Ye Nai had been lounging in the guest room all morning and only went downstairs to check out around noon. She hopped on her electric scooter and rushed to the Seafood Restaurant. Just as she sat down in the private room and stashed her luggage under the table, the twins arrived, each carrying a dirty backpack.

"Big sis."

"Hmm, how co I haven’t seen you all morning, and you look quite the ss?" Ye Nai glanced at their heavy backpacks, which were fraying at the seams, "Is the backpack too heavy and killing you?"

"No, so people in the dorm fought, and our backpacks ended up missing. We found them like this when we got them back."

"That exciting?"

"Yeah, just this morning, we had just left, and they started fighting right after, even knocked over a bed."

"Hah, you truly are hot-blooded youths." Ye Nai pointed to the seats, "Put down your backpacks, go wash your hands, and co back to order."

Five minutes later, the twins returned, each holding a nu, wanting this and that. The waiter’s order book had a page full of entries, and they had ordered three different preparations of seasonal large prawns.

Ye Nai didn’t stop them from ordering, a teenager’s appetite could bankrupt a father.

"Make sure you finish all the dishes you ordered, or I will give you a beating."

The twins, who had been frantic in ordering, paused abruptly, took the waiter’s order book, and crossed out half of the items they had chosen.

Ye Nai made so further adjustnts, keeping the three different preparations of seasonal large prawns and clams, eliminated the braised pork, added two vegetables and a main dish, and decided against ordering soup.

"Eat up, no takeaways, order more if it’s not enough."

The twins nodded, indicating they would definitely finish everything.

An hour later, the twins, with their bellies stuffed, were too lazy to move, watching as Ye Nai picked the last few prawns from the plate and cleared the rest.

Big sis was the true eater amongst them.

"Can you move now? If you can, let’s get going, your luggage is under the table."

Ye Nai settled the bill and nudged her brothers to look under the table hidden by the tablecloth.

The brothers bent down and sure enough, their stuff was there.

The waiter, watching them pull out item after item from beneath the table, was puzzled, trying to rember whether this female guest had carried in so much luggage when she ca in.

Ye Nai, of course, did not bother to explain much and was the first to leave, carrying one rolled-up bedroll in each hand.

The boys donned their backpacks, left hand holding a luggage bag, right hand holding a net bag, and huffed and puffed as they followed.

In the middle of the day, the Seafood Restaurant was busy, and it was easy to hail a taxi. The three of them got into a taxi that had just dropped off its previous passengers and headed ho.

The taxi stopped at the main entrance of the original residential complex, and Ye Nai alighted to take the luggage onto the curb.

"I won’t go in with you. What if dad sees and it triggers his mory? I’m not in the mood to treat him to a good al."

The brothers, struggling to carry the luggage again, nodded in agreent.

"Drop off the stuff and co out. I’m taking you to get your cards reissued. After what happened last ti, I will still support you over the sumr. If you are bullied again and I’m not around, just call the police."

"Okay, big sis, don’t worry, it won’t happen again."

"We’ll go in and co right back out."

Ye Nai waited at a nearby milk tea shop for about half an hour, finally seeing the twins sprinting out. She called them into the shop and ordered a drink for each.

"Were you in there for half an hour? Was dad at ho?"

"Yeah, he was drunk, asleep right in the middle of the living room, blocking the way so we had to step over him in and out."

"Tsk, dad is a lost cause, don’t follow in his footsteps. Just peacefully finish junior high, and then depending on your grades, we’ll see whether you go to high school or vocational school."

The twins quietly nodded with their drinks.

After finishing their drinks and resting up, the three of them took a taxi to get the cards reissued, accomplishing the task in minutes.

Ye Nai transferred two hundred to each of them.

"It’s the last few days of the month, don’t starve yourself. Transfer on ti on the first of next month."

"Thank you, big sis!"

"Alright, go play. Have a happy sumr vacation; I need to run so errands too."

"Goodbye, big sis!"

With money in hand, the twins weren’t in a rush to go ho. Going ho wasn’t fun either, with their dad snoring loudly after getting drunk. They’d rather play outside until evening and then go ho to sleep.

While walking, they talked about Jiang Hui and his three friends, who had missed the entire final exam. They guessed those guys were too scared to co to school after being frightened by big sis.

"I wonder if they’ll co back next sester."

"It’s better if they don’t co back. If they aren’t here, no one will bully us. Haven’t you noticed we only get beaten up because they start trouble?"

"Right, I don’t want to see them ever again."

"Let’s not talk about them any more. It ruins the mood."

"Co on, let’s go to the arcade."

The brothers didn’t mind the heat and opted to walk to the popular arcade among the students, where they played to their heart’s content.

Ye Nai left quite spiritedly. She took out her electric scooter and headed straight to the wholesale market for dical supplies.

Last ti, she had bought small items, consumables for dical devices, and dicines. This ti, she wanted to check out larger items.

Previously, while performing surgery on the spot in the Secret Realm, she realized she was severely under-prepared. Fortunately, with the help of spores, the surgery went smoothly, but if she didn’t upgrade her equipnt, she might struggle with more serious injuries in the future.

So, this trip was to visit the dical equipnt store to look at portable digital X-ray machines, electrocardiogram machines, sphygmomanoters, pacemakers, electric surgical beds, floor-standing shadowless lamps, and more.

The items weren’t expensive, ranging from a few thousand to tens of thousands. The X-ray machine was a bit pricier, but she could get a newly released model for eighty thousand.

Ye Nai wasn’t in a hurry to buy imdiately; instead, she wanted to take a look and learn more first.

The staff, seeing her first aider certificate, thought she wanted to be self-employed in the Secret Realm and recomnded their products very enthusiastically, giving her a thick stack of product brochures upon leaving.

After leaving the wholesale market, Ye Nai went to an electronics store to buy an air conditioner. It would be delivered the next day, and she would install it herself.

Then, just like yesterday, she went grocery shopping, walked to her mom’s house, and checked into a nearby express hotel half a street from her ho to have a cool place to sleep tonight.

After entering, she put away her things, propped up her feet in front of the fan, played gas, and then went to the kitchen to cook as the ti was about right. She made one at dish, one vegetable dish, a stead egg, and also stead a bowl of Spider Legs at.

The stead dishes were still simring in the pot when Yu Qing and Yu Jiao returned.

"Big sis!"

"You’re back, wash your hands and eat."

"Wow, there’s food ready as soon as we get ho!"

Yu Jiao changed shoes and was the first to rush to the bathroom to wash hands and then joined Ye Nai to see what dishes were available.

"Big sis, what’s steaming in the pot?"

"Stead eggs and Spider Legs at."

"You have Mutant Beast at?"

"Can you eat Spider Legs’ at?"

"Yes, I prepared it especially for you."

"Ah, is it that small portion of white at in the fridge? I thought it was crab at."

Yu Qing put away her bag, ca over to wash her hands, and rembered the extra stuff in the fridge upon hearing Ye Nai’s words.
