Chi Yue opened the docunt bag, and upon inspection, her face imdiately fell.

Chi Yue couldn’t help but laugh out of anger, “I’ve done nothing wrong and stand upright, why should I go into hiding?”

Fu Rongyin’s dark eyes narrowed slightly.
Chi Yue, observing his expression, suddenly smiled.

Chi Yue threw the docunt bag on the coffee table and strode away.
The sound of the closing door followed, and Fu Rongyin, looking at the passport and new identity that fell out of the docunt bag, eventually gathered them up and casually tossed them into the drawer of the coffee table.
Chi Yue left No.1 Bay, not heading ho but instead to the studio to cancel her leave.
At dusk, Nan Bingyu called her, suggesting they go out to dinner.
Chi Yue asked for the address and, after work, took a taxi there.

Hardly had Chi Yue sat down when she saw Fu Rongyin leading a woman in, sitting not far from them.
Nan Bingyu also noticed and said to Chi Yue, “Yueyue, shall we change seats?”

Chi Yue was looking at the nu when she suddenly heard soone calling out to Nan Bingyu.

Chi Yue lifted her eyelids slightly and then quickly lowered them.
Nan Bingyu responded indifferently, “Long ti no see.”
Gu Qingyu smiled warmly, “Indeed, it’s been a long ti.
And this is?”
“Chi Yue.”
Gu Qingyu voiced her surprise, “So you’re Chi Yue!
Back in school, you were the belle of our campus; I know about you.”
Chi Yue looked up, “You went to the sa school as ?”
“Yes, although you probably don’t rember , I was a freshman when you were a senior.

Chi Yue: “Thank you.”
She lowered her head and continued perusing the nu.

Nan Bingyu looked at her, and seeing no change in her expression, swallowed the words she was about to say.
After dinner, Chi Yue went to the restroom and happened to run into Gu Qingyu.
Gu Qingyu couldn’t resist lavishing praise, while Chi Yue remained indifferent throughout.
Upon exiting the restroom, Chi Yue saw Fu Rongyin in the hallway.
She suddenly rembered what Nan Bingyu had said to her.
“That Gu Qingyu, she’s not as pretty as you, has more issues than you, and even needs company to go to the restroom, yet I don’t understand what Fu Rong sees in her.”
