“What’s wrong?” she asked.
Chu Shuo chuckled, “I was just thinking… never mind, this is good.”
Chu Shuo’s words confused Chi Yue, but she didn’t delve deeper.
Nan Bingyu returned quickly. As soon as she did, Xi Yihang grabbed her hand and checked it repeatedly.
Nan Bingyu pulled her hand back, “What are you doing?”
“You’re not hurt.”
As he said this, a sinister look flashed through Xi Yihan’s eyes, though it was fleeting, Nan Bingyu caught it.
She glared at him, “At that level, how could she hurt ?”
Xi Yihang’s handso face remained expressionless as he offered her so food, “Eat, you need to replenish your energy.”
Chu Shuo clicked his tongue, “People these days, it’s better to keep things simple. At least they know how to care for others.”
With one look, Nan Bingyu glared at him. Chu Shuo had already put down his cutlery, “I’ve got sothing else to do, so I’ll be leaving first.” He looked at Chi Yue, “Shall I take you back first?”

After Chu Shuo left, it wasn’t long before Chi Yue also left.
The workload at the studio had been heavy recently, and upon arriving at the studio, Chi Yue went straight into the lab.
On the way, Dai Qiu ca in to call her, saying soone was looking for her.
Her work being half-done, she asked the person to wait.
When she erged from the lab two hours later, she was surprised to find that the visitor was Qin Ya.
After a brief mont of shock, Chi Yue approached, “Sorry to have kept you waiting.”
Qin Ya smiled lightly, “It was my decision to wait here, no need to apologize.”
She glanced around the office environnt, “I heard this is your own venture? I’ve heard good things about your studio from friends. If your mother were still here, she would have been very proud of you.”
Chi Yue nodded, disregarding her last comnt, “Did you need sothing from ?”
“There is sothing I need your help with.” Qin Ya took out an envelope and placed it on the table, “I want you to do a paternity test involving Fu Runan and Fu Xingchuan; they are not biologically related.”
Chi Yue was baffled, “If I rember correctly, when Fu Xingchuan returned to the Fu Family, he brought a paternity test with him.”
“Yes, but that paternity test was also from your hand.”
Chi Yue froze, clearly rembering she had never taken their business.
Qin Ya’s following words cleared her confusion, “Fu Rongyin had handed it to you.”
