A lodious eagle cry ca from the sky above Violet Harbor in the early morning. It was the cry of the Gale Eagle. The Gale Eagle was a specialty of the Blood Rock Highlands. They were extrely endurance, and after dostication, they were mostly used for communications. A gleaming gale eagle dived down from the sky, skimming over the city and finally landing on the roof of Roger's paradise.

Jarraf reached out and let the Gale Eagle rest on his wrist. He took out a piece of paper from the thin tube beside the eagle's leg and threw it into the sky. The gale eagle let out a cheerful cry and flew into the sky to catch the raw at. That was its reward.

Monts later, the note was delivered to Roger's desk.

After reading the note, Roger smiled faintly. Gerald looked at him strangely, but did not ask. He knew very well that his duty as a bodyguard was not to get to the bottom of his master's affairs.

"That fellow Mo De asked for help." Roger kneaded the note into a ball and threw it into the trash can next to him. "He wants us to lend him the Slave Corps," he said.

Jeralf was stunned. This had never happened before. Storm City was a fairly well-run city on the border. Mord secretly financed Dick from the Bloodrock Wilderness and worked with Roger from Port Violet. Almost one hand held the interests of more than half of the border area. After many years of operation, the people of Storm City were strong and strong. The two main forces of the Knights of Rage and the Tornado Infantry Corps had around a thousand soldiers serving all year round.

This was a huge military force that shocked bandits like Dick and slave rchants like Roger.

But now, Storm City was actually borrowing troops from Roger?

'"Looks like our friend did a good job. I heard that Mo De was planning to take down Sur City not long ago. It seems that he must have suffered a great loss and lost a lot of manpower. Otherwise, he wouldn't have borrowed troops from and prepared to fight back."

"Should we get ready?" Jeralf lowered his head.

"No need, just keep watching. Mo De's appetite has been so great these years that he has gradually forgotten that we are working together. If that kid can get rid of him, there's no harm in changing partners." Roger thought for a mont and wrote a note to Gerald, "It will be three days before I send this ssage back."

"I know."

It was also early in the morning in Sur City, and Allen's mansion was emitting a strange sll. He slled a faint fragrance, but it was mixed with other slls, so it turned into a strange sll. Those who slled this strange sll subconsciously left the main hall, as if an ancient beast was hibernating in the hall.

Ellen frowned and looked at the strange thing in front of him. He looked up at Lucy and said, "Are you sure this is a cake?"

"Why not?" Lucy crossed her waist and said, "I personally baked it early in the morning. It was made with honey, egg yolk, flour and a variety of secret ingredients a cake!"

Ellen stretched out his finger in doubt and gently scratched the completely shapeless, clay-like object before placing it into his mouth to taste it.

"How is it?" Lucy looked at him excitedly.

Alan's face turned green as if he had licked the venom. In the next mont, he was already running to the bathroom, and it wasn't long before he heard the sound of vomiting.

Adele, who was flipping through the book of poems, shook her head. "Don't do anything strange to harm people if you don't have the talent to cook."

"Is it that bad?" Lucy tore off a small piece and threw it into her mouth.

Then there was another person in the bathroom.

It wasn't until he drank the fresh milk that Alan felt his stomach gradually relax. As for the "cake" that was comparable to poison, it had already been thrown into the garbage can. The battered Empress lay on the sofa listlessly. A mont later, she jumped up unwillingly and shouted, "This miss can even make a level three special bomb. How could she not be able to handle a re piece of cake?"

"Food and ammunition are two different things." Adele was always happy to blow up Lucy.

"What's the difference between the things that are all made out of formulas?"

"Alright, Lucy. We'll talk about the cake later." Ellen put down the cup and said, "You said that there might be a vein of Tis Silver in Storm City?"

Lucy nodded and said, "Seventh found the composition of the Tis silver on the silver coins they coined. There shouldn't be any mistakes."

"If such a thing really happens, then we can't let Storm City go." "Thas Silver is a precious tal, high-grade magical energy weapons, the inner wall of the main cannon of the magical starship, the reactor stabilizer of the Magic Cube permanent furnace, and so on," Adele said, closing the book of poetry. "Currently there are no such tals found on Earth, so we can only occasionally find and collect them from a colonial planet. If not, we'll have to buy them at a high price."

She looked at Lucy.

"In fact, Adahua Planet's Thas silver production is declining over the years," Lucy said, spreading her hands. "Even if our Royal Reserves are sufficient for us to use for at least a few hundred years, it is far from enough. After all, it is a necessity for space warfare."

