The date was November 30th.

In Santa Rita, Southern California, a charity event was being held.

This event was organized by the charity REACH.OUT.WORLDWIDE for post-typhoon reconstruction efforts in the Philippines. Several celebrities were invited to host, including Paul Walker, the lead actor of The Fast and the Furious.

After the event ended, Paul Walker got into a Porsche GT sports car driven by his friend Roger Rodas, preparing to leave.

Unexpectedly, after traveling a short distance, the sports car suddenly lost control, crashed into a utility pole on the side of the road, and burst into flas.

The event attendees hadn’t yet dispersed and rushed to the car. So called the police, so took photos. Due to the fire, no one could approach to rescue.

By the ti the fire departnt and police arrived, both the person and the car had been burned to charcoal.

On the day of the accident, yers Pictures received the news.

Drew imdiately gathered the key creative personnel of The Fast and the Furious 7. She first inquired about the filming status of F7.

Director Jas Wan said, "Principal photography is completely finished, but there are a few scenes that need additional shooting."

"Do the additional shots include Paul’s character?" Drew asked urgently.

"Yes," Jas Wan said helplessly.

"Damn it!" Drew cursed under her breath.

At that mont, Vin Diesel, sitting to the side, raised his hand. "I know Paul has two brothers. They both visited the set before. One brother is relatively thin, but his face looks very much like Paul’s. The other brother has a build similar to Paul’s, but his face isn’t as similar. Perhaps we can use them to complete the additional shooting."

Jas Wan was stunned for a mont, then said delightedly, "Then it’s not a problem. The one with a similar build can shoot long shots, the one with a similar face can shoot close-ups. After shooting, we can use CGI to graft Paul’s face onto them."

"Are you sure there’s no problem?" Drew asked.

"I’m sure," Jas Wan said with full confidence.

"Good, that problem is solved. Next is how we use Paul’s death to promote the film. Of course, I am also extrely saddened by Paul’s death, but life must go on, and moreover—I believe Paul would also hope his final work could be a blockbuster."

"Ivanka, do you have any opinions?"

Ivanka had fully taken over the publicity departnt of yers Pictures.

"I have a few small plans," Ivanka said. "First, we need to express our grief over Paul’s death. Second..."

......

The next day.

yers Pictures, the producer of The Fast and the Furious series, quickly issued a statent of condolence, calling it "heartbreaking news": "For 14 years, Paul was truly one of the most beloved and respected mbers of the yers Pictures family. His departure is a devastating blow to all of us who have worked on The Fast and the Furious and to countless fans..."

Soon after, director Jas Wan posted a ssage of condolence on Facebook: "I am deeply saddened. My heart is broken to the point where I can’t think about anything or do anything right now. Paul was a good actor and a good person. He didn’t deserve such a fate..."

Then, the main cast mbers of the film also posted morial ssages on Facebook and Twitter.

Vin Diesel: "Brother, I miss you so much. I am truly speechless. Heaven has gained a new angel. Rest in peace."

Ludachris: "From the beginning, you gave people a sense of your humility. Every ti you appeared, you knew how to make a difference. We were like brothers; our birthdays are only a day apart. You will always have a place in our hearts; this mory will never fade. Rest in peace."

Tyrese Gibson: "My heart is having a hard ti accepting this right now. Lord, I pray you tell why. I really can’t understand. My heart is broken. No one can make believe this is real. Please, everyone, pray sincerely for his only daughter and his family. My God, I can’t believe I’m writing this stuff!"

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, who joined the Fast family from Part 5: "In this heartbreaking mont, I send all my strength, love, and faith to the Walker family. We will find new strength in his guidance. I love you, brother."

Furthermore, many who had collaborated with Paul Walker or appeared with him in circles expressed deep sorrow over his passing. Clearly, this young man had a pretty good reputation and connections in Hollywood during his lifeti.

Lady Gaga on Twitter: "Is this true? If so, it’s truly terrible. Praying for his family, friends, and fans. I cannot express it in words."

Actor Ryan Phillippe recalled his mories of Paul Walker: "Paul was a good man. He was hardworking and never got a swelled head from Hollywood. He knew life was much more important than Hollywood and lived accordingly. It was a pleasure knowing you, old friend."

Then, under the manipulation of yers Pictures "behind the scenes," the event of Paul Walker’s death began to fernt.

First, the wife of the driver, Roger Rodas, sued Porsche, citing "faulty vehicle design" and "fuel line leakage issues," among other items. The judge dismissed the four charges due to insufficient evidence to prove whether the fatal injuries were caused by the impact or by being burned alive in the fire.

Then, surveillance video from the location of Paul Walker’s fatal accident was leaked, allowing more people to see how the accident unfolded.

Later, Paul Walker’s daughter, adow, also joined the lawsuit, suing Porsche for "negligence leading to death."

She stated that the car Paul Walker was riding in had poor stability and faulty seatbelt design, which prevented both n from escaping in ti, leading to them being burned alive in the car.

Porsche responded that the accident was caused by improper use of the vehicle model (speeding) and lack of (proper) maintenance and repair.

The prolonged lawsuit kept the heat of attention to this death event maintained until the film’s release.

Of course, this was all later.

Martin was also very shocked by Paul Walker’s death; he had clearly warned him about his luck.

But then he rembered the driver of the accident wasn’t Paul Walker himself, and he could only express helplessness and regret about it.

He also didn’t dislike Drew’s actions of capitalizing on the deceased. At least this way, Paul Walker would be rembered by more people, right?!

As long as The Fast and the Furious series continues to exist, Paul Walker will always be rembered.

Perhaps, for Paul Walker, this isn’t a bad thing.

Whether alive or dead, those who can be used are the valuable ones.
