Outside the bar.

Gordon and Martin were waiting for the car at the nightclub entrance.

Gordon looked at Martin, curious, and asked:

"Martin, why?"

"Why what?"

"Those two girls, they're both quite attractive, especially the one called Biu. She'd be considered top-tier even in Hollywood, right? How could you turn them down?"

"They were too obvious."

"I get that, but you've had plenty of won approach you with ulterior motives before, haven't you?"

This was what Gordon was truly curious about.

Having followed Martin for years, Gordon knew that Martin wasn't exactly a saint. Many of the won he'd been with had approached him with clear intentions.

What puzzled Gordon the most was that after sleeping with these won, they imdiately beca Martin's loyal "partners."

This made him wonder how Martin managed it all.

Gordon could only chalk it up to Martin's extraordinary abilities in that departnt—those won were likely "won over" by his charm!

But why the hesitation this ti?

Martin chuckled.

"The reason is simple. I don't want to deal with the trouble!"

"Those two girls have unclear backgrounds, and I don't know their identities. What if soone sees us together, or worse, what if they're trying to blackmail with this?..." Martin shook his head. "I'm not willing to take that risk."

"Besides!" he smiled, "Do I really need won?"

The main reason Martin didn't want to waste his ti, energy, and charm on two won he'd just t was that he had two "fairies" waiting for his attention back at the hotel!

"That's true!" Gordon nodded. He also knew about Martin's secret relationships with Liv Tyler and Cate Blanchett. His boss was definitely not lacking in the affection departnt.

Inside the bar.

Heather and Roger were getting along famously.

Roger seed well-off, constantly pouring her drinks—vodka, champagne, whiskey...

Even though Heather had a strong tolerance for alcohol, she was starting to feel a bit tipsy.

Biu, sitting next to her, was concerned. She hadn't even finished her own glass of vodka, while Heather had already downed four.

This wasn't good!

So, Biu tugged on Heather's sleeve and whispered in her ear: "Drink less, you're getting drunk."

"I'm fine! I'm happy, I'm really happy to et Roger, and he's from my hotown and buying such good drinks for . By the way, Roger, what do you do for a living?" Heather said with a sly look in her eyes.

Clearly, she wasn't as drunk as she appeared!

Roger replied, "? I own a small distillery. You know Grey Goose Vodka? That's from my distillery."

Heather's eyes lit up. She knew she'd found soone wealthy, and her financial future for the next six months seed secure.

She gave Biu a look.

But to her surprise, Biu shook her head.

To be honest, Biu didn't have a good impression of Roger. She thought he was too slick and had been pushing Heather to drink, looking like he had ulterior motives.

Though she was a bit tipsy, Biu's mind was still sharp. She and Heather weren't here to be the ones caught—they were the ones supposed to be reeling in the n!

Just then, Roger suddenly asked, "Heather, that guy who left earlier was Martin, right? Do you know him? He's a huge star!"

Heather hiccupped, not concerned at all, "I just t him today. Is he famous in Arica?"

"Of course! He's the biggest star in Arica. You really don't know him?"

Biu found it strange. Why was Roger so interested in their connection with Martin?

She heard Heather say, "No, I don't know him. Honestly, I only found out about him after coming to Arica. Today was the first ti I t him."

"Didn't he say he'd et you again?" Roger asked.

"Nope. This idiot, doesn't he like won? Is he gay?" Heather blurted out, her inhibitions lowered from the alcohol.

Roger chuckled, relieved. "Well, he just doesn't have good taste. I think you both are more beautiful than Hollywood stars."

"By the way, do you have boyfriends?"

Roger steered the conversation toward boyfriends, and Heather perked up, feeling the opportunity arise.

Since Biu wasn't interested, she'd take the lead!

Hmm, with my beauty, I can handle this guy on my own! If needed, I'll help Biu out later.

...

"Neither Biu nor I have ever had boyfriends. You know, in our place, there are more girls than boys, and we're still young, so there wasn't really an opportunity!" Heather said.

Roger's eyes glead as he probed, "What do you think of ? How about I beco your boyfriend?"

"We?" Heather laughed and reached up to touch Roger's chin. "That's a dangerous thought!"

Biu added, "I'm not looking for a boyfriend right now."

Though she'd agreed with Heather to "fish for a man," she just didn't have a good feeling about Roger—especially after comparing him to Martin.

Roger laughed, "Oh, since Biu doesn't want one, how about you, Heather? Want to give it a try?"

"I'm fine!" Heather leaned in, and Roger pretended to kiss her, but she dodged, laughing. "I haven't found a place for us to stay yet."

"Stay at my place! I have a two-bedroom apartnt. We can share one room, and Biu can have the other." Roger said without hesitation.

Heather looked smugly at Biu, as if to show off her own ability to handle the situation.

Then, Roger got up to go to the bathroom.

Biu said to Heather, "I... I'm not sure I want to go."

Heather was taken aback. "Where will you stay? You can't just sleep on the streets."

"I... I can find a 24-hour chicken shop to spend the night. Tomorrow, I'll look for a job. Heather, maybe we should abandon this plan. I don't think I'm cut out for fishing for n."

"Co on, we're here to dance, not to work! What about your dreams?"

"I can work and look for the right dance troupe at the sa ti."

"Heh, and do you still have ti to practice dancing? With weak basics, your chances of being chosen by a dance troupe are slim!"

"This—"

"Trust , we'll go to Roger's. You won't have to do anything. I'll handle him. If I have food, you'll have food. If I have a place to stay, you'll have a place to stay."

Heather was very loyal.

"Since you think so highly of him, why don't you just beco Roger's girlfriend?"

"Silly, how could that be possible? People like him don't look for a steady girlfriend with soone like us."

"Heather, where's your confidence? Go get him!"

"Haha, of course I'm confident! Fine, I admit it. I don't like this guy either. I'm just sticking with him for now to get through this tough ti."

"Heather, should we still—"

"No, I've made up my mind. Who cares about virginity or not, isn't living more important?"

Just then, Roger returned.

"Ladies, it's about ti to leave. My driver has brought the car to the entrance."

"Wow, you have a driver. Your distillery must be very profitable!" Heather continued to pry.

"It's alright. I earn a couple million a year without any problem!" Roger said proudly.

Heather's eyes grew brighter. Hmm, I'll have to milk this guy for all he's worth.
