Chapter 53: Sera Tanaka, Half Angel? by Harem-Fan
Slap~! With a hint of disappointnt, Rias slapped pretty-boy Kiba, who had no anger about it...
"What do you think you're doing Kiba? You're putting your fellow Peerage mbers in harm's way... You haven't been able to even pay attention to anything going on around you?!"
"I'm only upset with you, because this may cause you and others harm if you can't focus. At least tell what is wrong, so I can help you..."
I can tell Rias is upset, and she only slapped him because he was hardly listening to her concerns...
Not to ntion a slap like that can't even hurt a Devil.
In the ani I thought the slap after that fight, which hasn't happened for so reason, was a bit harsh...
But when I saw everything that led up to it... I may have hit him too.
I guess an ani can't show everything for better context... but what is up with no Stray Devil fight, or the Familiar Forest?
Also the tennis match that was supposed to be a doubles match with Akeno and Tsubaki?
I'm really confused, and think I am in an AU version of the ani.
While they are having their Master and Servant talk, I, on the other hand, am secretly performing a vet checkup on the troubleso kitty in my lap.
I didn't have ti to heal her injuries sustained in the clinic battle.
So I'm currently using my healing magic on Koneko, while she is in my lap.
Her body has relaxed a bit after, so she must have pushed herself during the battle with my lollipop.
She whispered to , while watching Kiba's grilling.
"Sorry Big Brother, for leaving like that... I panicked."
I just whispered back.
"You're a good cat-girl."
Kiba just said to Rias.
"I'm truly Sorry President, I'm just having a rough day. I will try and clear it up...."
Kiba does feel sorry, but all of his suppressed feelings are just flooding back.
Poor Rias is having a tough ti understanding, because Kiba put a lid on it for so long.
"President, I think I need a few days off to clear my head, alright?"

"What was that for?"

Click~! Both Sona and Tsubaki had entered and asked Rias to et them tonight to talk.
This must be about eting the Church Exorcist girls... Irina Shidou and Xenovia Quarta.

A couple in the room think I'm from the future, and the rest think I'm a seer, so no one really questioned my hidden words.
But Sona just smiled and said.
"Now my worries are gone, thanks Matsuda!"
Why does she seem to be softer around since I started my relationship with Tsubaki?
Maybe she just cares that much for her Queen?
If I was drunk and would have seen her act like this to ... I don't know if I would have Pawn changed?

Walking ho, I thought about what I could rember from the ani I had not seen for nearly 25 years...
I'm wondering if Issei has t his childhood friend yet or not?
Was it yesterday, today, or tomorrow?
Should I go to his house?
I decided to drop by... It isn't late, and in the ani it was dark when they dropped by I believe.
So I told Asia next to .
"I will be going to Issei's house to say hi to Aunt and Uncle Hyoudou for a bit. So just cook supper with Mom. I will text if I will miss dinner or not, love you."

My eyes started to heat up a bit when I saw one of them.
Next to Irina Shidou, was a girl with short blue hair with a dyed strip of green, and she happened to notice my entrance.
She was none other than Xenovia Quarta, who I saw in my dream... but this one has clothes on!
I couldn't breathe for a mont when I saw her...
"This is Issei's best friend, Matsuda Tanaka, and Mat. These girls are..."
I unintentionally cut off my Auntie and muttered.
"Irina Shidou and Xenovia Quarta..."
Of course everyone heard my mutter.
"Oh, You have heard of us already?"
Irina isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer, and didn't outright find it weird that a Devil knew her na so easily.
Unlike Issei and Asia in the show, I don't feel the chill from their holy swords at their sides, or exposed crosses... thankfully or this could be bad.
"Yes, a friend of mine at school t you today... Sona is Issei's school President!"
Little did I know, only Tsubaki spoke to them and not Sona.

Xenovia took off sothing from her neck, and then tossed sothing small.

It's still warm, and slls girly, was she wearing it inside her battle-suit?!
Irina, her partner, seed to think I would burst into fla or sothing.
I just asked.
"Was this yours, Xenovia?"
She nods in the affirmative, so I just kiss it, then put it on my neck and tuck it in, it slled good.
I grinned at Irina's dumbfounded face, and said.
"Thank you for the gift, I will thank God every-ti I hold it, an!"
I just give them my shit eating grin, because my cheats are aweso!
Well, in a month or so... everyone will learn this anyway.
Irina just looked stupefied at this casual as fuck display.
Xenovia just asked.
"So, do you rember eting in the castle?"

