After a heated battle and negotiation between the two, Tenraku and President-Sama finally reached an agreent.
Sitri Sona wouldnt interfere with Tenraku and Shinra Tsubakis relationship, but everything had to be Tsubakis own choice. Tenraku was strictly forbidden from using his power and status to coerce her, just as he had promised Rias regarding Koneko-chan.
These terms were acceptable to Tenraku. While he had claid dominance and control over won like Raynare and Katerea, he would never treat good won like Vice President-Sama in the sa way. He preferred using a gentle approach to conquer them and enjoyed the process.
