both of whom were still alive, alongside a sister and several aunts and uncles.
This was the sickening part.
He had an entirely new family, parents he never had, aunts he never had, uncles he never had, nieces, and even grandparents.
All the things he lacked in his first life on the wicked, post-apocalyptic Earth he ca from.
The cataclysm that struck his world had not only taken his family but also killed a large part of the population, leaving the world as an apocalyptic wasteland covered with Miasma, Mana, and Chaos Essence.
It all happened when a teor struck his world many years before he was born. Not only did people die, but the world outside beca a dangerous land full of wicked creatures and mutated monstrosities.
Distortions in space leading to connected worlds began to manifest. Gates, and even more monsters, demons, and gods from other worlds, attempted to conquer his world.
Amidst all of that, not long after he was born, his parents died, and he was raised in a ruthless orphanage, always alone, always bullied, and always hating himself for being weak.
But in this world, everything was so much different. He was beginning to develop feelings of love and affection toward these people.
He tried his best to hold himself back, but unless he deleted these mories, he could not get rid of this love.
This warmth.
"It isn't a sche either. Why was this world created? To give people who had nothing a second chance? …No, they used Clentine for this, and that boy Frank as the Cores. But there's more to this. The Factions that created this Dinsion are trying to create sothing out of this… a phenonon of Cosmic Proportions… Wait."
As Noah pondered once more, his eyes glowed as he finally realized so truth.
"Fate…"
He looked at the Auras of every student outside. They all had their own Auras of Fate, hidden from plain sight.
Fate had the power to manipulate the flow of all existence toward a predetermined goal, but it was also possible to manipulate the force of Fate with enough Power and thus manipulate the flow of all existence toward the goal of the one doing this.
Usually, even with all his power, Noah couldn't protect his fate and that of his family when the Outer Gods finally invaded Abyss.
He had made sure to seal the world as much as possible, but even then, they used the powers developed by one of Kireina's children to open the gate to his world anyway, once more seeking him.
But now, he had yet to even et a single Outer God after their battle before he arrived here… This could only an one thing: they had finally given up on seeking his power.
But at the sa ti, they were still using Abyss for sothing, as the pillar of their creation, while drawing power from it.
The reason he couldn't just destroy all of this was because the dinsion he was in was connected to Abyss. Destroying it ant that Abyss would explode and disappear.
"They're not directly aiming to manipulate … and perhaps not even Frank or Kireina," he thought. "However, they are definitely aiming for sothing… By placing all three of us, children of the Primordials, inside the sa world, they're letting our powerful Heavenly Fates intermingle with this world and its people's Fates."
Noah looked into the skies. An invisible flow of imnse Fate pierced the sky and reached sowhere else, an endless spiderweb.
"It seems not even Kireina can detect this. She lacks the ability to manipulate and expand her Consciousness."
Unlike Kireina, who still heavily relied on the System, Noah had long ago left it behind. The System he originally had from Earth didn't co with him to his second life.
Yet even then, he regained all of his skills by reproducing them using the powers, magic, and techniques he learned in Abyss.
And after millions of years of living there, Noah had polished every aspect of himself, discovering powers that not even the greatest beings of Abyss had ever found.
Among such powers was "Expansion of Consciousness."
It didn't just require power. It required a profound understanding of the world, fate, and where one, as a person, stands among all of it.
