Zhan Qing exchanged a few pleasantries and left with Chu Shuang.

Xu Haifan stared at her with a dark expression, "Why did you co here?"

Typically, when she spoke like this, Xu Haifan would certainly listen to her, but today he remained unmoved.

Chu Shuang finally realized sothing was off with Xu Haifan and tried to ask, "Did soone say sothing to you?"

Chu Shuang understood; it appeared he heard rumors about her and Zhan Qing, so she reassured him amidst her slight glee, "There’s nothing going on. He brought back ho just because he wants to make it up to you. You go ho and wait. I’ll co see you tomorrow."

Chu Shuang suppressed her anger, "Alright, I’ll co find you tonight."
After lingering for a while, Xu Haifan finally agreed to leave.
Only after Xu Haifan left for so ti did Chu Shuang leisurely co out of the cubicle.
In the mirror, her impatience beca increasingly evident.
