"I want to go up high enough that we won't be seen from below. I am pretty sure that thee Predators will try and track us back to our village, and we don't need that right now," I told Hilda, and she disappeared as I heard people buzz into the room.
I was able to turn my chair with a handy little joystick like a scooter, and I could see both ssia and Miasma coming over to . Riza and Joni buzzed behind them. Miasma ca over and seated herself on my lap, and ssia ca to stand beside , and the girls gave their reports.
"Everything went well, and people got most of their possessions. Everyone is in good spirits, and there were no accidents or injuries," Riza inford crisply.
"I was worried there for a bit, but you moved fast and got the ship closer to the town and had those big scary-looking bees out fast. I think that was what made them stay away," Joni told with a nod of appreciation.
"Yes, it might have pushed them back, but it didn't get rid of them completely. I can still see the Predators about a half a mile away from us, and they keep coming in and out of range. What I want to know is what they are doing, but at the sa ti, I just want to get back; the day is starting to weigh on ," I said, and Miasma hopped up as I motioned her to do so.

"I will watch over the flight controls, and you can go get so rest. There are still more things you will need to discuss and take care of tonight in preparation for tomorrow, but I will activate the viewing wall," Hilda explained, but I was confused with the last part.
"The viewing wall? Where is it? In my room?" I asked, and she bobbed up and down for a yes.
"You will see when you go down into the Royal Quarters. Since you have never been up in the sky, I think you should see so of the things up here. There is a chance you could see the Sky Eel People up here, but my records of the other races are incomplete, and I only know what you do," Hilda explained as I nodded to her as I lifted off my feet.
ssia and Miasma each took a hand and joined as we floated over to the hole in the ground. The other girls were still buzzy at what they were researching, and I planned on finding out what they had gotten so caught up in.
That would be for later; for now, I just wanted to get so rest. The appearance of the Predators right after Miasma had ntioned them and the snakes. Plus, there were still the Nightmares and Raccoon Folk that I needed to deal with.
No, I needed a brain break, or my brains were going to start leaking out of my ears like wax. I was overtired, and I just needed to get so rest.

After the girls settled down with , the wall closest to us beca transparent, like the one on the top floor. We slowly rose into the sky like a hot air balloon, and I watched the ground slowly disappear.
"Ashia, let feed you, and then I would like to go check below with the council mbers," ssia told , and I turned to comply, again getting that feeling that she was more of my caretaker and loving worrywart.
After we kissed and I got my fill of her jelly, ssia gave a short kiss and then left from the bed to head below. I laid down by Miasma after and felt a bit weird after that thought and exchange with ssia, but the tired was weighing down on ,
"Are you okay? You seem blue all of a sudden, and we got everyone safe, right?" Miasma asked with a smile.
That smile was genuine and caring, and not just because she was part of my small growing empire. I didn't need to be sad about anything and had happiness right here; it wasn't like I was starved for attention.
I would just hive to learn that so of my wives wouldn't be close to like Miasma, and the rest would be here for as my Helper Wives. I hope that wasn't being rude and that I wasn't reading things wrong, or maybe I needed to get so sleep.
"I am okay, and I just need to get so rest. I think the events of the day are just starting to catch up with ," I said to Miasma as she cuddled closer to .
"Yes, you have had a long day so far, and you were up late the day before and then up again early today. Co cuddle close to , my Bee-autiful Queen. I will watch you as you nap," Miasma said as she pulled my face into her Milk Mommies, leaving just enough room to breathe as I slowly slipped off.
