Nick opened his eyes and instantly felt the difference.
His phantom retreated to his body, returning to its rightful place. Power coursed through his entire body; every single cell in his body drank the changes he’s gone through. He felt power pulsing all over his body; there was so much of it that he felt like he’d destroy the entire chaos realm if he moved carelessly.
His senses covered the entirety of Heavenly Star. He could tell everything that’s happening within it, and that disregards the ti difference due to distance.
In fact, he could easily expand his reach beyond Heavenly Star. This was just his default range, which was absurd already. It’s definitely way farther than his previous sensory range.
He felt concept laws bowing and celebrating his achievent. He felt invincible and inevitable, like nothing and nobody would be able to defy him and his power.
If Nick hadn’t gone through nurous ntal and spiritual temperings, he could easily lose himself in this power. He would be drunk from it and start doing sothing he’d definitely regret.
Fortunately, Nick’s way better than that.
But through all this, it’s not the power that made him feel inevitable. It’s the freedom that does.
Nick, as he is now, has freed himself from the shackles that bound his mortal coil. He was free of limitations, restrictions, and things that he was previously forbidden from.
To him, this was far better than the overwhelming power and strength he now feels.
Nick was practically standing at the sa pedestal as the Supre Will.
The power radiating from him could be felt by a few chosen people. Try as he might, this was inevitable. Heavenly Star itself celebrated his breakthrough.
He was surrounded with blooming lotus flowers created from concept law manifestations. Profound music also flowed out from where he was, and the sounds scattered through every corner of the chaos realm, informing everybody who’s capable of sensing it of what happened.
Or at least, signs of it for them to interpret.
A resigned sigh escaped from his lips. He didn’t plan on announcing his breakthrough, but it has been made known anyway. He could already see inquiries flooding their inboxes once more, which ant more paperwork for the council.
"Oi, you doofus!"

Nick ducked slightly and grinned as he received Urek’s smack in the head. His friends then appeared before him, wearing displeased expressions, and now he started feeling guilty.
"Gee. Sorry. I just felt that it was the right mont, you know?" Nick weakly reasoned.
"And you couldn’t even be bothered to send a heads-up, at least?" Patricia raised a brow and placed her hands on her hips, wearing a chiding expression.
"Yes. A little warning would’ve been nice." Berk pursed his lips. He’s a little upset too, but just a little; the relief he feels that Nick not only survived but succeeded far triumphs that.
"Like I said, it just ca to ." Nick weakly smiled. "And I’ve waited for far too long for this."
"Besides, I’ve already prepared as much as I can. There’s literally nothing else for to do. So when I felt that the ti was right, along with the confidence to do it, I made a move."
"And as you can see, it worked! I’m a Primal Origin Lifeform now! I did it! Hah!"
Nick felt exhilarated, excited, and very vindicated.
How could he not be? Nick has been dreaming of this mont for so long. He had lived millions of years, doing his best to inch closer and closer to this realm, but for the longest ti, he had nothing.
Now that he’s achieved it, how could anybody bla him for being too happy and validated?
"How does it feel?" Gibson asked. He’s already surrounded with his recording devices. Nick could feel those machines inspecting him from head to toe, recording his vitals and the changes that happened to him.
And with the way they’re making strange and confused noises, it seems that their readings are going all over the place. It’s as if Nick had gone beyond their re understanding.
"Good. Very good," Nick responded. "I feel so powerful that I think if I move carelessly, I could sink the entire Heavenly Star Chaos Realm into oblivion and put it back together just as easily."
They knew Nick didn’t an it, but his words were absolutely terrifying. Not just because he said it carelessly, but also because he most likely ant every single word.
"But more than that, it’s the freedom, guys." Nick sighed, still feeling the high, it seems. "I never felt that I was so restricted and molded until all of those shackles were gone."
"And I’m pretty sure that the Supre Will can no longer hold back. I’m practically at the sa level as it is."
"Also, I can now more effectively use Origin Laws. In fact, I could sense their presence even closer now. I believe that if I want to, I could go on seclusion to try and discover more."
What Nick ant is that he could start comprehending more concept laws and possibly elevate them to the Origin Law level too. Sure, it’s going to take so ti, but Nick’s obviously immortal now, so it’s only a matter of ti.
Plus, he won’t be punished by the Supre Will if he wants to stare at the very structure of concept laws since he’s at the sa level as it is now.
Whether he’d be able to understand them or not ultimately depends on Nick.
"Co on, let’s leave. I can feel people starting to scope this place."
Nick didn’t wait for their agreent. With a swipe of his hand, he transferred all of them to their common room in the council HQ, just in ti for the vultures to descend and begin inspecting his previous location with much scrutiny.
"You do know that you don’t have to suppress this news, right?" Gibson reminded him. "You’ve beco, quite literally, the peak existence throughout the Five Known Chaos Realms, if not the entire Primitive Universe. You’re practically a god among us, dude! What are you wary of?"
"I won’t deny that I’m strong, yes," Nick readily admitted, "but the strongest in the entire Primitive Universe? No. I don’t think so."
Nick’s brows were furrowed as he looked over the horizon.
"There’s a presence sowhere out there, far from where the Five Known Chaos Realms are located. I can’t see it nor sense it, but I can feel that it has a lot of secrets that make my skin crawl."
"Co on, man. Don’t scare us like that!" Urek scolded him.
"No, I’m not scaring you." Nick glared at him. "Even I don’t know that that place existed at all. I an, to be fair, we’ve been limited to the Five Known Chaos Realms. We haven’t explored the entirety of the Primitive Universe."
"The only reason why I can sense that place is because of this recent breakthrough. But even as I try now, my senses can’t penetrate that place at all. I’m stopped by a hard barrier and restriction, and my instinct warns that I shouldn’t even try."
"Hell, it’s already a miracle that my senses could extend that far!"
Nick himself sounded shocked too.
He was serious. He never thought that there was a place or a civilization far outside of the Five Known Chaos Realms. He never even thought that it’s possible for any creature to thrive outside the void, yet there’s this thing.
From the previous probes he sent out just now, he could tell that that place was massive. His sensory reach barely reached it, much less covered its entirety.
And again, sothing in there was blocking his probes from advancing. What little feedback he received brought back warnings that he shouldn’t even think of violating the privacy of that place if he doesn’t want to suffer the wrath of the people residing there.
"How can that be?" Patricia couldn’t believe it. But she also knows that Nick wouldn’t lie about this.
"Well, it’s clear that what we know about the Primitive Universe isn’t as much as we thought it was." Gibson humd. "But that’s easily understandable. We don’t know how big it is exactly. Besides, it’s not like this was completely out of our expectations."
"That’s true," Berk chid in. "Let’s not worry about whatever that place was for now. How about we focus on what’s in front of us instead?"
"Like what?"
"Like, The Horde, obviously!" Berk raised a brow. "Don’t tell you guys are planning to show rcy on them? They’re the scourge of the Primitive Universe. The only reason why they haven’t devoured everything else is because their empress had a weird obsession towards us."
"Now that we’re in a dominant position, we can do what we’ve always wanted to do: wipe them out from existence."
"Ooh, and don’t forget about the Black Pegasus Chaos Realm, too! That place has been crawling with demons!" Urek reminded them.
"Yeah, about that..." Nick trailed off, wearing a strange expression.
"What?"
"From what I can see, there are no demons there anymore."
"Huh!?"