I then say, to the other ladies.

I gave a pathetic smile, because I don't know what to say here.
Both won just stupidly went to the kitchen, then I looked at Xenovia with exhaustion in my voice...
"Sigh, Xenovia, you need to stop praying in front of a Devil, the Church will kick you out, please. I'm feeling super uncomfortable with the looks they were giving ... Plus, few people know of my past."
Xenovia just looked up into my face and said.
"I knew it wasn't just a dream, but a vision from God."
She then launched at , with a tight hug around my waist... and she was crying?!
Mofu Mofu~! I just awkwardly pat her hair and her back, and whisper to her.
"Sorry about that... Grayfia and Asia were there too. Grayfia the Devil that flew with you, witnessed the dream 500 years ago, and Asia had the dream when she prayed in the old church a few months ago. As for ..."
"My Human dream was a year ago, and my Devil dream was about half a year ago when I died... I think? How about you?"

Xenovia is a smart airhead, and she grasps a lot of hard concepts, but can't apply them well.

I then say to Xenovia.
"Bring out your Holy Sword, Durandal please."
She then begins to unlock the sword from her pocket space, no questions asked?

I can't figure her out, and I probably know her better than anyone!
Buzz Clank Clank~! As the Durandal erges, the chains binding it begin to snap.
Just as she was about to grab it by its handle, I said.
"No need, I can handle him..."
She does look surprised, because she knows how dangerous the Durandal is, and its temperant, but...
Shing~! I just grasp the Durandal in one-hand, and pull it from its holding circle, and place my left-hand on the flat of the blade.
This well known Holy Blade was first used by the French Paladin Roland, then by the Exorcist Vasco Strada.
I talked to the Holy Sword, now used by the naturally born Holy Sword wielder, Xenovia.
"Durandal, how are you? I need your help, my friend! Xenovia here, your current wielder, is an important person to . I need you to obey her needs... She will help stop a disaster soon, and only with your strength, can she give the aid I need. Can you please do this for ?"
The Durandal's golden sharp edge, then flickered in a pattern, as if it was talking...
I could sowhat understand it would help her, as long as she didn't wield it against !
I then told Durandal.
"Thank you friend!"
I passed the blade to Xenovia, handle first, and she just stupidly took it in disbelief.
Who the fuck can just ask holy swords to be friendly. (One of Mat's Past lives.)
Sure there are beast tars, but sword tars... Only the Son of God could do that, right?
She can feel the acceptance of the Durandal, as if they were one being.
I just smiled at her cute expressions.
Xenovia just puts the sword away, and runs into my arms crying again?

I rembered how ready she was to die for the Church in the ani, so I told her.

"I don't think a Devil should care about others, that is silly, right? Unless you're actually an Angel in disguise, haha."
Xenovia seems to be fucking with , and I'm blushing?
"Xenovia... When you et Asia and my Peerage tomorrow, please be nicer... The other you went super overboard. and everyone hated you. I would rather everyone like you. Also Devils, the Fallen Angels, Humans, and Angels are seen equally in the eyes of my Father. We are all equally capable of love, kindness, evil, and hate. So just keep an open heart, so take this from a forr Human..."
I just smiled at Xenovia, and hoped she understood at least part of it.
At this point Issei and his childhood friend Irina, ca out to see us just talking like old friends.
And they both didn't know what to say...
"Matsuda, I'm glad I t you in this dark ti of my life. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow!"
Xenovia then walks closer, and touches her silver cross under my shirt, and smiles brightly.
Mwah~! Unexpectedly, she then gives a kiss on the lips!
Seeing my stunned face, Xenovia smirks, and jokes.
"So, you prefer with my battle-suit over naked, haha? You're a great Devil!"
Xenovia just waves for her stupefied partner to follow.
I licked my lips, she kissed, and watched her sexy hips walk away...

Irina yells at Xenovia!
"Why did you kiss a Devil? The Church will kick you out, Xenovia?!"
Irina, her partner, can't believe this craziness.
The Devil hater just switched her taste in n in 10 minutes!

"I fell to the temptation of that Devil! And the Church won't forgive , but God will..."
