"What do you say about that, Kireina?" My father asked . "They're getting in the way. As I taught you before, what do you do when people get in your way? In the way of your ambitions? In the way of your convictions? In the way of your goals?"
"If daddy would let …" I said with a smile. "I would like to challenge all three of you to a duel and show you what I can do. The winner will decide what we can do with Mount Takao, how about it?"
"A-All three of them?!"
"Young lady, are you serious?!"
"Aren't they our strongest?"
"They're the Chaos Gate Trinity, nobody is stronger than them!"
"Young Lady Kireina, please don't be reckless!"
The other mbers started panicking a lot, but the Chaos Gate Trinity smiled, seemingly liking my brave behavior.
"Interesting… fighting you head-on would be too unfair however, but I like testing people," Doctor Frankenstein said. "I could prepare soone to fight in my stead."
"Hmm, I'll fight myself, if the young lady believes she can do as she pleases, then it is my duty to teach her that she still has a long way to go," Wasp said, his eyes growing sharp.
"I-I could call one of my sorcerers or a familiar but young lady! Is this really necessary?!" dea begged to stop.
"Dad, what do you think?" I looked at my father.
And then, his calm face changed, a smile appeared through it, made of twisting chaotic colors and swirling stars.
"I like that idea, my dear daughter~!" He laughed. "Good! I like when people fight for their own convictions and goals, it sprinkles life and color into this boring life. And I am rather interested in what you can do! Wasp… he's definitely among my strongest, and he's fighting head-on though, are you sure you can handle him?"
"It will be really hard, but I will do my best," I said with a nod.
"Hmph…" Wasp looked at sharply. "Young lady, I will hold back just for you. Don't worry, I don't plan on actually hurting you."
He's acting nice, but he's actually insulting , he's treating as soone not worth his ti or even his effort, nice.
This is the perfect excuse to beat the shit out of him!
Maybe if I do that, he'll get ingrained into his head to never do shit outside of his scope, and to never ss with my cute little Frank.
"I agree! Daddy?" I asked.
"Alright then!" He laughed. "We'll hold this battle tomorrow once you're back from school, my dear daughter. You better co back prepared, bring your friends along as well, I want to see them."
"Okay," I nodded. "They'll happily join the Chaos Gate, and they're strong too, so they'll easily fit."
"Hmm, interesting!" He nodded. "If you truly bring to such powerful and loyal mbers, then I'll be really happy and grateful, my dear. Now, let's go back to the original eting topic. What else is there to report?"
Then they started talking about things such as stocks, the companies and their shares, current trends and other things to move around and adapt our companies to please new audiences, and so on.
It was like a business eting, pretty much… And it was damn boring, but I still decided to pay attention to it to learn more, nothing too hard either way.
Dad also sent a bunch of money to my bank account and told that I could use that to invest in other companies, buy stocks, or create my own projects.
It was a total of a hundred million USD in total.
Well, damn, it sure is a lot of money! I could do anything I want with this, and yet he wants to multiply it… huh.
My idea of creating a phone app like a ga that can drain negative energies and make them into power was still there, and it interested dad quite a lot.
It was going to be addicting, and have in app purchases and stuff, all the predatory things but that'll also leave people wanting more.
The idea is to make people play the ga and then we can harvest their emotional energy through the app.
Pretty genius right? I know! Hehe.
But this is mostly a secondary side hustle aside from the battle that's coming.
"Alright, thank you for your ti everyone, our eting today is over," my father said. "You may return to your hos or rooms. Kireina, dear, let's go back."
"Yes father," I nodded, walking by his side. "Isna, Acelina. Co as well."
"Y-Yes, young lady…" Isna nodded.
"Of course," Acelina said.
While they walked behind us, my father talked to about what we went through, asked what I learned, and I gave him a small summary of what I could get from this eting.
After that, he praised for my great and prideful personality, and how I didn't let anybody stop from achieving what I wanted.
"Despite them being my workers, they tend to get a bit too cocky due to their positions, so it was nice what you did, very refreshing honestly," he said. "I want to see more of that if possible, of you showing them who's boss here and clearly telling what they must or not do."
"Oh, okay dad, sure," I nodded. "But why the obsession with that?"
"Isn't it obvious, my dear?" He laughed. "We are supre beings of chaos; do you think we must bend the knee to rules or whatever? We make the rules here, we are the in charge."
"Oh…" I nodded. "Yeah, I like that!"
"We'll prepare your bed then, young lady."
"Yeah."
As I chatted with my father about various things and the battles that were coming tomorrow, which he had high expectations of beating everyone, the maids went back to my room to prepare the room for my sleep.
