Yolanda Greenwood was about to tell Little Ella a story when she received a call from Sophie Taylor.

"Mr. Coldson?" A vague image popped back into her mind, "He wants my phone number?"

"Yes, he said his son Gabriel is good friends with Ella, and he’s worried that Ella hasn’t eaten all day." Sophie Taylor spoke on behalf of Cooper Coldson, "Yolanda, you know Cooper Coldson is the sponsor of our exhibition, and he really ans no harm, so..."

"Sure." Yolanda Greenwood agreed quite readily, "I’ve t Gabriel, he’s a good kid, and he does get along well with Ella."

"Mommy, what’s wrong with brother?" Hearing her mom ntion her brother, Little Ella beca a bit worried, "Is brother missing ?"

Yolanda Greenwood motioned for her daughter not to cause trouble, and then said to Sophie Taylor, "Director Taylor, you can give him my number, or give his number, either is fine."

"Alright, I’ll thank you on behalf of President Coldson." Sophie Taylor smiled, "By the way, please don’t call Director Taylor, it makes uncomfortable, also, soone wants to see you at tomorrow’s exhibition."

"No way, regardless of our past relationship, we can’t change titles now," Yolanda Greenwood asked curiously, "Who wants to et ?"

"You’ll find out tomorrow." Sophie Taylor was being secretive, then hung up.

Shortly afterwards, she sent Yolanda Greenwood’s number to Cooper Coldson, along with a note saying, "I’ve briefed Designer Greenwood."

Cooper Coldson held the phone number and sat on the sofa with Little Gabriel. He handed the phone to Little Gabriel, "Alright, Gabriel, you can make the call."

Following the thod his clumsy dad just taught him, Little Gabriel dialed the number quickly.

Calling his mom for the first ti, Little Gabriel felt a bit excited. He turned around and smiled at Cooper Coldson, realizing his clumsy dad wasn’t all that clumsy.

Cooper Coldson was surprised, unexpected that his son would be so happy just to call Ella. Is this kid going to have an early romance?

He felt a bit amused and at a loss.

Soon, the phone got connected, and a soft, sweet voice ca from the other side, full of cuteness.

"Hello? Is it brother?"

Turns out, it wasn’t his mom answering the phone, Little Gabriel was montarily disappointed, but sister was also good.

He quickly responded joyfully, "It’s brother, is sister’s foot better now?"

"Yes, I can walk now."

Then a voice faintly chid in from the side, speaking helplessly, "Don’t fib, I warn you, this week you’re not allowed to walk."

"Oh!" The little girl suddenly felt a bit downcast, "Brother, mom won’t let walk, so there’s nothing I can do."

"Then sister must listen to mom, take good care of the injury, don’t move around." Little Gabriel definitely supported mom’s decision.

The two little ones exchanged words, chattering about this and that, it was the first ti Cooper Coldson realized his son was quite talkative. Also, for so reason, he really liked Ella’s voice and tone, never getting tired of listening, his heart was lting.

He couldn’t help but imagine if the person on the other end was really his Little Ella, surely the voice would be just as soft and cute.

About twenty minutes later, a woman’s voice echoed distantly from the other line, hard to make out.

Yolanda Greenwood checked the ti, reminding Little Ella, "Ella, you should go to sleep, quickly say goodbye to brother, hang up."

"Okay." Little Ella reluctantly, "Brother, mom says I should sleep, you must rember to eat well, when my foot’s healed, I’ll be back in kindergarten."

"Alright, then sister should rest early, I need to sleep too." Little Gabriel heard it, it was mom saying she should sleep, so he should sleep too.

He hung up the phone and returned the mobile to Cooper Coldson, then headed to bed.

"Are you sure you don’t want to eat sothing?" Cooper Coldson asked helplessly, "Be careful not to wake up hungry in the middle of the night."

Little Gabriel rembered sister wanted him to eat sothing, so he hesitated for a mont, then imdiately said, "Dad, can I eat in the bedroom? I want to finish quickly and sleep."

"Of course you can." Cooper Coldson didn’t know why his son was in such a rush, it was the first ti his son requested to eat in the bedroom.

Previously, even when sick, Little Gabriel absolutely wouldn’t eat in the bedroom, like him, having a slight obsession with cleanliness, today this kid seed odd.

But as long as Little Gabriel wanted to eat, Cooper Coldson was already very happy, no intention to restrain his son.

He made so easy-to-digest noodles by himself, and took it to Little Gabriel.

Little Gabriel ate quickly, seeming to race against ti.

"Take it easy, slow down." Cooper Coldson couldn’t help but remind him, "No one’s snatching from you, eat slowly."

"No, mom said it’s ti to go to sleep." Little Gabriel mumbled.

Cooper Coldson couldn’t hear clearly, it seed son ntioned mom again, he gently patted the little boy’s head, not knowing what to say.

Little Gabriel quickly finished, "Dad, I’m going to sleep."

This was like rushing a guest away.

Cooper Coldson shook his head, tidied up the things, gave Little Gabriel a goodnight kiss, and then went downstairs.

When he picked up the phone again, he found a ssage from Ella’s mother.

"Hello Gabriel’s dad, I’m Ella’s mom, heard Gabriel hasn’t been eating well, can you tell him Ella’s injury is okay, let him eat well, then he can play with Ella later."

Cooper Coldson’s lips curled up with a smile, feeling Ella’s mom didn’t seem as cold as Elsie Adams described.

Thinking for a mont, he replied, "Hello Ella’s mom, I’m Gabriel’s dad, thank you for your concern, Gabriel has eaten and is lying down now, thank you to you and Ella for the bother tonight."

Yolanda Greenwood didn’t expect a reply, reading the content feeling the big president wasn’t as aloof as seed, quite polite, no wonder Little Gabriel was so adorable.

She also replied politely, "Gabriel’s dad, it’s my pleasure, I’m glad the two kids can beco friends too."

Cooper Coldson kept holding the phone, quickly replying, "Ella’s mom, it may sound a bit embarrassing, this is the first ti Gabriel has actively called soone and said so much, he really likes Ella, I truly thank you and Ella, very grateful."

This ti, he didn’t wait for a reply and followed up with, "Ella’s mom, could we add each other on WeChat? Later letting the two kids video call, rest assured, I absolutely won’t disturb you."

Yolanda Greenwood saw the second ssage and couldn’t help laughing, she wasn’t so conceited to think this big corporate president would harass her.

She didn’t reply but directly added Cooper Coldson on WeChat.

Cooper Coldson waited a while, didn’t receive a reply, thought perhaps he was indeed presumptuous, just about to send an apology, when he received a ssage from Yolanda Greenwood.

"Gabriel’s dad, I’ve added your WeChat, so that’s it for today, goodnight!"

Cooper Coldson’s lips curled into a smile again, thinking of sothing, he promptly replied, "Ella’s mom, goodnight, I wish you all the best at tomorrow’s exhibition!"
