The thought crossed her mind but she quickly dismissed it as none of her concern. She collected the devices to store them in her Space, preventing the little gadgets with their blinking work lights from transmitting any content outside.
The Secret Realm’s network was not connected to the outside world. Data that could be transmitted in real ti outside could not get through once inside the Secret Realm, unless the person orchestrating the operation had set up their own network within the Secret Realm and the caras were dual-network capable to receive data seamlessly.
If they managed to accomplish that, she would concede they were capable and quietly await the next confrontation to see who would prevail in the end.
She also removed the storage cards from the dashcams; the cara on the interior rearview mirror was mounted directly above the dashcam, using this normal lens as a cover. She figured that normally no one would look there, otherwise, it would have been removed already.
Comparing, she increasingly believed the three different small caras shooting inside from different positions in each car were installed by three different groups.
Assured there were no extra electronic devices in the car, Ye Nai stowed the car away, took out her electric bike, put on her helt, and unsteadily rode onto the highway through the soft wasteland.
Once on the highway, it was much better. Her electric bike, primarily suited for city riding, was truly challenged in the wilderness. It floated and always felt on the verge of slipping, and its shock absorption was poor, shaking her from buttocks to back of head.
She opened the navigation app on her phone, confird her route ho, and saw that the closest town was over two hundred kiloters away. Ye Nai turned the throttle to full and boldly sped along the deserted highway.
While riding, she felt fortunate. How tily it was that before being approached by a swindler, she had replaced her electric bike’s battery with a nuclear battery; otherwise, she would really be in a dilemma now.

“It’s , Captain Cao,” Ye Nai responded, lifting her helt visor. Due to oral ulcers, her speech was sowhat unclear, “How did you recognize ?”
“Saw your license plate,” Captain Cao frowned, “Why are you riding an electric bike alone in the Secret Realm? Where are you headed? Need a lift?”
“Where are you going?”
“Back to the danger zone. We can go together, right?”
“Sure, let’s go. I’m heading back too.”
Why ride by herself when she could get a lift? Ye Nai quickly got off her bike, her movents hindered by her injuries.
The experienced mbers of the team noticed her condition.
“What happened to you? Take off your helt, let see.”
“Ran into a swindler, hehe.”
Ye Nai put away the car and took off her helt, unable to hide the triumphant smile on her startling face.
“Oh my God! Xiao Lizi!” Captain Cao shouted from his car towards the back of the convoy.
“Coming, coming!” A team mber carrying a dical kit ran down from the fourth vehicle.
The team mber in the front car’s back seat also got out and moved to another vehicle at the back, leaving the whole back seat for Ye Nai.
“t a swindler? How many were there?”
“Nine, I fought nine of them.”
“I can see that, it was quite a fierce fight. Get on, get on. We’ll have lunch in the town ahead and won’t travel further today, so you can rest well.”
“Will it delay your schedule?”
“Mission completed, not so tight on the way back, resting half a day won’t hurt.”
