Leonhardt snorted, while grasping Asuka's waist as his gaze sharpened. The adventurers couldn't hide their filthy nature any longer and attacked.
Fwoosh! An arrow flew towards them like a teor.
Leon grabbed Asuka's waist as she yelled out at the attackers, with blue flas puffing from between her lips.
"Bastards—Woah!"
Asuka's voice trembled as Leon lifted her off the ground and jumped back, hiding behind the thick trees beside them. He squeezed the mana from his chest towards his limbs and eyes.
'Let's kill them, you take those annoying flies to the left. I'll kill the bastard with a bow.'

The pair split apart like the wind, with one holding a massive axe and the other darting across the ground.
Leon's feet gently tapped the ground, creating tiny vibrations of mana. He didn't suddenly beco faster. No. He used his webbing, infusing it with mana to help boost him along with small bursts of wind.

"Attack the monsters!"
Three n rushed towards Asuka, her golden eyes sharp and filled with bloodlust, as she gripped her axe tightly. Asuka cleared the distance with her powerful and heavy strides, using her long muscular legs.

Leonhardt's ears flickered, his hearing hundreds of tis stronger than a normal human. Yet, he ignored their commotion. He narrowed his eyes, zipping along the webbing he prepared before leaving for the lake.

Leonhardt's body pressed down, two tres from the target. Mana flooding the webbing below caused it to glow for a mont before it flung him into the air like a rocket.

The archer growled, believing his shot struck true, but Leonhardt remained silent as the cool evening air blew across his face.
He floated in the air and spread his arms.

Then suddenly sothing beautiful unfurled as his robes dropped to his waist, revealing his perfectly toned upper body.

anwhile, Asuka's axe created bright silver sparks with her axe. The mont it smashed the n's swords, their stances collapsed. "Useless." She snorted at their weak strength, and blue flas swirled around her weapon.
Then shoved them away with her improved strength.

Asuka's tail slamd against the ground, knocking several rocks and debris into the air, before her lips curled, and she slamd the debris at the staggering n with a low bang.
She narrowed her eyes, twirling the axe with an amused smile. Then, as the humans shifted away, she stepped forward, terrified.
"Die, die, die you damn monster!"
The human archer with filthy hair called out many words which made his body glow with various colours, as he shot into the sky, chasing Leonhardt's figure with his bow.
His eyes beca bloodshot as he pulled the string back with all his might, aiming for the heart.
Twang!
Two arrows flew through the air, leaving behind a trail of mana as they sped towards Leonhardt's chest.
Leonhardt's eyes narrowed.
The world he saw was now different when using Tyrant Accel. The duration increased as he dived towards the arrows, his body twisting slightly.

He deflected them with the sharp claws of his raven wings, sending them off course and flying into the forest. The arrows landed far away, creating two holes in the trees.
"Heh, useless human."
The mont Leon snorted and curled his lips into a sneer, the archer's eyes dilated.
Leon enjoyed this bandit hunting, although he didn't plan to do good in this world. Since these filthy humans ssed with his woman and future peons, then he'd grant them a fitting punishnt.

"How can a monster imitate humans so well?! Why is no one else coming to help us?"
Panic set in, causing the man to tremble as he fired another arrow at Leonhardt. This ti he used all his remaining strength, but the arrow rely bounced off into the distance, flicked by Leon's wing harmlessly.

He dropped to his knees before he watched his comrades with a pale face.

Asuka laughed while slamming her axe into the ground, causing a ripple of flas to spread across the earth. The flas licked at their heels as they retreated backward, unable to get close to her.
The three n trembled, with dark patches between their legs.
'Asuka finish them.'

Leon chuckled as he slowly descended from the sky like a dark angel, but instead of bringing light, he brought death. He gazed down at the cowering archer and lifted his right hand, extending his fingertip. When he flicked it, a series of silken webs appeared in the air.

He realised the errors in his thoughts during the long evolution with Asuka and Ifrit… Although he could understand humans and might have been one in his past life.
Right now, Leon was a monster.
He didn't need to live by their rules, nor would he.
But with so many of the weak and pathetic apes existing, would he throw out such a free workforce if most of them remained loyal and humble?
'Weed out the rot, and use the rest… to create his dungeon.'
That was Leon's conclusion.
"You're not a monster! You're a devil!"
The archer cried out, his voice trembling, as he fumbled for an arrow, but his quiver was empty. When Leon clenched his right hand, the webs wrapped around the trees suddenly tightened around the human. His face turned purple as he struggled to breathe, gasping for air.
"Monster, Devil, what does it matter? In the end, you attacked and my mate."
Leonhardt's eyes glowed with an eerie crimson light as he landed on the ground, his wings folded up neatly behind him.
"Please don't kill !"
The man begged, but Leonhardt just smiled coldly, showing his fangs.
"Even if you die, it would be by chance~ can you endure the pressure of my webbing?"
Hundreds of sharp, silken webs dug into the archer's flesh, drawing blood as the human struggled to breathe. It was painful, but not enough to kill him outright.
"Fuck, fuck, fuck!"
The archer scread, trying desperately to escape, but Leonhardt just watched him struggle with amusent. Because the more he struggled, the tighter and more entangled he beca, the cuts beca lacerations, and his skin peeled away.
The sound of bones cracking filled the air, and the sll of blood perated the area. The screams of agony echoed through the forest, maybe sending shivers down the spines of the poor forest fairies who heard it.
"Phew…" Asuka wiped her face covered in blood while returning to find Leonhardt. She held her bloodstained axe over one shoulder while squatting beside him, her eyes glowing golden at the sight before her.
"Haha, his cock has beco a shredded cocktail sausage."
She pointed at the archer's groin, which was now nothing more than a bloody ss of flesh and bone. The man was still alive, barely conscious, but he wouldn't last much longer.
"Is this enough, Asuka?"
"Huh?" She looked at him with a confused expression, wondering what he might be talking about.
"This man insulted you the most. Do you want to kill him or shall I?"
"Oh," she said softly, realising what he ant. "No, no, it's okay. You can do it."
Asuka's cheeks beca red as she lowered her face and twisted her foot against the ground, giggling like a fool.
Leonhardt stepped forward, his fingertips flicking the webs, causing the archer to scream, a pained shriek that sounded like a dying animal. The spider silk tightened around his body, cutting deeper into his flesh and bones.
Crack!
Snap!
Pop!
The man's limbs snapped like twigs, and his head lolled to one side, lifeless.
"I guess we really aren't human anymore…" Asuka's words echoed in the dark forest, but there was no sadness. Instead, her eyes slowly closed as she leaned her head to the side with a bright smile. "Thank you for choosing ."
Leonhardt reached out and grabbed her hand, pulling her close to him.
"Asuka, let's go back, the barrier won't last much longer."
"Nn, anywhere with you."
They walked back towards the carriage, with the corpses of the bandits they had killed vanishing.
