CHAPTER 115
After her call to Lawyer Chang, Androda decided to ignore the growing desire to check her phone after placing it on silent mode.
She had wanted to turn it off completely, but sothing about everything made her not to do such.
A part of her wished to have one person call her and it was none other than Liu Xueyi.
For so unknown reason to her, he was always there when she needed him and like now, she wanted him but couldn't bring herself to asking that.
In the end, she ignored everyone else.
At the sa ti, Xie Tian got wind of the news when Gu Jun happened to have ventured into it and inford him.
The two friends who had watched jealously over her from a younger age, had their protective gears up when they heard the news.
At first, Xie Tian was willing to go way over board when Gu Jun cald him down and stated he hoped the company she worked for would be gracious enough to help her as well and not fault her.
However, when Xie Tian stated they had their earlier conversation disturbed by a call from work, he understood why.
His mood was changed drastically and he wished to knock so sense into soone.
"I hope her boss didn't call her to scold her or sothing," he voiced out his fears.
"Wait, she got a call from work?" Gu Jun asked quickly.
"Yeah and she ignored for it," he sarcastically scoffed. "Hmm, I would deal with anyone if they scold her."
"Wait a minute. If it was on a Sunday morning and with this scandal, I doubt it was to scold her," Gu Jun reasoned.
Instantly, Xie Tian's curiousity was piqued.
He had only returned and did not know much as he failed to have her investigated properly before returning.
But judging from Gu Jun's tone, he could feel he sounded relieved sohow after hearing that.
"Wait, why would you say that?"
"Well, I have t her boss, Liu Xueyi and he seems oddly fond of her. If I did not know better, I would have thought they were... you know, but I know they are not."
Just hearing that did not help satiate the burning feeling in Xie Tian's mind.
His breathing stilled for a minute and several thoughts raced in his mind as he processed all that was said.
He had co back for her but having heard that her boss was cosy, he felt jealous, clenching his fist hard at his side.
In the end, he found himself asking sothing rather, less relevant at that point.
"aning she is not seeing anyone?"
"No. But then I cannot say. Considering that video."
"It might be a fling," Xie Tian quickly answered. "I know Androda would not sell her body like that though, but now I cannot help feeling that soone set her up," he concluded firmly.
No longer did the pang of jealousy hit at his nerves and heart again.
More importantly he was eager to protect her and act as her knight in shinning amour if need be.
"I think we should call her and ensure she is doing fine," she suggested again.
"Nah, I have been with Androda the longest, Xie Tian and whenever she is sad, she needs her space."
"Hmm."
"Give that to her. Perhaps later in the evening or the very next day we can reach her."
"Fine, Gu Jun, I would take your advice and speak to her tomorrow."
"Perfect."
"Nonetheless," he continued. "I would also drop calls and ssages. I just can't sit still while she goes through this."
"Good. Then we won't. I am already trying to hack so sites."
Xie Tian's eyes flew wide open. "You what?"
"Well, why you were going around with girls in college, I learned sothings about hacking. If I can find a link, I would make soone pay."
"Good thinking then. I would assist you in all ways and have the video taken down as well."
"Alright," Gu Jun nodded even though his friend wasn't looking at him.
"Let's protect Androda."

Thankfully, Xie Tian listened to Gu Jun and did not bother her other than his incessant calling from ti to ti.
A few hours skipped past in a jiffy while her mind troubled her while her body only yearned for one thing.
Warmth.
Surprising so, she could not help but let her mind wander off to the only glimpse of a mory she had of that fateful night.
The only one that had managed to give her body pleasure like she had never known.
Although thinking about it now, she felt she should be repulsed but each ti she got the feeling, her mind wandered of to the few tis she had been with Liu Xueyi and felt a sense of peace.
'Urgh, control yourself, Androda. You just got into a weird scandal and all you can think is the safety of his arms? Stupid woman.'
She ignored her feelings and decided to get to baking sothing or cooking.
Anything at all to get her mind off things.
Unknown to her, the warmth she missed and craved for now, was coming to her.
One thought remained pressed in her mind though. Why was he not mad at her knowing this could affect his company?
And why did he care so much knowing she may very much be as they said?
Heck she didn't even know who that man was and a part of her silently wished to have him out with this scandal.
She clutched her hand closer to her chest while those words circulated in her mind.
No matter how strong she pulled up, there was that side of her that was hurt, deeply.
Before she knew it, her vision blurred the more she stared at the ingredients before her to make pasta.
Rtaher than holding it all in, she willingly allowed the tears to flow out.
That was her virginity that was on full display for all to see and surprisingly, the video was cut just about where her mory recalled up to.
Just thinking about that, she wondered if really all that occurred was just that or was there more?
While her mind wandered about, her senses were soon pulled back to reality when she heard the sound of her door bell.
