"Money and heart, you’re deluding yourself!"

Cooper Coldson sneered.

"Cooper, why should I bear the stigma and yet end up with nothing?"

Yolanda Greenwood extended two fingers.

The mockery in Cooper’s eyes grew thicker, "You want two hundred million?"

"Wrong, I want twenty percent of Coldson Group’s shares, agree to it, and I’ll consent to the divorce."

Twenty percent of Coldson Group was worth at least two hundred billion at the very least.

"Yolanda, you really have lost your mind."

Yolanda turned and continued upstairs, "Whether I’m crazy or not isn’t important. What’s important is how far you’d go for lissa Greenwood?"

"Yolanda, you think I really have no other way?"

Cooper roared from behind.

"Go ahead, you might as well kill ." Yolanda looked at Cooper before closing the door. "Widowhood sounds better than remarriage."

"You!" Cooper punched the armrest next to him.

Widowhood?

Was this woman threatening him with death again?

He seed to recall sothing and, with a dark face, turned and left in big strides.

Back in her room, Yolanda collapsed powerlessly onto the large bed.

She really felt like there was no one more miserable in this world.

Her own mother conspiring with others against her, her husband forcing her to divorce and marry another woman... What had she done wrong?

Grief surged in her heart and tears ca along with a feeling of nausea.

She hurriedly got up and went to the bathroom to vomit again.

On Monday, Yolanda arrived at work on ti to clock in and had just sat down at her desk when Jenny Reyes ca in.

"Yolanda, co to my office."

"Okay, Sister Reyes."

Yolanda quickly followed her.

Jenny Reyes’s face didn’t look too good, "lissa Greenwood has brought a big order to the company, designing bridesmaid dresses."

"Oh." Yolanda quickly realized and pointed to herself, "You want to design?"

Jenny Reyes nodded.

Yolanda wanted to curse.

"Is she... going to marry your current husband?"

Jenny Reyes suddenly threw out this question.

"Yes." Yolanda let out a self-deprecating bitter laugh.

Jenny Reyes understood, "How about this, I’ll push it away, or ask if soone else can take it."

Yolanda could guess that lissa Greenwood definitely wouldn’t agree to change designers. If Jenny Reyes pushed it away, it would an the company would lose a big order.

She shook her head, "No need, I’ll take this order. Why not earn the money?"

"Really it’s okay?" Jenny Reyes looked concerned, "You don’t have to force yourself."

"It’s fine, Sister Reyes put your mind at ease."

Yolanda then asked about the specifics and went back to focus on the task.

lissa had given her three days for four sets of dresses, eight drafts in total. It was hard not to see this as making things difficult for soone.

Yolanda was so busy she almost wanted to live at the office.

Finally, by the morning of the last day, everything was ready and Jenny Reyes was very satisfied, just waiting for the work to be handed in the next day.

"Okay, you head back for so rest this afternoon."

Jenny Reyes, seeing Yolanda with two huge dark circles, unexpectedly took the initiative to give her a break.

"Good, thank you, Sister Reyes."

Yolanda was indeed exhausted and just wanted to go back and sleep beautifully.

This sleep went straight through to the evening when Lola Gold sent her a set of three ssages.

[Yolanda, are you free tonight? Wanna have dinner together?]

[Do you rember the senior Benjamin we t last ti? He wants to invite us out as an apology.]

[Do you want to go? Otherwise, forget it, I’ll turn him down.]

Yolanda sat up from the bed in a flash and hurriedly typed her reply.

[Go go go!]

[Send the address, I’ll get ready and head out.]

She knew about Lola Gold’s feelings for Wesley Baker and also knew that Lola was timid.

At this ti, she had to encourage her and give her a push.

Yolanda threw on a simple T-shirt and jeans, and called a taxi directly to her destination.

When she got there, Lola and Wesley had already sat down.

"Yolanda, over here!" Lola waved her arms.

Wesley stood up proactively, "Miss Greenwood, I’ve kept you waiting."

"It’s no bother, I’m getting treated to a al, what’s there to wait for?"

Yolanda didn’t have much impression of this man, only knew he was sowhat handso, and had been quite the figure back in school.

Today was essentially the first real interaction, and the first impression was not bad.

Wesley handed the nu to both Yolanda and Lola, "Order up, anything you want."

Yolanda winked at Lola and grew even more fond of Wesley.

Both being tactful, they ordered a few dishes and then handed back the initiative to Wesley.

Unexpectedly, Wesley was very generous and ordered another seven or eight dishes, which made Lola terribly embarrassed, insisting they couldn’t finish it all.

"It’s okay."

Wesley smiled, "If we can’t finish, I’ll take it ho. Living alone, it saves the trouble of cooking every day."

Yolanda was increasingly impressed with Wesley. Seeing Lola’s blushing silent countenance, she took the initiative to probe for news.

"Senior lives alone? No girlfriend?"

"What girlfriend?" Wesley shook his head, "Just an old bachelor."

Both Yolanda and Lola laughed.

"That’s not right, Senior. You’re so handso and can cook, you were quite popular in school. How co you’ve stayed single?"

"Nope, no girlfriend. Maybe fate hasn’t struck yet?"

Dinner arrived, and Wesley served dishes in front of the ladies, "If you know anyone suitable, feel free to introduce them to ."

Yolanda nudged Lola’s arm.

Lola, blushing, was so embarrassed she nearly died.

The dinner was filled with great fun.

Wesley obviously knew how to treat won well—polite, humble, always putting ladies first and also very humorous.

But this made Yolanda uneasy; such a quality man without a girlfriend just didn’t add up.

After the al, Wesley offered to drive them ho.

"No need, really no need."

Yolanda saw she couldn’t refuse, "Then, Senior, just send Lola ho."

"How could I?" Lola looked pleadingly.

"Let’s do this," Wesley suggested proactively, "I’ll go with Miss Greenwood to drop Lola off first, then I’ll take Miss Greenwood ho."

Lola imdiately looked towards Yolanda, the longing clear in her eyes.

"Okay."

While Wesley went to get the car, Yolanda whispered to Lola.

"Senior Benjamin is really flawless; our Lola has good taste."

"Yolanda! Don’t talk nonsense!"

"Hehe!" Yolanda knew Lola was completely hooked at this point.

She also reminded her sensibly, "But our Lola can’t be easily caught, keep observing."

"What are you even saying!"

Lola was so mortified she almost cried.

But Yolanda felt it was very clear, Wesley’s target was definitely one of the two of them.

Tonight, she repeatedly hinted that she was already married, yet Wesley was still very solicitous.

So, his target must be Lola.

Yolanda and Wesley together sent Lola ho, and then quickly arrived outside the Coldson Family house.

"Miss Greenwood," Wesley got out of the car and proactively opened the door for Yolanda, "I really enjoyed tonight. Let’s do it again soti."

Yolanda was about to say sothing polite, suggesting Wesley should invite just Lola next ti, when she saw Cooper Coldson standing at the doorway.
