[Weapon Skills: Domain of Absorption (Interdiate Mastery Level 5)]
[Usage Requirent: Blood-bound individual]
[Effects: 52% strength, 52% agility, 26% stamina, 26% dexterity, 2.6% lunacy, Improves the efficiency of life force absorption by 15%]
After reading through the newly enhanced effects of the Evil Fang Sword, Azrael then suppresses his excitent as he then directs his attention to the improvent on the Domain of Absorption, this coming as an even bigger surprise as the massive increase in the absorption rate just made his joy jump through the roof.
[Domain of Absorption (Interdiate Mastery Level 5)]
[Current Level: Basic Mastery (Capable of taking away life force from any opponent within twenty ters of the user, the rate of absorption is about five in a thousand of the target/s’ overall life force per second, and can be stopped if the target/s has a skill with an Interdiate Body Mastery passive skill on it)]
’Fucking... that’s ten tis than the previous one!’ he thought to himself as he starts feeling the absurd increase of the Domain of Absorption’s rate, and not only the rate that increases, the burden on him seems to decrease as well allowing him to use the domain for a prolonged amount of ti.
’Hahaha, this alone is enough of a reward for this quest as is, but I still have these thi— huh... wait... HOLY FUCK!!!’ starting to read through the notifications of the rewards that ca with the completion of this Forbidden Zone Quest that he had chanced upon, the young man couldn’t help but get even more baffled as he saw another notification pops up above all these previous ones, his hands shaking as he repeatedly read it, the last ti even aloud, word for word, out of extre doubt whether this is real.
[Detected that the weapon: Evil Fang Sword absorbs the life force of an Epic-class Monster: Abyssal Rot Eternal Flower. Monster’s Life Core is also absorbed]
[Detected that the ascender absorbs an Epic-class Life Core, the ascender’s stats limit is increased by one percent]
"How is this even a thing..." reading through the information presented to him by this new notification, the young man couldn’t help but feel incredulous, after all, it is set in stone that every ascender’s limits are the sa, it’s just a matter of whether they can grow enough to reach that limit of the floor they are challenging or not, however, this encounter he has alone breaks that convention, increasing his limits compared to other ascenders.
’This might just a be a one percent increase but if all epic monsters are like that...’ feeling like he just encountered an information that even the leaders of the Six Great Legia will kill for, Azrael’s face contorts into one filled with further excitent and anticipation, wondering how he could hunt other monsters such as this one as it would only serve to further increase his chance of winning against all high-level bosses that he will encounter along his path to ascension.
"I don’t even know if I should believe in the things happening right now... well, I might just be dreami— Fuck! It hurts!! This is definitely not so damn wet dreams!!" while he still tries to think of ways he can possibly even find Epic-class monsters and hunt them, all while wondering whether those six already knows about this fact, Azrael tries to punch himself as he starts reading through the next notification, extrely wary as the heavens never really made his life as easy as it is going right now.
[Reward for the Forbidden Zone Quest first-ti clear]
[Passive Skill: Peculiarity Detection]
[Passive Skill: Peculiarity Tracking]
Closing the screen displaying the description of these two passive skills, then opening it once again just to make sure that his eyes are not tricking him, the young man reads their description once more, his mouth curling into a lunatic smile as the pillow just dropped right from the skies when he intends to sleep.
[Peculiarity Detection (Passive, Basic Mastery Level 1)]
[Grants the user the ability to detect the ones holding unique moniker in their na, pointing their direction as long as this skill’s user is close enough to their location]
[Effects: passively detects for the existence of Epic and higher-class monsters within ten kiloters, also makes the skill owner aware of the number of this monster/s populating the current floor they are challenging]
[Peculiarity Tracking]
[Grants the user the ability to track domains peculiar to this world, pointing their direction as long as this skill’s user is closer enough to their location]
[Effects: passively detects for the existence of Forbidden Zone/s within ten kiloters, also makes the skill owner aware of the number of Forbidden Zone/s within the current floor they are challenging]
After finally accepting the fact that he just got another skill possibly on par, if not better than the True Treasure Hunting ability due to the fact that he can make a choice whether to hunt for these skills’ target or not, Azrael imdiately teste their effects, the smile on his face just getting better as a great notification just popped up once again.
[Detected that there are four Epic-class Monsters on this floor, current location unknown]
[Detected that there are no more Forbidden Zones existing on this floor]
’Even if it forces not to ascend before I complete the quest it issues, True Treasure Hunting is still better’ of course, he is only kidding when he thought that these two could possibly be better than True Treasure Hunting, after all, his ability doesn’t require him to roam around the entire second floor to know the location of the greatest treasure as it is already given to him.
That is not even ntioning the fact that the ability also gives him access to an extrely precise map of the floor he is currently in, the only downside being the fact that there’s not really an indicator to where he currently is, hence why he needs to keep track of his location while using this map.
