Despite covering for the chancellors, Cedric wasn't swamped with work. It did increase, yes, but nothing that he can't handle. Obviously, he wasn't the one who would handle their racial responsibilities given their status, so that made it easier for him as well.

Cedric obviously paid more attention to their states compared to others who were also breaking through. The bias was well understandable given the identities of these people. He had to ensure that they'd live because even with his current authority, the weight of their death wouldn't be a light sentence to him.

Fortunately, from his observations so far, everything was going well.

The Chancellors have already transford their cultivation to enter the Void Refinent Realm. It made them weaker, yes, but it's of no concern to them since they aren't in the middle of a war and they have ti.

Now, their focus was on breezing through the Void Refinent Realm. And certainly, their progress was much quicker than Cedric's. This is partly because the Void Refinent Realm has already been stabilized by Cedric. They know everything they could expect as they entered the realm, and they also know the next steps that should be taken to ensure a correct and stable breakthrough.

Moreover, the chancellors were experienced people. They have seen and experienced many things about life evolution. It's what pushed them to be Cosmic Lords in the first place. Additionally, they've watched alongside Cedric as the project went on. It's not too strange for them to have insights of their own, right?

Within three years, the Chancellors went from being Cosmic Lords to Void Refinent Realm practitioners, and it only took them this long to go from the 1st Stage to the 9th Stage. This was certainly much faster than everyone else's.

The fastest one, of course, would be none other than Chancellor Igor—the Wise Dragon Chancellor.

Heaven knows how long he has waited for this mont. Moreover, he's a Wise Dragon—a creature fad for their wisdom and intelligence. He had long wanted to join in on the fun to fulfill his lifelong wish of walking the sa path as his ancestors. He only held back for so more because he was waiting for Cedric—the pioneer of this path in this era—to discover more.

Now that Cedric did, and after confirming that his theories and Cedric's were the sa, his eagerness could no longer be contained. Actually, it was him who took the lead; the other chancellors just followed suit after his initiative.

Feeling the chaos energy tossing and turning within his inner world filled Chancellor Igor with a profound sense of accomplishnt. Nobody could understand how subli this feeling was for him.

After hundreds of thousands of years of researching for a way to retrace the footsteps of his ancestors only to be t with failure again and again, he finally succeeded. Who could've imagined that the one who would lead him towards the light at the end of the tunnel would be so youth who's not even a fraction of his age?

The satisfaction of knowing that he too could be considered an Ancient now, even though he's hundreds of thousands of years too late, felt amazing for him.

The knot and grievances he held close to his heart all this while dissipated like snow under the glare of sumr once he stepped into the Void Refinent Realm.

He now held imnse gratitude to Cedric because of this. So much so that he inwardly swore to support this child every step of the way.

As for the other Chancellor, they were more fascinated by Chaos Energy. The Inner World was cool and all, along with the strength that cos with it, but the sheer potential held by this mysterious energy is what truly entrances them so.

Silas discovered that using Chaos Energy as fuel for his complicated spells and magic resulted in a casting so smooth and effortless that it made him doubtful of himself if he was doing it all wrong in the past.

The Holy Spirit Chancellor never thought that there would be an energy source that would negate the psychological burdens of their races' spiritual arts. The Primal Beast Chancellor marveled at how effective this energy was at cleansing and sublimating his and his people's bloodline even after Atavism. The Divine Celestial Chancellor was shocked at how his Divine Construct seed to prefer Chaos Energy more than anything else. And the Sir Flint, the Ancient Titan Chancellor, was just happy that Chaos Energy was so easy to manipulate. It's also an excellent lubricant, allowing him to perfectly control his strength. Now, he no longer has to be too wary of his actions.

All of them explored the wonders and surprises that Chaos Energy brought, and within three short years, they went from the 1st Stage to the 9th Stage of Void Refinent.

Now, they have begun breaking through the next realm. Which now Cedric aptly nad as the 'Primordial Realm.'

He nad it this way in light of the 'Primordial Chaos' term, which represents the Prival Scarlet Dust Realm that ford afterwards.

In Cedric's own way, 'Primordials' are creatures who stood shoulder to shoulder with the Primordial Chaos itself. And it's an apt term given that the people who reached this life evolution realm had their inner worlds sublimated to reality, capable of supporting life. In their respective Inner Worlds, they were the absolute and omnipotent god.

Moreover, Cedric thinks that calling them 'Primordials' was an apt description given that all who reached this stage transford into the pinnacle of their physical form. This was a consistent sign so far, that one would experience a profound physical transformation upon reaching the Primordial Realm, so, to Cedric, it made perfect sense to call them so.

Because the chancellors chose the slow and steady route, it would take ti before they're finished. However, since it has reached this point, Cedric was no longer too worried.

This was the final stretch, yes, but due to the nature of the breakthrough, it's also just as stable as the previous breakthroughs. It's probably even stabler, actually.

The chancellors aren't careless idiots. Besides, this doesn't count as 'slow' to them, given that they're long-lived creatures. If anything, even if this lasts for years or even a decade or two, it would just be a short vacation to them.

So there's really no need to worry too much now.

Cedric was actually looking forward to it now. More specifically, he's looking forward to what changes will happen to Chancellor Igor once he reaches the Primordial Realm.

See, Cedric has seen what happened to other mbers of 'The Six,' all but the Wise Dragons. Chancellor Igor would be the first one he sees, so it's understandable that he's looking forward to it.

And he wasn't disappointed...

Actually, the last one to step into the Primordial Realm amongst the Chancellors was the Old Wise Dragon. Silas and the rest already completed their transformations, and it was within Cedric's expectations. It took so ti, but it was all stable, which greatly relieved him.

The old dragon's breakthrough took longer, and it's probably because his foundations were the deepest amongst everybody. He's a fossil, after all.

But even though the gap between him and the 4th slowest, which was Sir Flint, was three years, his transformation was undoubtedly the greatest that Cedric has ever seen.

Before, the old dragon's scales were like craggy stones or so ancient tree bark. It was rough, tough, and looked incredibly uncomfortable. If dragons weren't fad for their wisdom, they'd probably be considered the strongest kind of Primal Beast out there simply due to their physical appearance.

Even their humanoid form barely conceals their explosive strength. It's their wisdom that kept them civilized.

Yet after this transformation, though? It's no longer the sa.

The scales on the Old Dragon's body smoothed out like fish scales. The ones that Chancellor Igor had flashed with rainbow colors whenever light was reflected on them. Its current appearance was completely different from before.

Also, the old dragon beca bigger, and his shape changed as well. His body was now serpentine in shape, his skin turned platinum in color, covered in rainbow-colored scales, making him look majestic and noble.

His eyes still looked predatory, but they shone with a wise glint. Being stared at by him feels like being seen through on a spiritual level.

And most importantly, his strength. Even amongst the Chancellors, the old dragon was a cut above. The sheer aura he's releasing was causing everybody to sweat nervously.

Roar!!!

A bright and sonorous roar echoed across the realm. Only a select group of people could hear it, more specifically, those that the Chancellor permitted to hear, which includes the people near him and, most importantly, his kind.

Under Cedric's gaze, the old dragon shrank to his humanoid size, looking just as young and dashing as Cedric. His hair also turned platinum just like his skin, and he still had those rainbow-colored scales on a few areas of his body.

"BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!! AWESO! EXCELLENT! EXHILIRATING! GOOD! GOOD! GOOD!"
