In a desolate void, seemingly made of nothing and everything at the sa ti, a monotone voice rang with loud sound.

[Error]

[Error.....Error..]

[Unknown soul detected....Error]

[Transmigrati...fluctuating.. destinati..changed]

The monotone voice of the system broke off multiple tis, as if having so internal problems..

[Finding...the perfect vessel for the unknown soul]

The voice returned after a long ti.

[Vessel Found... inter-dinsional transmigration..done.

Drawback- Extre energy used, couldn’t teleport the host to the designated position.]

[Welco Successor Of The Apex.]

*****

Sowhere around the Central Zone.

The moonlight blessed the forest with an ethereal shine as it spilled through the vast canopy of trees like liquid silver.

Pale beams of it, hit the barks and leaves of the gaint ancient trees, while so of it phased through them painting the dew on the grass and flowers with blue and white colours.

It was truly serene....if not for the sound of a carriage moving and a man shouting while hitting the horses to run faster.

The carriage was large, spacious enough for ten n to sit in it. However, age and ti had clearly reduced it to ruin.

It’s wooden body was spilt, old and broken.

Though, in so places the damage was worse as jagged holes ran through it so even big enough for a fist to pass through.

Yet, it wasn’t being used for exactly travelling right now.

Inside the carriage, multiple children lay strewn across the floor, their small bodies limp and unmoving.

All of them were unconscious.

So, even were so pale that their skin looked almost translucent in the dim light, stretched tight over sharp bones.

Their shallow breaths were the only sign that they were still alive, fragile and trembling, as if even the act of breathing demanded more strength than they had left.

Suddenly two butterflies, ca inside the carriage dancing with their own erratic rhythm. One was black, while one was white.

They hovered above the children for soti, then moved towards a particular boy in the carriage, as if attracted to him.

Reaching him, the white butterfly sat on the boy’s nose, while the black one continued to fly above him.

The boy looked seemingly better than the other children, as if he was new to the collection.

However the deep patches of blue and black on his whole body, while a deep cut on his forehead just above the eye shown that the new recruit wasn’t exactly an easy one.

An unknown amount of ti passed, while the two butterflies stayed around him and other children.

Then, finally the boy’s eye’s fluttered open and the butterflies also moved away.

*****

Zyrus’s eyes fluttered open, as he woke up with a deep gasp. However that movent of his body getting up in a hurry, was a severe mistake.

"Agh." He grunted.

Pain flared through his whole body, so severe and harsh, it felt as though soone has beaten him till his death. While, his head ached from the whistling sound going on in his ears.

"Oww, damn what the fuck is going on today?" He couldn’t help but curse.

It was truly mind numbing.

Ding

However, before he could do much a faint sound resounded in his whole head. He opened his eyes and looked as the translucent screen that was still in his front.

"Huh, all that was real?" It was a stupid question, he wouldn’t have felt that much pain of it wasn’t but he couldn’t help but ask it.

Calming himself, he first focused on where he was and as he did once again...he froze.

"Wh-what?"

The air slled foul and dirty, as he had to do his best to not hurl. Looking around him, he found himself in a vehicle, moving with astonishing speed, while unconscious children lay beside him.

"The hell is going here...no..hah..no. Let’s, let’s calm down first." He said to himself breathing deeply while clutching his head also hoping for the pain to calm down.

Ding

The chi of sothing once again entered his ears and this ti he didn’t ignore it. He looked at the translucent screen.

[Welco to Arcania, host.]

[I, the mighty system and your future companion welcos you. However, first let’s start with an important process.]

[10..]

Zyrus’s was dumbfounded, he couldn’t even understand a fucking word of what was going on here...actually he kinda could, but couldn’t just believe that it was true.

[9..]

This system or whatever it is, had clearly said that he was being transmigrated sothing that would only happens in the thousands of novels he has read.

Sothing that he had wished, like every other reader to happen.

[5...]

[Preparing for mory Integration...]

[3..]

[Done, the process will start in...]

[2...1...host, please keep quiet and don’t shout. You might alert the kidnapper’s outside.]

"mo-"

And before he could even finish this, once again an assaulting pain hit his head. However, this one was less painful than the one, when he was hit by lightning.

Although, with the pain also ca mories..mories of the previous owner of this body.

’How the fuck does, it expect to keep quiet in this level of pain?’ Zyrus thought as he put his hand on his mouth to keep any of the sound except muffled pained voices to co out.

After who knows, how many minutes later his pain finally ended. However the boy didn’t move...it was too much...it was all too much.

He stared at the ceiling of the carriage absentmindedly for a mont, even the system kept quiet as if understanding his situation.

Then, Zyrus closed his eyes and said.

"I am fucked.... aren’t i?." He said weakly.

Through the mories of the boy, whom he had transmigrated into, he finally found out about his situation and also sowhat about this world.

Arcania... Arcania.

Like a mantra, it darkly rang in his mind.

"Hey, you system or whatever."

[Yes, host.] The system, answered instantly.

"Just kill ." He said deadpan.
