After hanging up the phone, Yolanda Greenwood’s entire state was off.

The people from the court ca to ask several more tis, but she couldn’t answer anything.

Soon after, Noah Coldson appeared.

Yolanda almost stumbled as she ran up to him, hesitated as she looked at him, and after a while, she asked with a hoarse voice, "What happened?"

"It’s nothing, co with to the old house," Noah dared not look into her eyes.

Yolanda’s legs went weak, and she nearly fell down.

Noah quickly caught her, "Yolanda, be strong, let’s go back first, we must go back."

Yolanda nodded, tears already starting to overflow.

When they left, they happened to et Judge Dawson arriving.

Seeing Yolanda’s pale face and that she looked very unwell, he imdiately asked, "Yolanda, what happened? Cooper didn’t show up again?"

"Judge Dawson, sothing really serious has happened at ho," Noah, half-supporting Yolanda, answered for her, "Yolanda has to co back with too. I’m truly sorry, can we reschedule the court case?"

Judge Dawson’s face turned grim, rarely having seen such a repeatedly delayed case. "You are really causing a commotion."

"I’m really sorry, Judge Dawson, we’re in a hurry, I need to take Yolanda back now," Noah apologized repeatedly and quickly took Yolanda away.

After getting into the car, neither of them spoke. The atmosphere inside was extrely heavy.

About halfway through the drive, Yolanda’s voice finally broke through, very sadly, "Is it Grandpa?"

"Yes," Noah couldn’t hide it anymore and imdiately added, "But don’t be too sad, Grandpa is still waiting for you, he probably... has sothing to tell you."

Noah knew that under normal circumstances, Old Master Coldson should have passed away last night, but he had struggled through to this morning.

He didn’t want Yolanda and Cooper to go through with the divorce.

Now, the Old Master was hanging on by his last breath and probably wanted to tell Yolanda not to get a divorce.

Noah didn’t know how Yolanda would choose; he knew her feelings for Old Master Coldson were deeper than his own as his grandson.

He couldn’t change anything; whatever the outco, he would have to accept it.

The car soon stopped at the entrance to the old house, and they both got out and entered the villa.

The living room was filled with people: Isabella Ross, Cooper Coldson, Christopher Coldson, lissa Greenwood, and all the other mbers of the extended Coldson family were present—it was indeed Old Master Coldson’s last monts.

To everyone’s surprise, the last person Old Master Coldson wanted to see before his death was Yolanda.

"Go on up," Isabella stepped forward. She knew that Yolanda felt the sa heartache, and at this mont, all past grievances were aningless; they were both simply people about to lose soone dear.

"Talk to him; he has been waiting for you." Isabella personally led Yolanda upstairs.

At the door, she wiped away Yolanda’s tears, "Don’t cry; your tears will make the Old Master suffer even more."

Yolanda nodded as tears fell uncontrollably, a physiological reaction far beyond her control. She was entirely engulfed by an imnse sadness.

After a while, she managed to contain her emotions and finally pushed open the door and went in.

The instant she saw the Old Master, Yolanda broke down again.

On the hospital bed not far away, Old Master Coldson was covered in tubes with a breathing apparatus, and he seed to have lost consciousness.

Yolanda covered her mouth, trying desperately not to cry out loud. It was difficult for her to accept that a once-dominant business titan had been reduced to this state.

She took one step after another, approaching slowly, but the closer she got, the more she realized how unfamiliar Old Master Coldson looked in front of her.

It seed as if the harms brought about by the years and illness all revealed themselves, now magnified, at this very mont.

Yolanda Greenwood shivered as she took Old Master Coldson’s hand, calling out with a sob in her voice, "Grandpa, I’m here, Yolanda is here."

After a while, Old Master Coldson slowly opened his eyes, and at the sight of Yolanda Greenwood, a distinct spark of life flickered in them.

"Grandpa..." Yolanda called out to him again, but she was completely at a loss for words; she didn’t know what to say at this ti.

Any words of comfort seed pale and powerless in the face of death.

Old Master Coldson struggled to sit up, and Yolanda Greenwood quickly helped by cranking up the hospital bed.

"Grandpa, does that feel a little better?" she asked with concern.

Old Master Coldson nodded his head, then suddenly reached out to remove his breathing machine; it was clear he couldn’t speak with it on.

"No, Grandpa, you can’t take that off," Yolanda quickly stopped him.

However, Old Master Coldson was insistent, determined to remove it; he knew his ti was short and there were things he had to say right away.

Unable to persuade him otherwise, Yolanda let him take it off.

"Yolanda, my little Yolanda, is going to be a mother," Old Master Coldson said with a smile as he looked at Yolanda Greenwood’s belly.

Yolanda nodded, "Yes, in a few days, Grandpa will get to enjoy a four-generation household too. Are you happy, Grandpa?"

"Happy, happy," Old Master Coldson repeated twice.

He continued looking at Yolanda as he said, "Yolanda, Grandpa is going to leave..."

"That’s not true, it won’t happen," Yolanda, crying, shook her head vehently.

"Don’t cry, Yolanda, don’t cry." Old Master Coldson seed to have made peace with his fate long ago; for him, death did not carry the sa fear, "Grandpa is going to another world, to reunite with Grandpa’s own mom and dad. Grandpa is very happy, so Yolanda must not be sad either."

"Okay, okay," Yolanda nodded, but her tears simply wouldn’t stop.

"There’s still one thing in this world that Grandpa is most concerned about," Old Master Coldson asked as he looked at Yolanda, "Do you know what it is?"

Yolanda nodded; she knew that Old Master Coldson had always hoped she wouldn’t divorce Cooper Coldson.

"Yolanda," Old Master Coldson gripped her hand, almost pleading, "can you not divorce Cooper, please?"

"I’m sorry, Grandpa, Cooper and I can’t be together anymore, I don’t want to lie to you," Yolanda repeated, "I’m sorry, I’m sorry..."

"Really, no way?" Old Master Coldson asked again, the glimr of hope in his eyes fading bit by bit.

"I’m sorry," Yolanda truly couldn’t fulfill this request.

"It’s okay," Old Master Coldson slowly turned his head to look at the ceiling, "Since you say so, it must an Cooper hurt you too deeply. I don’t bla you, Grandpa doesn’t bla you."

He kept staring at the ceiling.

"Grandpa, the relationship between Cooper and myself has run its course; continuing any further is no good for either of us," Yolanda, holding onto the old man’s hand, went on, "Yolanda just wants to focus on raising the child now."

Old Master Coldson had no reaction, still staring at the ceiling.

Yolanda paused, then continued, "Don’t worry, Grandpa. Even if I divorce Cooper, you will still be the child’s great-grandfather. I will co to visit you with them often."

Old Master Coldson still showed no reaction.

At that mont, the door was suddenly opened, and Cooper Coldson rushed in like a gust of wind.
