Entertainment: Starting as a Succubus, Taking Hollywood by Storm Chapter 425: Suggestion

Can anyone suggest a gaming laptop that can run RD2/GTA 5/AAA- Gas.

I have a budget of $2,000-$3,000 and i was hoping it could run smoothly while using an A.I locally. Oh, and also gaming keyboard/mouse and 160 HZ monitor. (please recomnd a good brand since I've been hearing that so of the monitor can't last 6 months without it having a black lines.)
