Because he just got out from the bath, Ji Wu Jiu was wearing lighter clothes, and his clothes was very easy to remove. Bai Xiang Ru removed his outer clothes, and not sure if it was on purpose or what, but her fingers lingered at his waist, and lightly scratched him.

With a layer of curtain in between, she looks at whats happening inside, afraid that he might wake the empress up, he quietly and lightly climbed up to bed, the yellow bed curtains was pulled down by the maid servants, and covered the lady who was in a deep sleep on the bed.

Gu gu = what normally a children would call their father’s elder sister. but in this context of palace talk, it’s a honorific way to call maid servants that is of higher ranking.
