He and Akeno are talking about her new Fallen Angel Mode, and when to use it...
Rossweisse is also participating in this battle, so she is wearing Valkyrie armor while on standby.
Rias and I are with our combined Peerage and Heaven's team.

"I think it will be like fighting both Sirzechs and Serafall together?"

"That's just Loki, when he summons all of his mass produced Dragons of that guy you talked to, it will be even more fun, haha."
Issei's shoulders slumped, and he walked over to chat with Kris...
Last night, I called Tiamat about showing up for this fight.
Tiamat was surprised I called for her, but she told she had a Rating Ga she had to cover.
Plus when she heard that Tannin and others were coming, she said it was going to be an easy fight, as long as we don't get bit by Fenrir.
Then she told to call her if things look really bad, and she would stop the Rating Ga on a technicality to co.
Ingvild leaned into my back, to cover her face from the winds, and to feel my warmth.
As I felt the weighted clothing on my body, I had thought of removing it, but decided it was not worth it in the end.
Grayfia asked , seeing my actions.
"Dear King, did you want to change clothing before the fight?"
I shook my head and told my Wife.
"No. If I were to fight Fenrir, then I would, but Loki is a wizard type, and I will be in Underworld Dreadnought."
As Grayfia was about to say sothing, her red eyes squinted and looked up...
"Mat, he is here."
With Grayfia's words, everyone looked up...

The portal was ford from a Norse Magic System crest, and its color was light-blue.
The pair to appear from the rippling light-blue magic was… Evil God Loki and Fenrir!
The pair stood high in the air, looking down on us.
Loki looks like a young, handso man with a sinister vibe.
He scans us with his yellow eyes filled with disdain.
His gray hair that floats behind him like a tail and twin chest length bangs flutter in the winds.
He is wearing a Norse style black robe similar to Odin's formal wear.
Besides him was Fenrir, a giant wolf with ash grey fur and standing at about 30 feet tall.
When Baraqiel saw the two, he said into the small communication device in his ear...
"Targets confird. Mission starts."
Buzz~! Then a massive barrier-type magic circle was activated around the hotel...
Then Sona's team activated the powerful magic circle, in order to transfer Loki, Fenrir, and us to the battlefield.
Loki senses that, and just showed a smirk, but didn't resist the magic.
"Hah, Really? Well, no matter..."
Soon, we were covered in Grayfia's silver magic light.
Then we vanished from Tokyo...

When the silvery light faded, we found ourselves sowhere in Southern Asia, with a barrier surrounding the abandoned mining site...
Now that I see this place for the first ti, I noticed it is just like the scene from the Loki fight in the ani had taken place!
Instantly, all of our teams got into their positions and groups, with Issei, Vali, and I walking to the front.
Rose felt she wanted to say sothing to Loki, so she stepped forward to get his attention...
