Erald's alter ego born when he was possessed by Legion was a part of him, a part he desired to be, what he wanted to be when he faced danger, despair, and when he hesitated.

The "ideal him" in a way, born from the demonic souls being unable to have their own personality and ego as beings created out of Pandemonium's powers without being given a proper demon body, they latched onto Erald to beco what they are now.

And quite literally, it was more of a fusion than a replacent, from this fusion, the "Alter Ego" was born, ruthless, monstrous, and imnsely powerful.

However...

What the Demonic Souls that made up Legion didn't expect was that, even though he was soone that was very weak minded, Erald had soone that he loved dearly.

Ahia.

This woman beca his life and his reason to be, since the beginning of his journey- no, since his life started, that he had never felt this way before about anyone.

Ahia brought him hope, she loved him even with his many flaws, and helped him break through his limits, and fight, even when he never wanted to fight at all.

Indeed, unlike the battle junkies such as Drake or even Surtr, Erald was soone that disliked pain, fighting, and didn't like going through challenges either.

He was soone with a compassionate and kind heart, and also soone with a very weak will, shaped by his many traumas, he was a fragile person, despite being a divine dragon.

And yet, Ahia gave him the strength, her love beca his fuel, and her smile made him move forward no matter the challenge.

And even when his mind was broken after he faced soone as imnsely powerful as the Venerable of Flas, this strong love for her never faded away.

Even when his Alter Ego born from his fusion with the Demonic Souls that took advantage of his weak mind possessed his body, this love persisted.

This love was what made his Alter Ego not kill Ahia and Tyrannus rcilessly to "test his powers" and also this love was what made him co back here, save them and...

Do sothing even crazier.

Fully knowing that his powers corrupted the Celestial Winds, he knew that he was unable to heal Ahia as he was.

Therefore, he ended deciding, reluctantly, to call upon Erald's original form, his original personality drowning within the millions of demonic souls.

Why?

It was simple, his powers, the Celestial Heavenly Winds he could wield, could also heal wounds and fill a body with divine power and lifeforce.

Therefore, half of his body was his alter ego, fiery and red and black feathered, and the other half was green and yellow feathered, with his golden eyes full of compassion and emotions. "HURRY UP AND DO IT!"

The alter ego didn't want to do this he was annoyed as hell!

However, he knew Erald was the only one that could do it either way.

"You don't need to even tell ! I intended to do it already!"

Erald waved his hand, as holy celestial heavenly winds manifested, encompassing Ahia's body, which was at death's door.

The erald and golden winds entered her nostrils, filling her lungs with air, making her finally begin breathing again.

At the sa ti, the winds healed her wounds and exhaustion, and filled her body with spiritual energy and divine power.

"Haaah! Haa... Haahh...!"

Her eyes widened, as the adorable lizardman girl gasped, opening her eyes, her cute snake- like face glanced back at the giant Erald, holding her with his enormous hands.

"Cough, cough...! E-Erald...?! It's you...! Y-You ca for ?!"

She started crying, as she glanced at Erald, both of his halves loved her, and they both smiled, relieved to see her alive.

The child within her, which was still a small egg, was also fine, they sighed in relief at that, realizing that their own ineptitude, even with the power they obtained, could have brought the reason of their life to die.

"Ahia... We are sorry... We were driven by power, and we left you alone with your father... We shouldn't have done that..."

He spoke through both of his personalities, when it ca to her, it was as if they lded into a single person again.

"E-Erald... your body... There's two halves of you?!"

"Ah... this... Yes, we are still trying to figure things out- but at least, my other self has realized that he cannot go without ."

"Hmph! Don't get he wrong idea! I am only bringing you back for Ahia!"

"Yes, yes, I know..."

"E-Eh? Huh? T-There's two Eralds now?!"

Ahia blushed a bit realizing she now had two husbands! And the whole prospects of a more rough and rowdy Erald also... well, she found it a bit hot too.

"W-What am I supposed to do now?! Uwaah! W-Who do I choose?!"

As she started crying and saying such things, Tyrannus noticed she was brought back from death's door, climbing over Erald's body and reaching her within his hands.

"Ahia! You're alive! You're alive, my daughter!"

He ran to her side, hugging her and licking her forehead like any lizardman father does with their kid, Ahia licked his face back, as the two rubbed each other's faces and hugged, while

crying.

"Tch, such crybabies..."

"It's a relief... I never thought my powers could heal this much though... Is this the power I have gained as well? So it can also be reverted, with all its original strength..."

"Does it matter?! I'm doing the fighting now! You're too much of a goody-two-shoes either way!"

"But your power is too destructive... What if sothing like this happens again? I have to stay here...

E-Even as only a half..."

"What?! No! You're going back in right now! Or I'll force you to-"

"W-Wait!"

Suddenly, Ahia called for them, stopping their discussion.

"Please... I would like to say that... Um, I love you both... So please don't go! Stay... both of you

As Ahia smiled, realizing both halves of Erald ca to an agreent, Tyrannus was as confused as any outsider would be without proper context.

"W-What the hell is going on?!"

Author's Note: I wrote all of this because I wanted to give Erald a buff, despite how strong he could be, he cannot compare to two Dragons that are Reincarnated Souls and have OP Unique Skills, so I had to give him sothing like this to even out the field, even if only a little
