Standing at the vast and barren lands outside of the inheritance zone’s periter, Cedric stood still with an empty look on his face.
He lifted his right hand and drew a line in the air with his index finger.
As he did so, the space around him twisted into ribbons, emitting a loud groan that sounded dangerous. Space warped, folded, and twisted into shapes following where he pointed.
Then, out of nowhere, fire ignited. The spark started at the ends of the spatial ribbons. It then started consuming them, leaving embers behind. As the embers danced in the air, the fla eruption roared in fury. Its temperature threatened to incinerate everything that ca close.
Cedric remained stoic. With a snap of his fingers, the flas were snuffed out.
He then paused and watched as space nded itself. The rich space elents around the continent rushed over to fix his ss. Before long, everything returned to its normal state as if nothing ever happened.
But Cedric wasn’t done.
Fwoom!!
A sudden vacuum erupted from him, enveloping several miles of land around him.
Everything this vacuum touched turned gray, as if life just suddenly disappeared, but that’s not really it.
Inside this vacuum, everything stilled: light, life, motion...everything that should be moving just stopped all of a sudden. All except Cedric, whose eyes were sparkling now.
He walked slowly, admiring the frozen surroundings. Even the formation of moisture in the air pauses in its formation because of the appearance of this sudden vacuum.
Cedric just stopped ti in his imdiate vicinity. It’s the most basic and simplest form of ti manipulation. Although many people could technically do this, most of the ti, the effectiveness depends on how active the world around them was.
The more activity and chaos around them, the more difficult it is to exert influence over ti. It’s especially difficult to do this in environnts where concept laws are extrely active.
Which ant that replicating what Cedric was doing now should’ve been impossible considering where he is.
Sure, he was outside the inheritance’s periter, but this is still the Origin Heaven Continent, where concept laws and elents are extrely rich. This feat was easy on paper but hard to actually do.
Yet here Cedric was, doing it like he was born for it.
In his mind, this wasn’t much, really. Now that he had not only elevated his Ti Laws to the Heavenly Law level, he actually pushed it to the peak. Comprehending a single piece of Ti Law’s essence entirely.
Yes, he had finally reached this step. Ti Laws are even more elusive than Space Laws. Before coming here, his ti laws were only at the Great Law level. It would’ve taken him longer to reach this level if he weren’t here; that’s just how absurdly elusive it was.
The funny part is that Cedric wasn’t even focusing on this.
His focus was on elevating the other four basic elental laws he knew, bringing them up to the current level of his fire laws.
Earth, Water, tal, and Wood. These are where most of his focus was, not Ti Laws.
But since the law insights within the inheritance zone’s periter were so dense, he was still able to accumulate other insights just by breathing. And as ti passed, he eventually reached this level for his Ti Laws.
And he wasn’t even trying. This was how aweso this place was.
Zoom!
Cedric sighed, and the stasis zone around him disappeared. Everything resud motion as soon as the zone was gone, and Cedric acted as if nothing had happened.
Then, monts later, he snapped his fingers. Following that, elents blood around him.
The earth surged, forming into shapes and manifestations, the sa with tal, wood, water, and again, fire.
Cedric stood still, ntally cataloging everything that he could see and do. At so point he began experinting by fusing at least two of the basic elental laws.
He didn’t do one at a ti; he did multiples at once. Below, he was mixing earth with fire, water, and tal. Above, he was mixing fire, wood, tal, and water.
So fused barely, so did just fine, and others refused to be fused at all. Success or not, Cedric didn’t care. He rembered everything, adjusted ratios on the fly, and kept going.
Then, eventually, he went from fusing just two to attempting to fuse three at once.
He had more failure here, but more variables as well. But like he had been doing so far, he just kept recording everything regardless of success or failure. He kept going until he was able to fuse three basic elents into a 1:1:1 ratio, which was incredibly challenging on its own.
But who was Cedric if not determined?
Besides, it’s not like sobody’s stopping him. He was quite far from the inheritance zone’s periter. There’s no person or living being within his sensory range, and frankly speaking, everything that he’s doing is still quite ta compared to what this continent has seen others do.
So really, there’s no need to be so wary.
After a couple of weeks of trial and error, Cedric finally did it. He had discovered iterations born from the fusion of three basic elents. The result wasn’t universal. It depends on what elent was introduced first.
But Cedric didn’t linger too much over any of it. Instead, he escalated the process again.
He began fusing four elents into one in a 1:1:1:1 ratio.
This took longer. About three months of constant effort and analysis. But in the end, Cedric did it.
And then, the final test. Fusing all five elents into one.
This...this took him an entire year.
It couldn’t be helped; it’s just too difficult. More often than not, the fused elents kept blowing up on his face. The good thing is that he always knew when to escape; otherwise, his clone would’ve suffered so serious injuries.
However, he persisted anyway.
And the result was phenonal.
A year later, Cedric stood at the sa spot. He’s looking at the thing on top of his palm.
It’s a small nebula that’s seemingly continuously multiplying by itself but never growing any larger than a ping pong ball. It was endlessly fascinating. It’s like a kaleidoscope orb dancing on top of his palms.
This wasn’t anything simple. It’s no orb or ping pong ball.
’It’s creation itself.’
Yes, the result when the five basic elents were fused into one was creation itself.
The mystical orb he’s now staring at was just its rudintary manifestation. If Cedric really wanted to, he could easily turn this into anything he desired.
Creating objects or living beings with this was just scratching its surface. Cedric could create entire worlds, planets, species, realms...hell, if he’s strong enough, he might even be able to create an entire chaos realm with this with a complete ecosystem.
This power of creation, right at his fingertip. Such power was not only elusive but also extrely dangerous.
With this, Cedric could play God, and none could refute him. It’s so easy to lose himself in this and ruin his morals.
Cedric knew just how precious and dangerous this ability was. He knew that he had to be careful with this, or else he’d lose himself in this power.
However, that doesn’t an that this was the end.
The reason why Cedric went through all this trouble was to specifically study creation itself.
In terms of elusiveness, the Laws of Creation were even more elusive than ti laws. After coming to the Primitive Universe, his knowledge of Creation Laws practically disappeared because everything’s different here.
He had always wanted to get it back or to understand it again, but it was so hard to spot, even with his divine eyes.
That’s why he went through all this trouble, fusing all five of the basic elents into one to wield the power of creation. And from here, he will begin to analyze it and comprehend the laws of creation again.
Of course, where there is creation, there’s also destruction. That will co soon; Cedric won’t have to search for it. Creation and destruction co as a pair. He won’t miss it.
Right now, though, his focus was on comprehending the laws of creation.
It took about another three months for him to gain entry-level insights about it.
And once he did, Cedric didn’t waste ti. He could already feel the insights of creation around the Origin Heaven Continent rushing towards him.
Determined not to waste this chance, Cedric rushed back inside the periter of the inheritance zone, quietly, and returned to his temporary shelter.
There, he sat down and activated his divine eyes. As soon as he did, the law insights of creation rushed cheerfully at him, seemingly introducing themselves to him.
Cedric welcod them all and comprehended each, one by one.
As days passed, his comprehension skyrocketed. Riding this montum, he went from ignorant to reaching the Great Law of Creation in just a matter of weeks.
Sure, he did need to confirm his achievents through practice, but Cedric had genuinely reached this level that fast.
And he didn’t stop here. He won’t until, just like the others, he comprehends a single piece of Creation Law’s essence.
