Sienna angrily pushed him: "Even if that little cat really had rabies, it would have a latent period of at least a week. How could it show symptoms so quickly?"

"But I’m burning up right now and feeling awful. What should I do? Can you help , please?"

"Let go, I’ll go buy dicine for you."

"It’s the middle of nowhere and it’s nightti. I can’t let you go out alone."

"Then what do you suggest? I can’t just let you burn up."

Having gone around in circles, Silas Prescott finally heard what he wanted. He slowly lifted his head, eyes intensely fixed on Chloe Nash.

"Sienna, do you rember the ti you had a fever, and we didn’t have any dicine? How did I help you bring it down?"

Upon hearing this, Sienna finally understood what Silas Prescott was implying.

How could she not rember that ti?

She had a fever of 39 degrees. They were at Sienna’s old ho, without any fever dicine, and it was pouring rain outside.

Silas Prescott had her do all sorts of exercises until she was drenched in sweat. In the end, Sienna fell asleep exhausted in his arms, and the fever naturally subsided.

Recalling this, Sienna’s cheeks heated up: "You’re dreaming."

Silas touched her ear: "I just want you to help cool down physically. What were you thinking to make your ears so hot?"

Sienna knew that wasn’t what he wanted at all, but there was no other option now.

They were in the countryside, far from any pharmacy.

At night, she was a bit scared to go alone.

Sienna pushed Silas Prescott onto the bed, pulled out a warm towel, and stared at his body, her hand pausing mid-air.

After several seconds, she instructed, "Unbutton your shirt."

Silas obediently replied, "Alright."

The man’s slender fingers slowly undid the shirt’s buttons.

He seed casual, yet it was filled with desire.

As each button was undone, Silas Prescott’s strong abs gradually revealed themselves in front of Sienna.

The nurous scars on his chest added a fragile beauty to his already tense physique.

Sienna couldn’t help but swallow and gently wiped with the wet towel.

Her eyes, however, dared not look directly.

Seeing her like this, a knowing smile flashed in Silas’s eyes.

His voice was hoarse and tinged with illness: "Sienna, why don’t you dare look at my body?"

Sienna replied calmly, "There’s nothing to see."

Silas grabbed her wrist, pulling her unexpectedly into his embrace.

He bit Sienna’s earlobe and softly asked, "Is it that there’s nothing to see, or are you afraid you can’t hold back?"

Sienna struggled: "Don’t forget, I’m a doctor; there’s no difference between n and won in front of us."

"Is that so? Then take a look; is there any difference now?"

At so point, Silas had undone his belt.

Exposing his sexy pelvic line.

Seeing this, Sienna’s heart tightened in fear: "Silas Prescott, you pervert."

Silas chuckled lowly: "Aren’t you going to wipe down? Doesn’t the lower body need it too?"

His hot temperature transferred through the skin to Sienna’s body.

Baking Sienna into a small panic.

She gave Silas a shove: "Silas Prescott, don’t ss around."

Silas bit her lip saying, "Sienna, you still have feelings for , right?"

His voice was deep, with a rough rasp.

Like a spell piercing through Sienna’s eardrums, making her shiver all over.

Sienna wanted to struggle, but Silas flipped her beneath him on the bed.

The man’s fingers traced her eyebrows, eyes filled with repressed desire.

"Sienna, I’ve missed you so much I’m going crazy."

"I want to rge you into my bones, never to part."

He spoke while kissing Sienna’s lips.

"Sienna, please don’t push away again, alright?"

His kisses trailed down Sienna’s cheek and finally landed on her softest spot.

Sienna’s body tensed, and she let out a soft sound.

"No."

Yet this sound not only failed to stop Silas’s actions but made him even more frenzied.

He looked at Sienna with slightly rapid breaths: "Sienna, just once, okay?"

Not waiting for Sienna to respond, he kissed her directly.

The familiar body, the intoxicating scent filled his senses once more.

Silas felt the beast inside him could no longer be contained.

Raging, it broke free of its cage.

The rural night was so quiet, only the sound of insects could be heard.

And the rapid breathing of two people.

In the end, an exhausted and hungry Sienna could no longer even lift her fingers.

But Silas was still unsatisfied, going to grab a condom, prompting Sienna to bite his shoulder fiercely in anger.

Her breath was weak: "Silas Prescott, will you ever stop, you promised once."

Silas kissed her lips with a smile: "Good, last ti."

The night beca longer and longer...

Moonlight stread through the gap in the curtains, gently illuminating Sienna’s face, making her even more alluring.

Silas had been gazing at that face for who knows how long.

Although she was different from the Sienna five years ago.

But this didn’t stop his desire for her at all.

He leaned down to kiss Sienna’s lips, lowering his voice: "Sienna, I know you’ve gone through a lot in these five years. I also have many questions I want to ask you, but I’m not in a hurry. We have ti in the days to co."

For instance, he wanted to ask what she’d experienced on the battlefield.

Did she change her appearance to avoid him, or was she severely injured in the war zone?

Also, he wanted to ask Sienna why there were daisy tattoos on her abdon, whether they held any significance, and whether they were related to him.

He even wanted to know who the person in Sienna’s locket was that she considered her true love.

So questions he didn’t dare to ask, afraid of touching Sienna’s sensitive points.

So, he could only slowly wait for the opportunity.

That night, Silas couldn’t sleep, holding Sienna until four in the morning.

Then he went alone to the balcony, looking at the quiet night outside, and started smoking.

He found it hard to describe his feelings at that mont, with excitent about being together with Sienna again and also apprehension about the future.

He was afraid Sienna only temporarily agreed to stay, that one day she would disappear from his life again.

What should he do to make her willingly stay by his side?

Silas didn’t know how many cigarettes he’d smoked until he saw several cars pulling up outside.

Many black-suited bodyguards got out of the cars.

No need to guess, it was Albie Kane and his people here to take Sienna from him.

He stubbed out the cigarette butt in the ashtray with a cold smile on his lips.

"How could my person be taken by you?"

After that, he opened the door alone to confront them.
