"Papa! Oooo!"

"Yes, little one. What is it?"

"Ooo! Waa! Ooo!"

"Hm? We call those clouds."

"Waa! Ooo! Uuu!"

"Yes, indeed. We are above the sky. Papa is really strong, so he can take you all to fly."

The hustle and bustle of the world below did nothing to interrupt the adorable conversation Cedric was having with his three adorable sons, and he took them out for a walk above the clouds.

Even though these three were already more than a year old, none of them can still talk. While this might be usual for mortal babies, his children are a little bit different from the norm, so this was a bit weird, especially since his children already showed signs of superhuman feats. However, Cedric already confird that none of his children are ill or have any disabilities.

That said, Cedric wasn't really worried. Like what was ntioned, nothing's wrong with his sons; it's just going to take so ti before they could start talking more and more. They can already say simple words, though, like Mama, Papa, Milk, Fly, and Sleep, which is about their daily routine in that order too. They'd wake up seeing the faces of their parents; they would be fed; Cedric would then take them out flying all around the world; and then they'd return, be breastfed again, and then sleep. Their life was that simple and monotonous, yet it filled Cedric and his wives with nothing but pure bliss and peace.

They worked hard for this future, after all.

Their inability to talk properly just yet didn't faze Cedric either, because even if they couldn't, he could tell what they wanted to say. What they lack in verbal skills was made up with their ethusiastic and energetic gestures. Even Gerald, who's the least energetic compared to his brothers, will be too active and curious compared to other kids. Stay connected through empire

His boys can already crawl, and they crawl fast. Godwyn was even already making attempts at standing up and walking. Gilderoy loves rolling on surfaces, and Gerald loves stargazing. It's weird to see how different they were despite having the sa facial features and eyes, which they all got from their father.

With the innate blessings they received from having aweso parents and the most recent blessing they got from the world's evolution, it's no surprise that these children are blessed.

Don't be mistaken by their lack of mobility and verbal skills; their grip is already strong enough to break plastic toys. They could even put a dent into dense ones. They also have the innate talent to force common energy forms, like mana, spiritual energy, etc., to do their bidding.

Godwyn once infused his vocal cords with mana to amplify his voice to cry out because he was hungry. Gilderoy turned his pee into acid, which nearly caused Chrissy to faint from terror, much to Cedric's amusent, and Gerald once made a snowball telenetically and threw it to his brothers because he was annoyed by the noises they're making.

And if Cedric hadn't sealed their ocular abilities, which they inherited from him, he had no doubts that they'd probably be commanding even more forms of primordial energies at this point.

So you see, Cedric's children are far from ordinary.

Yet, it's precisely because they're like this that Cedric felt a dilemma on how to raise them properly. His children are way too talented, and while that elates him, it can also germinate a seed of arrogance within them.

Cedric didn't want to raise them as tyrants. He didn't want his children to beco the enemies of the world because he failed to turn them into good people. It's his duty as a parent and a father to instill discipline in his children, even though he's as biased as any parent would towards their children.

Fortunately, he still has a lot of ti to think about this. For now, he would just enjoy their adorable antics because, despite his unwillingness, his kids are growing up a little too fast for his liking, so monts like these won't last.

**

So far, only three months have passed since the world's evolution.

By now, all the commotion about it has died down, but its aftermath still persists today, and the blessings everybody received were permanent.

These months have been busy for humans. A lot of things are needed to be done after discovering that their world suddenly beca much larger than before, after all. The continents expanded, with so additional islands appearing amidst the sea. The oceans beca deeper, and more life was born at their depths. The large increase in volu and density of primordial energies was also sothing that they'd have to adjust to as soon as possible.

The changes on Pri Earth opened many opportunities for humans to develop even more. And so far, they're only scratching the surface. There's an entire solar system waiting for them to own, and it's going to take a lot more ti before they manage to take full advantage of it.

As the Governor of Solaris Pri, Cedric has a duty to pave the way for them. Which isn't really any different from what he has been doing since he rose to power, really.

But for the sake of making his people not too dependent on him, he had to be more sly about this. He will leave hints and clues for them to pick up, and the rest is up to them.

This style of governance was within the tolerable range of the council laws. The alliance wouldn't truly interfere with his plans and decisions unless his actions were destorying the solar system. They also don't care if humanity's developnt happens too fast or too slow. All they care about is their stance towards the alliance, and if they were found to be a negative influence on the alliance as a whole, they would be expelled or even labeled as an enemy even if Cedric's governance was considered 'good'.

This was one of the many responsibilities Cedric must endure all by himself for now. Nobody else aside from him can take on this burden for now, so it has to be him.

Fortunately, his people were proving their worth, especially after so of them learned about the existence of a higher civilization out there.

Cedric has been giving them materials to study, so in the form of articles or news he got from the virtual universe, videos of other worlds and civilizations, people from other races confronting each other, and more information about the Scarlet Dust Alliance.

He's not uploading everything at once to them. Frankly, because they're not ready for it yet but also because it's useless for them to know too much for now.

Actually, knowing too much might be detrintal for their spirits. After all, if they learned even a fraction of what he knows, they would just lant on how far behind humans truly were, and that would dampen their desire to move forward. That's why he's only giving them hints and clues for now for inspiration.

Judging from their enthusiasm, he could tell that his plan was working. His people are advancing with even more passion than before. And that's a good thing; at least they have sothing to look forward to.

With everything going in the right direction, Cedric could focus more on his family and work instead of stressing out on how to govern his people.

Speaking of which, he has co far to his studies...

It's been more than a year since he beca a trainee security officer, and right now, he's nearly done with the first three courses he applied for.

His progress was neither slow nor fast, just average. Of course, Cedric could've gone faster. After all, his mory and skills weren't too bad to begin with. He could've breezed through the lessons if he wanted to, but he didn't because he wanted to have ti to spend with his family.

However, his progress could be said to be really fast in the alliance's standards.

Other trainee officers like him would take more than five years to achieve his current skill level. This was mostly due to the difference in culture, talent, comprehension, or other things. In average, it would take a minimum of 50 years for a security officer to finish all of their required training before they could report for duty, which was also within the expectations of both Hunyo and Silas to Cedric.

(Cedric was required to complete his basic training within ten years and graduate after fifty years. This was stipulated in his contract.)

There were a total of ten basic mandatory courses that Cedric needed to finish before he could 'technically' graduate. Finishing three of those ten within a year was considered too fast even with the alliance's standards.

Cedric wasn't aware that he's practically tearing through his studies in their eyes. And even if he knew, he wouldn't have cared too much. So long as he could stay by his family's side and watch his kids grow up and beco independent before he eventually graduates as a training officer, then it's all good for him.