"Alright, I'll go take a look at Storm City." Alan clapped his hands and said, "Sitting here and waiting for Edward's activities is not enough. I have to do sothing."

"Then I'll go too." Adele stood up.

"No, you and Lucy stay. I'm not going to fight. It's more convenient for to be alone." Alan stood up and said, "Tell Edward I'll be away for a few days. As for Mogu's ransom, leave it to him."

As Alan was about to walk out of the hall, Adele said indifferently, "I think you'd better not trust him too much. That Maritain, I always think he has other plans."

Alan turned around and smiled, "Everyone has their own desires and wants. Edward is no exception. As long as he doesn't do anything to harm us, I'll trust him until then."

"If you can't even trust your companions, then this kind of life " Without saying anything else, Alan only laughed twice before leaving the hall.

Alan put on his casual clothes and left the city alone with his saber sheath on his back. He rode his horse to the forest a kiloter away from Sur City. Alan got off his horse and shouted to the depths of the forest, "Bai, I'm back!"

His voice echoed throughout the forest.

After shouting twice, Alan leaned against a tree and rested. The warhorses were quietly grazing beside them. After a while, the horses felt uneasy at first. It raised its head and looked into the depths of the forest, continuously kicking its healthy hooves. A rustling sound resounded in the forest, like the whispers of a devil. A faint aura filled the forest, as if the entire forest was an existing kingdom.

The warhorse couldn't help but be frightened and turned around to run. Ellen didn't chase after it either. The old horse knew the way, and it would return to Sur City.

Standing up, Alan noticed all kinds of snakes appearing in his surroundings. The snakes stopped seven or eight ters away from him, coiled up the snake formation, and quietly looked at Alan. Not long after, a huge shadow appeared from the forest. Just that huge body gave people a heavy pressure. When two bright yellow rays of light lit up in the shadows, the pressure beca even more intense.

The snakes nearby all pressed their bodies tightly to the ground, afraid that they would offend the colossus. Alan stared straight at the shadows that kept pouring in. Suddenly, from behind a tree, Bai's huge head popped out. He swam to Allen's side and stopped. He lowered his head and spat out the snake letter to lick Allen's face.

Alan patted his head and said, "Good fellow, it's been a while. You've grown again."

Bai tilted his head and narrowed his eyes. He hissed a few more tis at the snake pack beside him, and the snake pack imdiately retreated clean. This fellow was becoming more and more like a king snake.

After the snakes retreated, Bai suddenly went back into the forest. Not long after, he swam back and threw a black-furred boar at Alan's feet. The black boar trembled and did not dare to move. Bai used his head to arch the wild boar, and then looked at Alan.

Alan didn't know whether to laugh or cry, "Bai, I won't eat it."

Bai looked at Alan and then at the wild boar. Finally, he opened his mouth and swallowed the wild boar. Alan shook his head and said, "I'm relieved to see you so energetic. Bai, I still have to leave for a few days. I'll see you when I get back."

Alan waved goodbye and turned around. He didn't take a few steps, only to see Bai swim in from behind. With a big arch of his head, he placed Ellen on his head. Alan smiled and said, "I have business to attend to. Stop playing and let down."

Bai shook his head and hissed a few tis.

Alan seed to understand what it ant and tried to ask, "Are you coming with ?"

He nodded in vain.

"Alright, but I can't let anyone see you." Alan patted its head and pointed in the direction of Storm City.

The white snake raised its head and rushed forward fiercely. It swam at full speed and its speed was astonishing. Alan was so careless that he almost threw it down. He hurriedly grabbed White's horn and stood on its head. The trees on both sides quickly retreated, and in the blink of an eye, they entered the countryside. The yellowish-brown rocky ground retreated like a tide, and the strong wind blew Allen's hair upside down. Standing on White's head, Allen felt that the world was so vast when he saw the vast wilderness on both sides. He couldn't help but let out a clear howl.

His mood was extrely carefree.

Just like that, Allen took the place of the King Serpent and arrived at the edge of Maud's territory the next evening. If they were riding horses, they would not arrive until tomorrow at the earliest. It could be seen how fast Bai Yu was swimming.

At this mont, the sun was setting. Alan and the King Snake appeared on a high slope and looked down. Twilight fell. Smoke was rising from a small town on the hillside, and it was ti for every family to have dinner. The town looked very peaceful, but the flag hanging from the clock tower with the Storm City logo was destined to never be peaceful.

This was a town that belonged to Storm City.
