Returning to her room Aselia gaped at the painting she had made for a long ti before eventually falling asleep.

The next day Yurian t Jaguar for the first ti.

For he was away on a mission when Jaguar joined and when he returned Aselia had assigned Jaguar a mission to see how capable he was. So this morning both of them finally t.

"He is built like a wrestler," Yurian whispered to her, seeing him approach.

"Exactly my thoughts when I first saw him," Aselia murmured back to him.

"Hello!" Jaguar extended his hand to Yurian who firmly shook it.

"Welco to Avarance. How are you finding it so far? Considering you are ex OFA mber," Yurian asked and Jaguar grinned at him.

"Pretty exciting so far, killing rogue vampires and other rogue species is always fun. That mission was a piece of cake," his last statent was ant for Aselia.

"Good, I want a full report in an hour to be placed on my desk," Aselia sternly ordered and that grin almost vanished from his face.

"Yes, Mada!"

"It’s White Falcon, not Mada. I don’t live in old age," saying that Aselia headed for her office to see if any new missions had been patched through.

Reaching it Aselia discovered that her office phone was ringing, she answered and it was the headquarters informing about sightings of rogue hybrids and tribrids heading to a town nearby them.

The town had requested imdiate backup. The base began to bustle with activity. A big mission like this had Yurian formulating a whole team to head out to et the threat.

Aselia and Jaguar decided to stay behind in case the enemy decided to head this way and attack the base. Four hunters suited and geared up before leaving under the leadership of Yurian. Others were away on different missions.

"Stay safe," Aselia instructed as she hugged Yurian and he nodded before heading off in their cars.

Guards around the base were put on high alert and Aselia went to the changing room and geared up too in case of any worst-case scenario. Jaguar followed her everywhere like a shadow. His mischievously grinning face was serious.

"We have to be prepared, we can never know with rogues. They can attack anywhere and anyti," Aselia filled him in as she stepped outside in her hunter uniform and sheathed her special sword with the golden hilt and Jaguar couldn’t help but stare at her.

She seed to have co out of an action movie. Not only was she beautiful but that uniform and gear suited her imnsely. He was a simp when it ca down to strong won, especially those who could suit up like that.

"I know, don’t worry. We will be ready if anything happens," he couldn’t peel his eyes off her but didn’t want to make her wary. So he finally lowered his gaze but stayed close to her.

Aselia held the ergency transmitter in her hand, it would inform her if any rogues would be sighted in Lahoire. Soon enough it began to buzz, she picked it up and it was the Chief of Police of Lahoire. He was calling for backup, rogues had been seen nearby and there was a chance of them attacking.

"We have to go," Aselia spoke after informing the chief that they will be there soon.

"I am ready, let’s take my bike. It will be faster on narrow roads and easy to catch up with them. Let’s go kill so vampires," he replied while wearing his gloves. Aselia was apprehensive but he had a point.

"Lead the way."

"Gladly," Jaguar took Aselia to his black heavy bike.

"Isn’t she a beauty?" he traced his fingers on the body of his bike while offering Aselia a helt.

"Yeah, I hope your beauty is ready to rumble. Let’s not waste ti," Aselia took the helt and wore it over her cap. She loved the bike but wasn’t going to say that out aloud.

Jaguar wore his helt and climbed over his bike and Aselia mounted behind him.

"Hold on tight," he stated and started the bike. Aselia held the sides of the bike but there was not much to hold on to. She didn’t want to cling to him.

"Hold , I won’t bite," he chuckled sensing her uneasiness to touch him.

"I am fine," she snapped. Jaguar had a aningful smile on his face. He turned the throttle with his hand, causing the bike to abruptly jerk forward. This caused Aselia to bump into his back. She couldn’t help but curse under her breath, eliciting a wider smirk from Jaguar.

His bike riding skills were phenonal and Aselia was impressed, to say the least. He took a sharp turn and then another, Aselia gave up and soon she was holding onto him for dear life while he couldn’t help but chuckle to himself.

A siren was sounding in the distance informing the residents of the town that they should stay indoors. The town had a siren system, which would go off in tis of rogue attacks. Most of the houses had installed iron or steel doors for extra protection.

Soon they reached the spot where the invasion had occurred. It was the border of the Town of Lahoire and the other two towns. The police force had already arrived and was fighting them off, but there were too many of them. Aselia observed that there were at least 35-40 in numbers.

As the bike skidded near one, Aselia unsheathed her sword and swiped one’s head off. A fountain of blood erupted as his body heaped to the ground. She jumped off the bike and swiftly landed and there began the carnage.

Jaguar soon joined her and she noticed he was a beast. He caught a vampire hybrid in a choke slam and tore his body apart with his bare hands.

"Not bad," she mouthed out to him as she stabbed a rogue vampire.

The chief of police heaved a sigh of relief seeing the hunters have arrived and that to a pair of very skilled ones. The fighting continued for an hour or two. While Aselia used her gun, sword and special gas which only effected vampires. Jaguar mostly used his hands or he would simply hold them in front of Aselia and she would chop their heads off.

The air was heavy with the putrid sll of blood and cries of the miscellaneous species that fought for survival. Several policen had lost their lives but once Aselia and Jaguar had arrived, the tables were turned. A few of the rogues escaped but the rest were slaughtered by the hunter duo.
