Fu Xingchuan moved so quickly that Fu Rongyin didn’t have ti to react, only managing to stand up after Lu Nanxi had already grabbed him.
“Ah Yin, you promised to have dinner with ~”
Fu Rongyin’s figure paused, and he ended up not leaving.
Nan Bingyu was utterly unaffected by Xi Yihang, and had been observing the group all along. Upon seeing this scene, she sneered, “Master really does leave his tenderness everywhere. Since you have a new love by your side, why bother rembering the one from the past? One would think you couldn’t let go of an old fla.”
Having said that, Nan Bingyu also stood up and left.
Once she had gone, Xi Yihang was also ready to leave.
Lu Nanxi reminded him, “Xi Yihang, don’t forget your real business here, try not to get delayed by a woman.”
Xi Yihang stopped in his tracks and sized her up, then spoke in a deep voice, “What, it’s allowed for you to destroy other people’s families, but I can’t pursue a woman?”
Lu Nanxi’s face turned uncomfortable, “I didn’t!”
“Whether you did or didn’t, I have my own eyes to see.”
Leaving these words behind, Xi Yihang walked away without looking back.
Suddenly, the once lively restaurant was left with just the two of them.
Lu Nanxi carefully broke the silence, “Ah Yin, shall we order first?”
Fu Rongyin didn’t move because Chi Yue still hadn’t left.
She stood by the roadside waiting for Fu Xingchuan to drive over. From her position, she could clearly see Fu Rongyin and Lu Nanxi.
Fu Xingchuan’s car soon stopped in front of her, but Chi Yue didn’t imdiately get in. She glanced subtly in Fu Rongyin’s direction to see that he had sat back down, a waiter by their side taking orders.
Chi Yue’s fists clenched and then relaxed, and she opened the car door and got in.
Fu Xingchuan also noticed the situation in the restaurant. He sighed, “This man is blinded by infatuation, turning away such a good woman for an outsider. I just don’t understand his thoughts.”
Chi Yue’s temples throbbed faintly, “Start the car, take to the institution.”
Fu Xingchuan frowned, “You haven’t eaten yet.”
“It’s okay; I’ll just grab sothing to eat downstairs later.”
Seeing that she really wasn’t in the mood, Fu Xingchuan no longer insisted.
Once they arrived at the institution, Fu Xingchuan didn’t let her get out. “Are you upset with for calling you my girlfriend today without your consent?”
Chi Yue, absorbed in her own thoughts, was surprised by his query, “Why would you think that?”
“You really, didn’t think that way?”
“Of course not, I know you were trying to help .”
Fu Xingchuan pressed further, “So, you weren’t upset about holding your hand either?”
Chi Yue shook her head, “I should head up now. I’ll treat you to dinner another ti.”
Taking advantage of the mont Fu Xingchuan was dazed, Chi Yue pushed open the car door and got out.
Fu Xingchuan seed to co back to his senses and started laughing softly.

Chi Yue had not been back in her office for long before she entered the laboratory, and it wasn’t until late at night when she erged.
She saw that Dai Qiu was still there.
Upon seeing Chi Yue, Dai Qiu hurried over, “Chi Yue, no, Mr. Chi, you should go take a look.”
“What happened?”
Dai Qiu let out a long sigh, took her to the window, and parted the curtains to reveal a Maybach parked quietly outside.
Chi Yue withdrew expressionlessly, “No need to bother with him.”
Dai Qiu grew anxious, “How can you not bother with him? He’s been here the whole afternoon; he was already here not long after you ca back… Did you two have a fight?”
“No,” Chi Yue replied.
Just as Dai Qiu was about to breathe a sigh of relief, she heard Chi Yue say, “We are getting a divorce.”
