Finding another exit was like searching for a needle in a haystack.
The death zone wasn’t just vast, it’s also confusing. Spatial and temporal anomalies weren’t so rare here due to this place’s naturally hostile and chaotic environnt.
Mapping out the death zone proved to be challenging, even with both of Cedric’s clones working together. He had been here for at least 20 years by now and had a general understanding of this place yet even with that, there were still tis he found himself lost amidst his exploration. Sotis, it even caused him to doubt his own abilities.
Now that he’s just a step away from becoming a true Immortal level expert according to the Primitive Universe’s standards, his need to find an exit to this place becos even more paramount. It’s only natural if he wanted to get out of this place.
Because you see, Cedric couldn’t just force his way out. That’ll never work.
There is a strange phenonon encasing the entirety of the death zone that only allowed entry and greatly limited the exit. That’s why it’s easy to enter this place yet almost impossible to escape from it. In fact, according to so records he got and the mories he got from Cade, Cedric learned forcing fugitives or criminals to the death zone has beco a legitimate way to eliminate them. After all, it is very unlikely that they’d escape.
If they could sohow escape from here? That that person was clearly above their paygrade to begin with, and it just wasn’t worth it to continue chasing after them.
He was neither that capable or strong enough to forcibly create an exit point. Cedric guessed that, to do that, he would need to harness the power of the Heavenly Laws at least.
This discovery was supported by his attempts, because yes, he had that idea once. Yet after staring at the strange structure encasing this realm, he discovered that it was beyond his ans. aning that it’s in the higher form of laws he can’t casually interfere yet.
And he just couldn’t be expected to stay here until he becos a Universe Master or a Heavenly Venerate, so finding another exit point was his only remaining option to get out of here.
Cedric’s exploration of the death zone wasn’t entirely useless, though. While he mostly did it to search for another exit, because the one he saw earlier simply just wasn’t usable, it did allow him to gain surprising benefits. His harvest of the Space Whale’s valuables and him stealing that Sacred Light Fruit being the most valuable, up front.
Still, his main goal to find an exit, remains unfulfilled for now.
Cedric did try asking the Void Slave if it knew another exit point, like the one Odin used to get in and get out of here after setting up the prison. Alas, the Void Slave said that the exit point Odin used was the sa one that he discovered years ago, that one that is ruined by the Space Whale’s forced entry.
Thus, Cedric could only continue searching...
Just like this, five more years passed in a blur, and at this point, Cedric almost had a complete map of the death zone. The only empty spots on his map were lairs of strange creatures that Cedric couldn’t confront right away, but even then, he was confident that those place had no exit points.
Fortunately, his efforts didn’t fail him...
Cedric did find an exit point. But its discovery didn’t make him happy.
The reason is because, to get there, he had to go through a really dangerous area of the Death Zone he called the ’Null’.
The Null is an area where all laws becos aningless. It’s a still, eerie place that sent shivers to his spine, with his instincts screaming at him to never even go anywhere near it. Yet after a brief inspection and a streak of bravery, he discovered that the exit point was right past that point.
It’s available, intact, pristine, and waiting to be used. But getting there wouldn’t be easy because aside from having to deal with The Null, there were a few strange structures that Cedric had to deal with, and he doesn’t understand even a single one of them.
See, The Null, according to what little records of it he gathered so far, was the result of a Law Singularity - an event where nurous types of Heavenly Laws clashed and fused for so reason. The Null itself is the exact spot where the fusion occured, and the Death Zone was the result of that clash.
In the Null, Cedric felt extrely vulnerable. It’s like he’s beco mortal once again, weak, pathetic, and fragile, so much so that even a stray breeze could knock him down. Everything that his Life Evolution did to change him becos aningless within The Null, and there’s nothing he could do about that.
Cedric had no idea why The Null appeared in this area, turning this entire domain into the death zone, and he wasn’t really too concerned to know why.
And if that wasn’t already enough, there were structures within The Null that doesn’t make sense to Cedric, and sohow, they remain functional. Each one blocked his way to the exit point, and he had to go through every single one of them to reach it.
He tried searching for a way to bypass them but couldn’t find any. Maybe it’s because there’s none or he’s just too weak to notice it. Either way, he still have to go through these weird structures to earn the chance or leaving this place.
Learning of how troubleso this was, Cedric turned his attention away from it for now, and tried to search for another exit point. Hoping to find another one that wasn’t as fussy or troubleso as this one.
Alas, even after combing carefully through the entirety of the Death Zone, including the blank spots on his map, he failed to find another one. aning that this was his only choice to get out of here.
Well, at the very least he achieved his goal. He did find another exit, despite being troubleso, it’s still a legitimate one and safer compared to the previous exit he found.
But he wouldn’t be going there for now. Not until he completes his synchronization and reach the Immortal Warrior level.

Cedric’s attention shifted to his main body, letting his other thought compartnts control the movent of his clones for now.
He let out a sigh of resignation and stood up. His bones clicked and snapped into place due to long inactivity but didn’t cause any discomfort to him.
Cedric then exited his seclusion chambers by teleporting out of it instead of opening any doors. He arrived at the Sky Castle where his family resides and basked at the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere that’s kindly blessing his ho.
From a distance, he could here the faint sounds of tals clashing and energy fluctuations. He didn’t need to see them to know that it was his grandchildren that’s causing this.
Ferdinand, Faelan, and the twins; Francis and Francine, had grown up under the strict but loving care of the Stormrider Family. They were pampered the way how Cedric pampered his children but were also taught core moral values that kept them humble yet confident.
The flow of ti affected all, and even with its effects minimized on Cedric, his family, especially his grandchildren, were still under its influence.
20 years wasn’t a long ti for Cedric, but to his grandchildren, it the majority of the entire length of their existence. Before Cedric even knew it, his grandchildren were already at the marriable age.
It’s not like he neglected them or sothing. Sure, he’s occupied and seclusion more often than not, but he made a conscious effort to beco a solid part of his grandchildren’s childhood. He would often play and teach them whenever he could, just so that he could form a solid bond with them.
Cedric values his family heavily, after all.
But, if things were to continue this way, his family will only get progressively larger. The longer he spent in seclusion, the great his distance would be to his future descendants. Cedric would obviously try to remain close to them whenever he can but it’s inevitable that at so point, he would feel a level of indifference towards so due to the gap.
Cedric didn’t want to think much about it for now, but that’s already a given scenario at this point, and sooner he accepted that, the more at ease he’d be when the ti cos.
Still, Cedric did what he coild. He frequently accompanied his wives, making sure that they don’t beco too lonely without him, he frequently checks in with his sons and plays with his grandchildren.
He was determined to make the most of any ti he could spend with them because they’re his family, and to Cedric, they’re everything.
Any concerns he had towards Pri Earth and Solaris Pri were no longer there. They’re in Godwyn’s good hands, after all. And after he enslaved the personification of the Void itself, there’s no need for him to worry about its safety.
