Fixing the phone signal was only possible at the Celes tower which seed like an awful idea since they knew the Fallen corporation headquarters was located sowhere inside that building.

It was one of Sam's moves Uriel was more puzzled about, but now he knew what he was up to it made sense for him to pick that building as it not only allowed him to easily sabotage communications but also to block anyone who attempted to fix it.

It seed like the battle was lost before it even started, but dusa had another idea. While fixing the phone service was only possible at the highest building in the city, it was still possible for them to broadcast a signal and place repeaters all over the city and the best place to start was, of course, the Dungeon Raiders headquarters.

Because of the importance of their task, Miss Dragonfang decided to join them along with anyone who wanted to follow. In spites of her playful character, she had always placed the well being of others as a top priority, which is why so many hunters placed their trust in her.

Advancing through the streets wasn't easy, especially since they couldn't tell friends from foes thanks to the Fallen corporation mbers not wearing their uniforms and their uncanny ability to mimic anyone they wanted, but they still managed to reach the place before dusk and dusa rushed inside to work while the rest kept the facilities safe.

Uriel readied the last details before his appearance on his Vlog to the sound of the warning shots being fired by Miss Dragonfang's n outside the Dungeon Raider headquarters.

"We're all set." dusa nodded.

"So fast?"

"We can start the recording now and broadcast it locally, but it will only spread once we set up the repeaters." She shrugged.

"Let's start, then."

"Wait... uhmm... use this." Luna tugged on Uriel's shirt and handed him a piece of cloth, showing how flustered she was only through her stutter.

"What's this?" Uriel asked.

"It's a flag," Luna said as Uriel extended the flag. It was red and portrayed a white wolfish head with red eyes, wearing a fedora.

"It looks aweso! Red eyes like dusa, a wolf for you and... what is Jon's hat doing in here?"

"You won't be appearing as Sage but as Raider and everyone knows Raider wears a fedora." dusa chuckled.

"We also added Nika, as the black snake on the background." Luna explained as she pointed behind the wolf to sothing Uriel mistook for a black stain.

"This is really thoughtful..." Uriel bit his tongue not to complain about him not feeling represented in the flag. Although he was now accustod to wearing Jon's hat, at first he only did so to keep it as collateral for Davy Crockett's diary and had no intentions of wearing it anymore now that the diary was in his possession.

Nevertheless, he couldn't argue with their thinking, especially since he was about to rely on the rumors made about him to get the citizens to evacuate the city.

"Fellow citizens, as many of you may know already, my na is Raider. I'm here to let you know about the Fallen corporation's cris against our city and against humanity, but fear not..." The video recording of a tall shadowy figure stood in what seed to be an industrial site wearing a fedora hat and a red scarf to cover his face.

He inford the citizens of their current predicant and the threats both inside and outside the city, while showing all the evidence provided to Uriel by Mark.

Uriel took every page from Sam's book to make it the most inviting Vlog he ever made, though it proved to be unnecessary as it was the only signal online. Every single citizen, hunter or regular human, stopped whatever they were doing and watched the Vlog as soon as it reached them.

Those who were panicking just a couple minutes ago were now silently watching Raider's explanation of what was going on in hopes of finding a way to survive the calamities ahead of them.

Raider's existence was considered nothing but an urban legend to most people, but they couldn't deny what they were seeing with their own eyes. He not only existed, but he was their only hope of making it alive.

That's why no one hesitated when the man on the screen told them to evacuate the city through the west gate and to not trust the Fallen corporation. In spite of all the good they did, if what Raider said was true their cris outweighed whatever good they accomplished in the past months and they had no reason to doubt Raider.

Millions of citizens of all social conditions walked towards the west district with a grim expression on their faces to begin the exodus towards the Alamo dungeon.

But their sadness was more than justified since it wasn't just uprooting their lives, because of the limited carrying capacity of the ships they were only allowed to bring a handbag inside the zeppelin, which ant they would have to start over from scratch.

Not everyone was willing to give up on the city, particularly the rangers. They were committed to the defense of their city and most of them were willing to give up their lives if it an increasing the odds of saving it. There were also so hunters that, be it for the prospect of making money or out of duty, decided to stay behind.

While Dungeons were inherently dangerous places, they were also able to conceal energy signatures, making them a safe heaven from the threats outside for regular citizens and hunters alike. This didn't co without its own dangers, but the Dungeon Raiders took it upon themselves to lead the people safely inside the third world thanks to their previous experience during the mining operation.

But not all the Dungeon Raiders went to the Alamo, Uriel, Luna and dusa stayed behind to proceed with their own offensive against the Fallen corporation. However, even if they wanted to deny it, they still harbored hopes that they would sohow be able to convince Sam to stop his antics and co back with them.

If that didn't work, all they needed was to stall until the holy rank hunters returned to the city.

It was a simple, yet very reliable way of defeating Sam without putting their lives at risk and it was a far better alternative than facing the remaining horror level cryptids and the many hybrids inside the Fallen corp.

"Are you girls ready?" Uriel asked, still dressed as his 'Raider' persona.

"Not yet, I, uh... can't find the other claw." Luna replied as she emptied her wardrobe looking for her missing weapon.

"Geez! Luna, when will you learn to keep your weapons at hand?" dusa walked in, wearing a jumpsuit that showed way more that it should. The reason for this was that she couldn't see her appearance in a mirror due to the blindfold keeping her eyes shut in order to protect everyone from their trait.

"Are you sure you want to go out like that?" Uriel asked trying not to stare too blatantly as he now knew that heavenly rank hunters would easily notice.

"Huh? What's wrong?" dusa combed her hair thinking it was probably ssy.

"Nothing, you're fine." Luna answered after barely checking her outfit.

It had been a couple hours since the exodus started and the Pegasus remained docked in the Dungeon Raiders headquarter hangar. The city needed every single zeppelin they could get their hands on, but the only way they could get anywhere near Sam without being forced to fight their way through hordes of hybrids was to use it.

There was, however, a small problem none of them thought of in spites of being the top of each respective field.

"Who's going to fly the ship?" Asked Uriel when it beca evident none of them was going to grab the wheel.

"Don't look at , I'm technically blind." Answered dusa.

"And the wheel is too big for ." Luna added with a blank stare that prevented Uriel from stating it was the regular size and she was actually too short.

"What a bunch of morons!" Emma who appeared seemingly out of nowhere, scoffed at them, then pushed Uriel aside to grab the wheel.

"What are you doing here? We're not evacuating." Uriel blurted out.

"Of course you aren't. You stayed to deal with that pervert friend of yours and I'm here to get the scoop. I can't believe you guys forgot about ! It wasn't until I was boarding one of the Mapple corp. zeppelins that I realized you weren't coming. Now, how do you drive this thing?" Emma fumbled the last part when she realized she didn't know how to drive such a ship.

Thankfully, though, with dusa's help guiding her through she was able to take off safely and heading to the east district was made easy due to the bridge being built entirely with bullet proof glass to accommodate Sam's trait.

Now the only thing they needed to figure out was how to safely land in the hybrid infested east district.
