Chapter 3: Saw What Shouldn’t Be Seen

Zhang Yang, at 1.81 ters tall, was considered tall and strong in the southern regions of China, but his 72-kilogram weight made him look sowhat thin and frail. Yang Fei, on the other hand, stood at least 1.7 ters tall, with fair skin and a perfect figure, and by visual estimate weighed over 50 kilograms.

Zhang Yang wrapped one arm around her waist and the other behind her knees, lifting her horizontally. Only then did he realize that holding sothing weighing 50 kilograms was completely different from holding a beautiful woman weighing the sa.

Especially since Yang Fei was struggling violently, her long legs kicking everywhere, her hands hitting and scratching, using all sorts of techniques like Dragon Claw Hand.

“Please…” Zhang Yang didn’t have ti to explain. Seeing her struggle, he instinctively tightened his grip around her waist and legs. But the harder he held, the more furious Yang Fei beca. She used not only her hands and feet but now even her mouth—turning her head to bite his arm hard.

“Let go!”

“Ow! Are you a dog?” Zhang Yang broke into a sweat, veins bulging. But now wasn’t the ti to argue—a car explosion’s power wasn’t unfamiliar to him from TV. Within ten ters, everything could be blown away, and they were still within that danger zone.

“Pervert… I’ll kill you!”

Watching Zhang Yang carrying her into a side alley, Yang Fei’s heart raced wildly. Lately, the internet had been filled with stories of public harassnt and assaults. Could this bastard be planning to…?

The thought terrified her even more. Biting didn’t stop him. Kicking felt like hitting a wooden board. What now?

Tears blurred her beautiful eyes, her earlier fierce look replaced with teary panic. “Zhang Yang, you’re still a student! You have a bright future ahead! Your teacher is still a virgin…”

Before she could finish, Zhang Yang suddenly dove right at the corner with her in his arms. Both crashed heavily to the ground. Ignoring the pain, Yang Fei struggled to get up and run.

“Boom!” A deafening blast erupted from where her red Z4 had been parked. A huge fireball shot skyward, the explosion’s heatwave overturning everything within ten ters. Qiduo Café’s floor-to-ceiling windows shattered completely, and the blast wave even reached where Yang Fei and Zhang Yang were. If Zhang Yang hadn’t pulled her into the corner, they’d have been blown or burned beyond recognition.

Yang Fei’s body trembled, all her strength instantly drained. She slid weakly to the ground by the wall, her wide eyes staring at Zhang Yang, who was drenched in sweat and gasping for breath. Only now did she realize—this guy had been saving her. Thankfully, she hadn’t kicked him where it hurt.

“Why didn’t you say so earlier?” Yang Fei covered her heaving chest, trying to steady her breathing. Looking at Zhang Yang, who was panting just as hard, she felt so gratitude—but her tone remained harsh.

Hearing her, Zhang Yang tiredly glanced at her. But the mont he did, his already ragged breathing grew even faster.

Carrying Yang Fei while running had been total chaos. Though it was his first ti having such intimate contact with a woman, he’d been too focused on escaping to think of anything else. But now that they’d survived, he realized the beauty he saved was sitting before him in a very suggestive pose.

She was leaning sideways against the wall. Her black-and-white striped T-shirt had ridden up slightly, revealing a slender, smooth waist that glead under the light. Her purple pleated skirt had twisted during the run, and her long legs—one bent, one stretched out—were angled such that the skirt opening faced directly toward Zhang Yang.

From his perspective, he could see everything beneath her skirt. At the end of those long legs, he saw blue lace panties matching the blue strapless bra he’d glimpsed earlier. That infinitely enticing secret place was now exposed directly to his eyes without defense.

Naturally, Zhang Yang’s nose began bleeding again without warning—this ti, it was definitely from excitent…

“Ah! Where are your eyes looking?” Yang Fei scread again, instinctively curling her long legs and covering her skirt as she stood up angrily. Any faint goodwill she’d just felt evaporated instantly.

“Cough… cough… Teacher, I’ll check if anyone’s hurt?” What else could Zhang Yang say? You sat in front of , you spread your legs, you wore a short skirt—what could I do?

“And help find my shoes while you’re at it!” Yang Fei snapped.

Fortunately, despite the explosion’s power, it was a hot afternoon. Aside from Qiduo Café’s shattered windows and a waiter who got scratched, there were no other major losses.

When the police arrived and examined the scene, they were stunned. After taking statents from Zhang Yang and Yang Fei, they offered a preliminary conclusion.

“Based on your accounts, it’s 99.9% likely a teorite. But we’ll need to check nearby surveillance before making the final conclusion.” A young officer glanced several tis at the tall, dazzlingly beautiful Yang Fei, then added, “Miss Yang, you’re really lucky. Our ining City has never had a teorite strike before. Your car just set a new city record.”

He looked at the pile of scrap that had been her Z4, realizing his joke wasn’t funny at all, and quickly added, “Don’t worry, the insurance company will definitely compensate you well. We… we can testify for you.”

Yang Fei waved him off, too tired to entertain his “humor.” “Can we go now?”

“Well, as the main party, you’d better co to the station to describe what happened—it’ll help with the insurance claim. As for this young man…” The officer looked at Zhang Yang, about to continue.

Yang Fei cut him off, saying, “He’s my student. He has class this afternoon. Let him go first.”

“No problem!” With a beauty like that speaking, the officer had no reason to object.

Zhang Yang also figured it was ti to leave. He glanced at Yang Fei and asked, “Teacher, are you alright? I’ll get going then?”

“Hmph!” Yang Fei still looked angry. Seeing Zhang Yang’s eyes, she instinctively tried to cover her skirt. “Why are you still standing there? Want to fail my class?”

Hearing that, Zhang Yang felt like he’d been pardoned and was just about to leave when Yang Fei called out again.

“Like I said, today’s events—don’t tell anyone. Got it?”

“Got it.” Of course, Zhang Yang understood. If word got out that Yang Fei had gone on a blind date with her student, the entire ining University would laugh for months. She’d never live it down—and neither would he.

Yang Fei shot him a cold glance. “What are you going to tell my sister?”

“Uh… there was an explosion here. Sister Yang Jing won’t fail to notice, right?”

Yang Fei frowned, thought for a while, then softened her tone. “I’ll deal with my sister myself. Don’t get involved. I don’t care how you t her or why she arranged this blind date, but you should know—students skipping class for nonsense like this is sothing I can’t tolerate. I hope you rember what I said today… Also, from now on, I’m still , and you’re still you. Pretend we never t. If your grades are poor, I won’t go easy on you.”

With that, she turned and left without looking back.

Zhang Yang shrugged, watching her graceful figure disappear, and muttered, “I’m not asking you to go easy on —just don’t make my life hell, and I’ll be thankful.”

As he thought that, a massive screen suddenly appeared in his mind again.

【Nuwa Project—system loading. Upon success, a random M-level reward will be granted. Do you accept?】

Damn, what does that an?

Zhang Yang was now certain—the strange things appearing in his mind earlier weren’t hallucinations or instincts but real. Sothing had been implanted in his brain—was it that glowing blue crystal?

As he wondered, that cute female voice sounded again: 【Do you accept? If the answer is no, the system will automatically reboot in five seconds, uninstall, and reformat the brain…】
