"Wait, what?!" I gasped. "You… weren't turned into a civilian like us, but into a Kami?!"
"Yes! Nanako is here too, I saw her!" Kaguya said. "She pretended not to know , though. In our lives here, we weren't acquainted that much."
"Alright then, that's aweso," I said. "Did your siblings also arrive with you?"
"Yes, Kuraen and Yamiyo are with right now. It's so… it's so beautiful in a way! We have so many mories of living here. We were born around two hundred years ago in Japan!" Kaguya said. "It's a little confusing at first. I think my mories are still rging…"
"Calm down and relax," I said. "Tell your brothers not to raise any ruckus. The Kami could get suspicious."
"Okay…" she sighed. "But why would they? They're my family… Ah! I didn't even tell you who they are!"
"Who… who are they?" I wondered.
"I am part of Amaterasu-sama's family! I am not her direct daughter, though, but sothing like the daughter of one of her siblings…" Kaguya said. "She's like my aunt! I… have only spoken to her a couple of tis, though."
"Wow! Now that's interesting! Can you tell more about them?" I wondered.
"I will try, but… Ah! There's soone coming! I'm sorry, I will contact you later!" Kaguya abruptly stopped her telepathic call.
Alright then, no hurry…
But that's really amazing. Kaguya, her two brothers, AND Nanako all beca Kami! This is great. Now we have spies in their numbers, but…
I doubt they would ever betray them, as they now have mories with them as family.
Well, I guess that's the downside of it.
"Kireina-sama, are you there?"
"Nanako!"
It was my multi-eyed wife. She just called .
"Yes, it's . I'm glad I arrived here safely… in fact, it feels like I had arrived here a hundred years ago, sohow," Nanako said. "The mories of this world are rather… unique. I have beco the daughter of an old and respected Kami in this world, or rather, I've rged with a parallel version of myself that did."
"That's amazing! Kaguya told the sa," I said. "Which God?"
"My respected father's na is Fukurokuju-sama. He is a Kami-sama of Wisdom and Longevity, and part of the Seven Fortune Gods Pantheon," Nanako explained. "I have… awakened new powers out of nowhere as his daughter. It's incredible."
"Really?!" I gasped. "Well, that's great! What about your mother?"
"She's a Yokai he once had a forbidden relationship with… I haven't seen her since I was born," Nanako said. "Apparently the Kami here are very discriminatory against these types of relationships and didn't let a Yokai live among them. They allowed into the Heavenly Realm after my father begged Amaterasu-sama…"
"Oh… Well, at least you made it there," I said.
"Yes, it's a beautiful world, but this place here is also quite… troubleso," she sighed. "I seem to be a victim of… for lack of a better term, bullying among Kami. I am ostracized for my origins…"
"What?!" I gasped. "Hm, well… is your father alright with that?"
"He does whatever he can to cheer up at least…" Nanako said. "Nonetheless, it's nothing I cannot bear, so please don't worry. I will remain here for the next few days as my mind settles down and I practice my new powers and further assimilate into this society."
"Okay, just don't let the assimilation rate go to 100%," I said. "And if it does, go to my Cosmic Realm instantly and return. That should reset it."
"I will, thank you," she said. "Now I shall go. My father has just arrived at our Palace…"
"Nanako-chan! Where are you? I have brought souvenirs! So really delicious red bean mochi that a friend gave !" the voice of a kind grandpa echoed in the background. "Can you prepare so tea so we can enjoy them together?"
"Sure thing father!" Nanako said.
"Haha, sure, have fun Nanako," I giggled.
After that, I rested on the bed, sighing. I think no more calls were coming at all, aning that everyone was fine and confident about where they were— Wait.
"Hey Kireina! Guess where we are!" Gaby just called .
"The ocean, right?" I asked.
"Eh?! You guessed it right!" she laughed. "It's not just the plain ol' sea! We arrived in a huge Underwater Kingdom!"
"Atlantis?!" I gasped.
"What? No!" she laughed. "We are in the Dragon King of the Four Seas' Kingdom, the Eternal Palace of the Deep Sea! And apparently I've lived a whole three hundred years here— Ah, the mories are still rging, damn!"
"W-Wait, what?!" I gasped once more. "Gaby, you're really lucky! What about our children?"
"They're both here as well," she said. "We did the pseudo-assimilation thing you said. I have no husband, thankfully, and my species here is… Ah, right! I am the Dragon King of the Four Seas' granddaughter. I gave birth to our two children asexually in this world."
"That's… amazing!" I gasped. "So you're already connected to a great lineage in this world, well done! How are the kids handling things? Is Aarae and the pregnancy alright?"
"Yes, she's fine," Gaby said. "If anything, we all feel even stronger now. This world is incredible! And this place is so beautiful, I'm so lucky! Can I stay here for a little while more?"
"Sure, take your ti!" I said with a nod. "We'll regroup later."
"Ah, there's a banquet to celebrate Aarae's pregnancy right now. We'll get going, take care~!" Gaby said, as she quickly finished the call.
Well, they're all very lucky. I'm happy for them.
Though I wonder what's up with Agatheina and Alice… I'm a little worried.
Knock, knock!
Suddenly, as I was thinking about various things, soone knocked at the door.
"Yes?"
"Good morning, my dear daughter. How are you today? Feeling alright? You slept like a log! Yesterday was sure a tiring day, huh?" he asked, hugging .
"A-Ah! Father!" I said, surprised.
